Being that me and my wife are first time Homebuyers, we've been feeling taken advantage of with companies coming out to fix things. We have had our pipes looked at in our laundry room a total of 4 times and every one of the companies have told us different reasons behind the pipes linking. as we can see all companies have failed at fixing the problem because we are now back to square one plus more water damages!!! We decided to give one more try and that's when we ran into The Plumbing and Air service Co. Jake and Jalen came in asked some questions and along the way of fixing the problems telling us the cause of the linking and further damages from the water. Jake gave us the run own with different quotes to try and help us the best way he could. He definitely went over and beyond to help make sure we received quality work and information. They both helped me understand a lot that I know I can use in the future for our next home.  I look forward to Recommending this company and working with them again if needed.

John Beale plumbing has repaired a toilet leak, installed new kitchen faucets and two outdoor hose bibs for us and is always professional and fairly priced.  Highly recommend them.

We had the best experience of any contractor we've worked with - Ethan was great at communicating throughout the entire project and finished ahead of schedule and in budget, which is typically unheard of. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the professionalism of the subcontractors he hired. The entire project (laundry room remodel) was seamless thanks to Ethan.

We had a gas water heater go out and they came by first thing in the morning and had it done by noon. Great service and great staff with everyone being very professional and kind. I taught customers service and they nailed it. I highly recommend them.

These guys were tops! Efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Shout out to Blake for being really dependable and communicative with anything I needed. I'd definitely use them again. Save yourself the pain of trying to find the total package in electric/plumbing services, and call these guys.

I cannot recommend this company since they do not keep their commitments for being punctual. I was originally given a time span of one hour and they never showed up, and did not even have the decency to call me.
