These guys are the bomb . We had a major issue with our old federal pacific electrical panel, Moe came down gave us an estimate and completed the job the same day. The job site was left clean with everything functioning. Very solid work !

I just moved into a new home and experienced a few different electrical issues. Klodian walked me through the home, troubleshooted with me, resolved several concerns immediately and will be returning to fix the remaining issue.  He put me immediately at ease and was able to answer all of my questions, without making me feel unknowledgeable.

Great group of guys. Not too familiar with electrical repair, but I was told from a friend to give these guys a call and sure it enough they were professional and quick to finish the job. They were thorough and I didn't feel like they were trying to make their job more complicated than what was needed to be done to get more money out of me. They fixed was was needed to be fixed and it was quickly done. Thanks again!

Mickhael is AMAZING! I found him on Yelp and his quote was very reasonable and he's super easy to work with. My contractor had messed up and killed one of my outlets in my bedroom. I got several quotes and Mickhael's was the most reasonable and he is flexible and will work with your schedule. He came and did 3 things for us: wired an outlet, extended a wire for our island range hood and grounded our ceiling light and re-wired an outlet in the kitchen. My previous contractor left several things that were very unsafe! So glad we got Mike to come in and take a look. He was very clean and professional and tarped the area so that there was minimal dirt and debris in my apt. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again!

Wow. I had a neighborhood handyman come out to look at an electrical issue we were having with the outlet our microwave plugs into. He did some troubleshooting and found that we needed to run a new wire from the circuit box to the kitchen. It took him a solid 4 hours to figure it out. The work he said needed to be done would cost well over $2k and take nearly a week to run the wire, spackle, repaint, etc.

Because that seemed like a lot to shell out, I contacted a few other electricians (see another review of mine for a bad experience). I emailed NYC Electricians and they were very responsive, even over Labor Day weekend. They gave a time window for when the electrician would come out and Ralph and George came out at the start of the time window. Ralph did his own troubleshooting and found the problem was actually with wiring to a GFCI outlet. He did some rewiring of the outlets and in about 45 minutes had everything done and working at a small fraction of the cost the handyman quoted. Ralph was also respectful of our apartment, taking his shoes off instead of tracking dirt from work boots all around the apartment, and he cleaned up all the debris from cut wires etc too.

Lesson: use real professionals. When we need electrical work we'll definitely call Ralph.

Gaston is amazing. He has now come and done two projects at our home. Each time he came right away the same day, identified the issue, fixed it and gave a more than fair price. I will use him every time I have an electrical issue.

John is very professional and experienced.  I had a few lights that were not working and he was able to assess the problem which was an easy fix.  I inquired about fixing these lights with another company and they automatically told me that I would need to tear down my ceiling and have everything rewired (before they came to assess the problem in person).  John also installed my chandelier.  Great guy, he gets the job done!

Initially, we were impressed with their professional manner.  They gave a quote which seemed reasonable.  Because of the extensive work we needed, the owner said he had a construction crew that they worked with.  Well I'd like to say this story had a happy ending, but it did not. We were hit up for another 10K for supplies .  Our mistake, lesson learned.  Never give money up front.  Their construction crew did not know what they were doing.  After a week we decided they needed to leave as we were not only furious at the shoddy construction, but every night we would shake our heads in disbelief.  We called in a real professional who apologized that someone in his field would actually call it a professional job.  Imagine that.  We are still trying to correct the mess they left us with.  With regard to the electric work, we were naive and probably would have done things differently.  The job was ok, but just ok.  Moral of story:  NEVER give money without proof of work.  ALWAYS, know what you want and how you want it done.  ALWAYS get references.  ALWAYS get a reference from people that you know.  FINALLY, check YouTube.  There is always video for any work that can be done by yourself.  Would NOT, and WILL NOT recommend this company.

I reached out to Mike via Yelp on a Sunday for a power problem in my new apartment. He was very responsive, got on the phone with me, and walked me through what he thought the problem was. He was even willing to FaceTime me while I went down to the basement and found the route cause of the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend working with him! I will be using him again in the future for any issues.

Danny was extremely prompt and professional replacing my 3 way switches in the kitchen for my high hat lights.
The price was very reasonable and included 2 switches plus labor.
I would definitely recommend hiring him for any electric work needed in a house.

Absolutely love the work that Erick and his team at Eco Electrician did on my bathroom fan. This fan used to have to be plugged into an outlet to use like a dive-bar. It was annoying and very frat house-y while Erick was doing another job for me, I ran this by him and he blew me away the results from today's install. Crispy clean work, as usual from Erick. Super amazing with response and stellar craftsmanship! Check out my other reviews for Erick and his team, they've done a lot of great work at my house.

I was debating between a 4 and a 5 since I have no one to compare them to.
I called today ( a Sunday) to make a Monday appt. I was so excited when Yoni and his partner said they could be at my house within 20 min and no weekend emergency fees. That was a HUGE plus for me already. They arrived and quickly assessed the problem. I have children and had water leaking through, from outside, an electrical outlet. For 20 years I thought it was a dead outlet. I heard a clicking sound coming from the box and realized there was a live wire in the box. I was beside myself. I was so fearful of having an electrical fire. Yoni took care of the problem and also told me that my electrical breaker box should be changed because the house was so old. There was NO pressure. He just informed me of things he had noticed and offered suggestions. His prices seem really fair and I definitely liked that he was not pushy.  I had no idea who to call and read YELP reviews. I'm not very trusting and always feel I may be getting ripped off. I usually get several estimates. I actually feel confident enough, from just this experience, to recommend Danik to friends. Finally, I have found someone....in the event I need an electrician again.

Fast, professional, and courteous. My ancient light fixture was fixed within minutes and he showed me how it works so that I could try to replace bulbs by myself in the future. It makes perfect sense that Ilin Ilya are rated so highly.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. Was prompt, courteous, went out of there way to get the job done. I picked them because they gave the lowest price but there service was great also. Came last night and then came back early morning to finish.  Super Job!

Roman is the best contractor I have ever dealt with in Manhattan! I first reached out to him because our fuse box kept blowing. I emailed Conquest Electric through yelp and Roman got back to me within hours.

He was able to come to the apartment on a day AND time that was convenient for me!! With his assessment, Roman explained everything so I could understand and further provided options for a solution. He then solved the problem quickly and professionally!

Soon after my initial problem, we had a set of spot lights stop working. He again came in a timely and convenient manner and left the apartment with everything fixed.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Roman's work ethic is excellent! Highly recommend!
