I called and he answered the phone. Came out within and gave a fair price and then completed the job all in the same day.

Excellent experience with TWC today and especially, Rick. A job that I expected to take a 2-3 hours took 40 minutes. Rick was professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. He took care of the 5-6 things we needed with little hassle. I would use TWC again in a heartbeat.

My property manager reached out to this company to fix our HVAC. They came and replaced the furnace. They also redid some of the duct work and as a result were able to get heat flowing downstairs. However, the heat is not functioning upstairs so it feels like I'm outside. Today, I called the company and Karen picked up (of course). And when I explained to her my situation she was very rude, undermining my issues and responding with a terrible attitude and not being pleasant. I told her I would like to speak to her manager. She told me no. I called back and a guy named Chad picked up (even worse than Karen). I explained to him I wanted to speak to his manager about Karens rude behavior. He immediately defended Karen not knowing anything that happened on the phone call. He than said, I was threatening and he will hangup on me and talk to my property manager. That said, i believe the quality work of the company is up to par. However, I believe the management and the customer service is horrible. And as a result I would steer clear from this company at all costs! I'll also be speaking with my property manager to inquire with a different vendor.

I advise potential customers of My Electric Works to compare prices before agreeing to service. I have a problem with a ceiling fan. Electric Works asked $159 to diagnose the problem. Additional costs would be charged for repair. The ceiling fan cost only $230 so I declined. Instead I asked for a quote to replace the fan. The written estimate exceeded $600. That was for labor only. I had to purchase and provide the fan and all installation materials. My local Lowes store gave me a firm written quote of $180 for the labor to do the replacement. My Electric Works' quote was 300% higher!
I have not used Electric Works for any service. Perhaps they would provide exceptional service to justify the extreme cost I was quoted. I am choosing the lower cost option and contracting with somebody else.

Terrible service. Someone from CCD came to help us with the electric panel prior to selling our house. After they left, we realized that they did something and now the dryer and the sauna are not working, and the dryer tech told us it's because of the electrical connection. We called and they said they were coming to fix it, and they never came, and now they don't answer the phone. We had to hire another electrician to help us. Beware of this group and do not hire them!!

I was calling around to local Grove City electricians and was quoted a price over the phone. This price beat the other company by $5.00 so I scheduled it (it was a double tapped breaker). The job was done and an invoice was sent via mail after a few days. The invoice was $20.00 more than quoted over the phone. I called to question it and he was argumentative and not nice at all. I would highly recommend discussing price with the technician who does the work to avoid that kind of surprise.
