I love DEALING with Merritt Electric. They mostly deal in industrial Electrical. But, they will do residential. MR. Merritt is a very good owner. The office workers and electricians are very professional.

I needed someone to do some electrical work for us.  Derek responded with a good price for the job.  He arrived on time and has a pleasant attitude about him.  The job turned out to not be a big thing and went easy.  We spoke about having him install 3 ceiling fans and replacing some lights.  Derek did an excellent job and I would be highly recommend him.

John, Sara, and the team at Estep electrical solutions did all the electrical work for a home addition.  They were professional and efficient during the initial installation and had to deal with issues due to our drywall contractor covering up some outlets and razor lights.  The Estep team went above and beyond to ensure the job was done professionally and correctly.  They had to correct someone else's mistakes and produce an ideal outcome.

I would use them again without hesitation, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services.

Moved into Charlotte about a year ago, and have been doing updates to a condo that we bought.  Did some research and finally found AAC Electrical through Angie's List.    They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and very well priced.  I was so impressed, that I had them come back a few days later, to do additional work. Lighting fixtures in our house are now updated and much brighter, a new fan installed flawlessly, and multiple wall plugs were replaced with a more modern design......all done affordably!!!!  Won't ever need to look for another electrician. They will have all our business going forward!  And...Other neighbors in our complex were happy to get AAC Electrical's contact number from us.  Excellent Job!!! Thanks again!!!   Will be calling you back in a few months, when we remodel our bathrooms.

I hired Serge to replace a mailbox. I would definitely recommend him. He is punctual, polite, cleaned up the work area, and did a quality job. All this for a reasonable price, and available within a reasonable time frame.

He was so observant he noticed the vendor that sold me the mailbox post cover had sent me screws with rust on them, and replaced them with fresh galvanized screws. He cares about the job.

I plan on retaining his services for general contractor work in the future.

My husband and I had our sky light filled in, in our bathroom, and had Duane come out and put a can light in, adding an additional light switch too. Duane did an amazing job. It really brightened up our bathroom! Highly recommend!

Installed two new grounding rods for our home electrical service.  Did a great job.  Two electricians were professional and personable.  Answers additional electrical questions we had regarding a home that is new to us.  I would recommend this business and these electricians to others.

Got a referral via another contractor. Was knowledgeable, quirky yet nice but that was about it.  Promised a quote to be sent on the night he visited. Didn't receive it.  Followed up 2 nights later and promised again. Sent a text message following up, called immediately back upon receiving it Hey, I can't do your job.  Me:  What? Why?  He:  Because you're bugging the S out of me!  *click*.  

Dont promise if you can't deliver. If you're too busy fine.  Save your time folks and avoid this guy.

The owner of PES (Daniel) arrived at my house on Saturday night (2/28/20) whereby he determined the main breaker appeared to have shorted out but unfortunately didn't have any new breakers with him; thus, he said he would have to order one which would take a few days. However, in an effort to get me out of the dark/cold, he took a hammer and whacked the existing breaker a few times which to my surprise restored the power.  When I asked if I owed him anything, he said it would be $125 (trip charge).  Based on his advice, I told him to go ahead and order a new breaker to minimize my risk of losing power again which he said he would do and we made an appointment for the following Friday (6 days later).

After not hearing from anyone by Thursday to confirm the part had arrived, I called and was told by Daniel we would need to reschedule our appointment for the following week because the part had yet to arrive, so we did for the next Friday.

The day before the appointment, I called again since I hadn't heard anything and Daniel confirmed the part had arrived and he and/or his crew would be at my house the next day at 1pm.

At 2:30 on the day of the appointment, I decided to call again since no one had arrived or called me to tell me they were running late.  I left a message on Daniel's VM asking him to pkease call me.   After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I called back and Daniel answered and asked, What do you need?  When I told him I had been waiting for two hours and no one has yet to call me, his only response was, You're kidding? Hmm, let me call to see what happened. to which I replied, No, I'm not kidding and to prove it, you can cancel the order! to which he responded, Ok, have a nice day. without any apology or sign of remorse whatsoever!
