I had a few issues with my outside electrical outlets ... Steven arrived in a very timely fashion, replaced two bad GFCIs, put new covers on all of the outside outlets, replaced a recessed lighting fixture over my garage, and replaced a light switch in my laundry room that was starting to have problems; everything was done quickly, looked good, and most importantly worked as it should when he was finished.  

Steven was great; he was personable, and went out of his way to find all of the GFCIs and checked to make sure they were functioning properly and safely; the recessed light and indoor light switch were afterthoughts on my part, but he just went with it.  

Great service at a very reasonable price.  Not only will I use them again, I'm considering them for a project that I've put on the back burner for years.

Installed a generator and misc electrical work at our house. Very responsive, professional,  and courteous. We use them for all of our electrical needs.

Above and beyond!! The gentlemen came out and while being extremely friendly, they diagnosed and fixed my issue! In under 30 mins! The entire team was professional and knowledgeable regarding their work! 10/10 would hire them again!

The team was friendly, on time, and quick to complete their service. All of my questions and concerns were politely and easily answered and addressed. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Excellent experience with TWC today and especially, Rick.  A job that I expected to take a 2-3 hours took 40 minutes.  Rick was professional, cordial, and knowledgeable.  He took care of the 5-6 things we needed with little hassle.  I would use TWC again in a heartbeat.

This place gets contracted out by home shield. They do horrible work and they don't guarantee it. If u have anything done by them make sure u make them get a permit so you have  the city behind you In case something g goes wrong.
They installed a breaker box, didn't seal it properly, water got in and froze the main breaker. They didn't even care, didn't even offer me a discount to replace it.
I had to pay someone else 2500.00 to replay it only 8 yrs later.

I needed to have major work done on the electric in my Merion Village home.  After living here 2 years, I knew I had problems along with thoughts and ideas that I'd like too consider.

I searched for referrals, suggestions from friends and investigated websites.

Tom Cumbow, TWC ENTERPRISES, didn't pop up anywhere......not on the web, not in referrals or suggestions.

I invited Tom to give me an estimate.   I also had 2 other estimates from Columbus companies.

I had a lengthy written list of issues that I copied for use during the estimate that I wanted to discuss.

Let me tell you about a company that I'd never use, was offended when he was here.      Not worth telling you.

Unbelievable detailed attention was given to each specific item on my written list.  Questions were asked, thoughts were shared, investigation into areas of my home was done and above all I believe I was respected and valued.

The estimate arrived in a very detailed form including notes from Tom.

Tom's estimate money-wise was the middle cost.

However, the honesty, open communication, professionalism and commitment to my job were key in my decision making.

TWC ENTERPRISES is based in a professional shop in Millersport, Fairfield County.    They do not advertise.     The electricians are truly that....professional licensed tradesmen.

Tom has been a leader on the local school board.

The work that was done in my home took 4 days one week and one day each of the next two weeks.       CHRIS and STORM did the work.    I left town the week CHRIS was here and had absolutely an amazing experience.    Chris, could have done little things that would have cost me $$ but I'm thrilled that he used his professional judgment and his insight as a father and homeowner in decision making that improved the impact of the total job.

MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO LOOK OUTSIDE THE BIG BIG NAMES......

Without reservation I will recommend TWC ENTERPRISES, Tom Cumbow is worth the phone call.

Do not recommend. Contracted through home warranty company. Said they cover my outdoor lighting when scheduling appointment but then called the next day saying they don't (after taking a check for $100 from my wife). Completely unethical business. Also, if you get the pleasure to speak with Theresa who works here you might as well hang up the phone as she's a total POS.

I needed lights in my garage installed. TWC did a great job! They were fast and polite. The electricians asked me to take a look as they left and I noticed they left the garage clean and the lights looked great!

Very Honest company. I sent them a picture of my panel box that needed double taps repaired . Holly told me the breakers were designed for 2 circuits and there was no need for repairs, saving me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend .
