The service was prompt and excellent. They were able to come the same day I contacted them and resolved my issue timely. Moe and Warren were terrific. Will use them again when needed.

Titanium is the best. They rehabilitated a tired dark basement to a playroom that families can enjoy. From the start of the project  to its completion, Dorian and Klod were on board. They suggested improvements and did additional work without charging us more. I would reccomend their team and will strongly reccomend them to friends and neighbors.

Our ACs were out during the heatwave. I called Richie and he came the next day. An hour later the ACs were up and running. He charged a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Nice man, Beautiful job! Mickhael took his shoes off at the door (something I appreciate so much!) and was careful to protect my carpet while installing a new air conditioner and removing the ancient one. I needed to get something fixed in the middle of his installation, which took longer than expected, and he was very kind and patient. I will hire Mickhael again, and recommend you look no further!

Had a problem and paid the visiting fee 350 I think and he fixed most of it and diagnosed a potential larger problem but then told me the cost to fix that would be pretty high. I paid the fee for the visit but checked on line about the other problem. It was not nearly as serious as he had said and the average cost for fixing it also much les.s I went ahead on that with another company from I found on Home Adviser that did the job very well for 1/3rd of what I'd been quoted. So I cannot recommend this service

I called Nair and he was able to come the next day to look at an electrical outlet that wasn't working. He fixed it same day. Very professional and communicative! 5 stars!

I need a complete electrical upgrade in my home and a 220V line installed for an electric stove. One of the owners of G & R responded to my call promptly, was very engaging and seemed knowledgeable. He drew up a diagram, took photos, and explained the process we'd have to go through with Con Ed. We even discussed future work that he could do for us. He promised to send me an estimate within a day.....3 weeks later, I still haven't heard from him. I called for the first week and got no answer and his vm was full. The second week I continued to call and was able to leave a vm. I was ready to give him a deposit, but now it's back to searching for an electrician.....VERY disappointing.

I called Mike looking for help with a somewhat niche electrical issue at the office I work at. Although he couldn't help me he took the time to send me a list of other electricians he recommended. It was a huge help and I really appreciated him making the effort. Thanks Mike!

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a 11.30pm emergency where we lost all power. Erick came out in 45 min and got us back and running. He was honest and kept us calm. He sourced a hard to find part the next day and installed the part within 30min. We couldn't thank him more and will now use him for all our electrical needs. Would recommend to anyone! Came to install 4 dimmer switches in my new apartment. Responded very quickly and even came the day before Thanksgiving to do it. They were very professional and worked quickly. Prices are comparable to others as well. Highly recommend.

I called Ilya to instal two light fixtures and some dimmers. His response time and ability to quickly squeeze me into his schedule was great. He showed up on time, took the time to lay plastic on my carpet and furnishings, installed both fixtures into a concrete ceiling with ease, and cleaned up after himself. This is someone I happily recommend. He's courteous, respectful and efficient.

Don did a number of projects for me including installing light fixtures and outlets. His work is of the highest quality and timely. He was also very good about communicating. I'd use him again if needed.
