I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

These guys are the BEST I have ever worked with. They are not trying to drive up prices and they give you good advice on your options. We have old pipes with roots and they gave us multiple different ways to fix them in varying price ranges. Referred us to the best companies they know when they could not solve the problem. They are just NICE people. I have worked with several plumbers in the area and these guys will be the only people I call for the rest of my life. I cannot recommend them enough.

Recently our air conditioning unit stopped working, so I called Plumbing & Air to see when someone could stop by our home. Within an hour & a half, Perrin was at our door! He diagnosed our issue & fixed the problem within an hour of his arrival. Due to the age of our unit, he suggested we look at having a new AC unit installed. His colleague, Donny, came to discuss units and took his time explaining what was available & answering my questions. We chose a new unit and it will be installed only 9 days from the repair date. That's what I call service! Plumbing & Air made an excellent impression from start to finish & I look forward to working with them in the future.

This company is first class! From their responsiveness when I had an emergency, to the customer service received even after our project ended. You don't find this much anymore and it's appreciated. I highly recommend Freedle Plumbing!

We have used Pendergrass & Holder Plumbing for years. They are on time, very professional, and pricing is always fair. The service man was very helpful by showing us our issues and and making the necessary repairs. We are very pleased.

I needed to replace two pop-up sink drains and a pop-up tub drain in my kids bathroom which had begun to rust.  Aurora sent out a tech to take a look.  He then provided an estimate for this relatively small job which totaled nearly $1900.00.  He also offered a second estimate for over $3,100 if I wanted him to replace the two sink faucets as well - this estimate was not requested as nothing was wrong with the faucets.  Needless to say, I declined.  I then had to pay $95 for his service call to provide this estimate.

After he left, I called another plumber referred to me by a friend.  That plumber came out the following day and did the whole job, including parts, for $300.  Yes - the estimate from Aurora WAS MORE THAN SIX TIMES AS MUCH.

It is safe to say I will not be calling this company again.
