Best Plumbing Services in North Carolina

I highly recommend Mr. Stanley and his son, Trey, for any well water pump repair that you may have. They are super courteous, professional, very responsive, and stand by their work. Two months ago,they replaced my water tank and well water pump system within 3 hours, arriving at my house within one hour of my phone call. I had another problem today and they came out  and  fixed the problem promptly.  They have upheld their warranty policies for both the product and the labor.

Based on some previous work they'd done for me, when I needed some light plumbing work done I reached out to Pipe Dreams again. They replaced all the hardware in each of my bathrooms and my experience with them was great. The work is solid and the price was exactly in line with the estimate.

Even though we decided to put off our project, I Was extremely impressed with the quick response time and how accommodating they seemed to be. I realize this company does mostly renovations, but It became obvious to me that even just painting was an important job to them.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

Despite a friendly and cordial receptionist, I have to say we will never use these guys again. We had a non emergency plumbing issue. Fair enough. They booked us a week out, even though we were stuck drinking bottled water in the meantime. That was fine.
The day of our appt., however, they called to say they had a plumbing emergency and would not be able to keep their appointment. And then, they scheduled us another WEEK out. Wait...What? Seriously? They are supposed to be open 24 hours. As a courtesy and just common business sense, schedule our job for after hours.
We said no thanks, called Master Plumbers and their team was out the next day.
I have NO idea where all these positive reviews are coming from. This is without a doubt the most unprofessional service we have dealt with in the Triad.

We were hired by this company to do asbestos testing and have yet to receive payment.  Work was completed in February.  Constantly given the run around.  I do NOT recommend this company!!!

Not sure where those oh so glowing reviews are coming from on Google but I suspect company employees cousins, uncles, etc.
I've made the mistake of hiring these r*dn*cks twice and the last time was the final straw. Had them look at a rental property that was having HVAC issues in the dead of summer. After a half*ss look around, Yosemite Sam gave me a price close to $1000 for a part replacement. Called my property management company to see what they came up with and their guy gave me a price of $350.
Stay away from this sketchy outfit!

The most unprofessional service I've ever used. Would not recommend them to anyone. Not reliable to appointment times.
