I contacted Forest Hills Electrical yesterday late afternoon and they very quickly emailed me back. The pricing was very fair and they set up an appointment for the next day. They called me 30 minutes prior to coming as requested. When they arrived they were very pleasant got the job done quickly and were very helpful. I will definitely use them again for any electrical work I may need in the future.

Recently I had a small electrical crisis. My circulating pond's pump was not working and fish in pond were not getting needed O2. I called A-1. They were at my house in 30 minutes. Problem was quickly diagnosed and defective outdoor outlet was replaced. Fish were saved. Reasonable  charge for the work. Paul found other outlets not functioning but I limited Paul to the one pond pump outlet. Later I learned that Paul misinterpreted the limitation and believed I was unhappy with his work. Not so!

Anderson Electric is an excellent company to do business with. I needed a Tesla wall charger installed at my home and I was leery of hiring anyone to do the job who didn't have experience installing this specialty item. Anderson has installed many of these Tesla wall chargers so they know what they are doing. The owner, George, personally came to my home and provided me with a fair quote for the job. He also took care of the permit required by my town. I was placed on the schedule and within 5 business days the work was complete. My job involved installing a new 60 amp circuit breaker on my basement electrical panel, running a high capacity copper line from my basement through a crawl space in front of my home to an external wall, then installing the Tesla wall charger on that wall. On the day of the install, a team of 3 Anderson electricians came to my home. They showed up on time, were very respectful and professional, and completed the job very quickly considering the complexity of the job. I highly recommend Anderson Electric for your home electrical project needs.

I was referred to Triton by some people at the Lamp Warehouse who said they'd heard good things about Sal's company. My first experience was pretty good - I had an overhaul of the electricity and wiring in my 1923 Finnish Co-op apartment. I thought the job was comprehensive, so it made sense that it cost $3,300 (Dec. 20ish 2008). But less than six months after that (June 2008), the front end of the apartment's wiring went out. Turned out, the first rewiring wasn't the whole unit, it was mainly along the living room, dining room and kitchen line. I didn't have a receipt or work statement to refer to, so I wasn't clear that this would need to be done in a new job.

The new job, which included rewiring the bathroom and bedroom area with new dedicated wires (to replace the cloth ones) was quoted as $1,700. But this time around the little things were problematic. Switch plates for the light switches and outlets were removed without being replaced, or in the case of one that was replaced, was jutting out at least 4 mm from the wall, so I continually am slicing my hand on the switch plate.

The estimated two-man crew and two days turned out to be one man working one and a half days, so I am baffled as to why it cost so much. There was also clumps of spackle dripped all over my walls and on the jackets hanging in the hall near where they were. These coats weren't underneath them, just sort of near by.

Also - it took weeks of trying to coordinate to get the second job done, so if you're in a hurry, this might not be the place. Miffed the second time around, but based on the first job, I believe it's a decent firm.

Mancini is a true professional, reliable, and consistent. He knows his job well and during times of desperate need he helped me and my family. I truly appreciate his work

Danube Electric did a fantastic job on my apartment. They are licensed in Electrician, Heating, and Cooling. They interviewed many other electricians, and chose them because they were reasonably priced and very reliable. I will most definitely use them again. Keep up the good work!

Handyman al can do it all, and he does it all in a very professional and timely manor! He came in way under the price of the competition producing better quality work than them! I've been using al for all types of jobs from Hanging a new front door to wiring up and hanging a fancy chandelier and they all came out top notch! It's hard finding honest reliable workers and now that I have he will be my first call every time I need something done!

I recently needed some minor electrical work done in my condo.  I looked around and thankfully found Angelo.  I had called two other electricians and one never called back and the other gave me a quote for the work over the phone but even though it was very reasonable he left me with the feeling that he wasn't sure if he could do it let alone show up so he was out.  Within 1/2 hour of calling Angelo, he called me back and told me when he would be there, what the cost would be and sure enough, he showed up exactly on time, did the work as he said he would and charged exactly what he said he would and did a great job.  In today's day in age when most tradesmen are just average at best and charge a fortune it was great to find an electrician that was a lot better than average, he knew his trade inside and out and charged what he said he would.  I would use him again in a second and I already have more work that I need to call him to have done.  If you use Angelo you can't go wrong.

We recently bought a new house and wanted to make some electrical upgrades throughout so we did some research online and found Wes Electric. After receiving our estimate we decided to use Wes. Some work included recessed lights,  ceiling fans, 200 amp service upgrade, and replacing all of our outlets.  The work came out perfect we were surprised how much adding some lighting could make such a difference in our home. The guys who did the work were neat and professional and always made sure to clean up at the end of the day. We would recommend Wes to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Joe came by and took care of all the necessary electrical installation including wiring, piping, interlock plate in the circuit breaker for our portable generator project.  He did a great job and attention to details was excellent.   He also made sure everything worked end-to-end (our generator, interlock plate,  and helped us with a detailed power outage & recovery exercise with all the steps in the right order).  We are very please with his work, work ethic, and pricing.  We trust him with all our electrical work needs and  would highly recommend him!

I can't say enough about Bianchi Electric. I stumbled on to Bianchi through the phone book after being ripped off by another electrician during my kitchen remodel. About a month after our renovation I realized how screwed up the electric was. Outlets wouldnt work when lights were off, my fuse kept blowing when I plugged anything in. Bianchi showed up and had the problem fixed in 2 days. He was more than affordable, understanding, and was able to explain why everything was so messed up. We couldnt have been happier with his work.

Haddad Electric is by far the best I have come across. The fact that Im even writing this review should say enough. I barely write reviews because The busy life I live. There was not a dull moment or even a second guessing moment I had with this company. John one of the best human you can come across. The guy looks like he eats & sleeps on this type of work. He is as professional  as they come when it comes to electricians. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Definitely my electrician for life. Will be doing all my future business with these guys. Overall my experience was not good. Patrick came by to check out a defective ceiling light and replace the wiring on a couple of other lights. He also replaced an outlet near the stove. All of the work took about half an hour. Patrick said he needed to order a part for the defective ceiling light and would return once that part arrived. I never heard back from him or the office so I emailed (a week later) and was told the part had shipped but there was no ETA. Another week went by with no update so I contacted the office again and was told they had to check on an ETA. I never heard back so I canceled the job. How hard is it to order and receive a part? How hard is it to keep me in the loop? I ended up paying $250 for half an hour's work and an incomplete job.

I had what turned out to be a small but difficult electrical problem, that most electricians  considered to be to small and messy and not worth the effort. I called every electrician in the nabohurghood most of them didn't  return any of my calls.
Mr Paskor returned  my call the same day. It took a few back and forth phone calls and about 2 weeks before we could work out a schedule  to get the work done. The job took 3 hours. I was very happy with the work and the price was excellent.
I have a few more electrical projects and would be more than happy to hire Mr. Paskor to do the work.

I called these men once when I had an outlet that was spewing sparks.  They came the same day and charged me $72 to check it out.  Is this a reasonable price?  I don't know, but at least I had the comfort of knowing it was checked by a licensed electrician.
