I had just moved into the area when I realized I needed more things in my house repaired than expected. Everything from painting to removing wallpaper to installing ceiling fans. I did some shopping around and ended up retaining Souther Triad Home Repair and they were exceptionally professional, informative and very fair in price. I never had to worry about a call back or where they were on any of the projects. I highly recommend them!

The work that was done was good. My issue is being charged for an additional 30 minutes for a job that I was already paying $125 an hour to do which had already taken two hours. I don't feel like i should've been charged an extra $62.50 for the 10 minutes over the two hour mark since this job could've been completed in two hours easily. Plus I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to get the valve stems myself, which I was still on the clock for. This was an integrity issue for me.

They put in a downdraft vent for our new range top. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. The work was done right and the area was clean when they were done. The price was very good compared to some of the other big sales pitch companies around these days that promise a lot and send out unprofessional and untrained crews to work on your house. Johns did a great job and earned our trust. I just wish we tried them first.

people......please listen,  this plumbing company does terrible work and is extremely expensive.  Todd Sowers is a crook.....my aunt called sowers plumbing to do some work and a month later she had the same plumbing problem so she called Dyers Plumbing to fix the problem.  She told Dyers that she had sowers plumbing out here a month ago and they just laughed, the Dyers Plumbing said they here this all the time and sowers plumbing charged twice as much as Dyers did for the same job.  This company is not a member of the BBB.  IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF CALL SOWERS PLUMBING

This is the company that my home warranty sent out to fix my heating issue in November 2021 which was initially only me smelling a burning odor whenever my heat came on but they ended up coming out about 5 times before deciding that I needed a new furnace. Anyone who is deemed the subject matter expert should not need that many times to fix a problem unless they are intentionally trying to get money out of the customers, which I believe was the case. They came out and fixed the problem. Maybe a week or so passed by and I noticed the odor was STILL there so I contacted my home warranty 2-10 again and they sent them back out this time it was that I needed a fan motor...why wasn't that the case the first time if you're coming out for the same issue? No clue. Each time they came out there was a different issue that the claimed they were fixing but every time they worked on it there was a new problem I hadn't had previously. I requested a different service tech after the 4th time but I should've requested an entirely different company through my home warranty. The next one came out and informed me of a different motor that I needed and once the part was in they would come install it. Advance Appliances called stating they couldn't find the part for my system and that the home warranty would need to find it. Home warranty found it but when advanced appliance came to install it the part was the wrong part for my system therefore could not be found and now I need a new system. The strangest thing also happened the last time they came out, I had to leave work to come home and meet them there. Once the guy was finished and I had left he contacted me stating he had left some tools in my crawl space if I mind him going back to get them....I wasn't home he knew that but I watched on my security camera this man was there for about 20 minutes. I don't believe it takes that long to get any tool you may have left. They screwed with my system little by little making me use the allotted funds my home warranty provides to cover the system then tell me I need a new system and the funds that could've been used for a new system from the beginning are now exhausted because of all the parts and labor of them coming out so many times. I had to go to my crawl space to turn on the switch for my ice machine and found that they had taken my unit apart and not put it back together when they left. It was a mess, I wish I had before and after photos of my crawl space prior to any work being done but I only have the photo of the mess they left. Absolutely unacceptable, unsatisfactory, and unprofessional! Rating would be 0 if possible but I don't recommend using this company at all.

Avoid this business at all cost. My husband and I contacted this business for a bathroom renovation. We didn't end up going with him because response times were slow and we had a deadlines. But we did have a small project that we needed done that felt low risk. We needed new cabinet doors for our living room built ins. The quote was reasonable and we paid him and deposit. He took measured and took our old doors with him and we have no heard from him since months later. He stopped answering our calls. There is no where to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is always full. No one to take messages. What terrible business practices. Now we are moving out of the house that we originally contracted him to do work on and now have to pay someone else to complete the job that we paid a deposit on and never got the work done for. Avoid this business at all cost. He can not be trusted!

Had them come to add a furnace to my system, they wanted to replaced the whole unit for 10k then was pressuring me into signing a contract with them, I said I think you are pressuring me into something I don't want, after some discussion about the prIces, interest rates and options the sales person decides to walk our, I told them from the big going not to show up if their intent was
To sell me a new system, big con artist, better watch out

If your looking for a good plumber look no further. If you want a honest one keep looking
