I am very satisfied with Klod's install of the Tesla wall connector. He did an amazing job and I am pleased with the result. From the start by calling him asking about installing an EV charger, then he came over to gave me a price quote. Then finally for today's installation, everything was smooth and worry free. He gave me a price quote that I don't even bother to shop around and ask for different quotes. The end result is that the install looks professional and clean. Look no where else and give him a call for your Tesla wall connector or NEMA plug need. Highly recommended!

Rich was great.  I had a few issues but no definite work that needed to be done.  I was honest that I already had a couple other people check it out.  He offered his opinions, looked into a few things, and gave me an estimated quote for a big upgrade on the spot.

For now my problems resolved themselves and the upgrade work can wait, but I'll be calling Rich again for jobs both big & small.

Used yelp to contact for a quote and set up appointment. Quote was fair, work was quick and he cleaned up the place as good as new. Highly reccommend.

Gaston is amazing. He has now come and done two projects at our home. Each time he came right away the same day, identified the issue, fixed it and gave a more than fair price. I will use him every time I have an electrical issue.

John was quick to respond with our communications and easy to set up time with. He fixed our issue quickly while thoroughly explaining the background of why the problem was happening and why the fix would be helpful. We'd definitely work with John again for future electrical needs.

I went on Angi to find someone to install a ground fault outlet, as it didn't work when I installed it.  Ganesh called at 3:00 to say they had a guy, Omish, in Manhattan that day, and he would be coming that afternoon. At 3:43 he was at the front door of the building, and called to ask what apartment we were in. He was very pleasant, and unscrewed the wires to the outlet box, replaced them with wires he had with him, installed the outlet box that I had purchased, and was done in 15 minutes. He did not give me an estimate before he did the work. He computed the cost, and told me it would be $336.00 if I paid in cash, because there would be no tax, and if I paid with a credit card, he would have to add tax and a 5% surcharge for the credit card. At 4:09, I was at the ATM around the corner, getting cash to pay him --$340.00 because he didn't have any change. He said he would email me the receipt. He did not. I called the office twice over the week to request a receipt. It never came, and I felt I was ripped off.

Full disclosure: I didn't actually hire Mike.

I called him because there were sounds coming from my fuse box and Mike seemed to have good reviews. It was the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend so I asked if he was working and he said he was out of town, but asked me what was wrong. He then stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes guiding me through steps I could follow to try to fix the problem. Those steps worked. He also asked I text him back to let him know if things didn't improve.

I much appreciate Mike's kindness and clearly, aptitude. I will not hesitate to call him again for any electrical issues.

Was lucky to find  Conroy Electric. Dan the owner, was able to give me an estimate right over the phone and schedule everything as I needed. He confirmed the day before that he would be there and he arrived at the scheduled time that he said he would be there. Went right to work finished the job in a timely manner and was neat as a pin. In addition he encountered several issues in my old house and yet he was still able to persevere and continue to do the work as needed. Highly recommend Conroy electric and Dan. You will not be disappointed.

Quick to respond and set up time with me! I needed a burned out outlet replaced and they came by a day or two later. Pricing was slightly higher than with others I reached out to but not too much. Would work with them again. Thanks!

This guy is incredibly unprofessional and likely hoping you are uninformed so he can overcharge you. I called him asking for a quote - he then called me back, and I asked where he was calling from. He refused to answer the question and asked if I was getting other quotes as well. I said yes, obviously, as everyone should be - and then he abruptly hung up. He then did not answer any of my calls. The positive reviews, I'm guessing, are not real.

Yoni was quick, meticulous, and professional. He installed an outlet under my sink for a new dishwasher and had to make a number of adjustments to space it correctly. I appreciated his patience with the job. He was also able to answer questions I had about a few other electrical concerns we had. I would definitely call him again.

I had a problem with my recessed lighting and called Asset for help. However, the owner was kind enough to walk me through on how to fix it myself without wasting money and a visit from them. Tho I didn't actually hire asset this time, they will definitely be the one I call for future projects I have in mind that does require an electrician.

Don came this past Sunday to fix a burnt outlet in our home. After having the fire department here the night before, and feeling like we narrowly avoided a house fire, we were anxious to have this fixed quickly. Don was the only electrician who returned our call (we know most companies are closed on Sundays but at least call back) and he called back quickly. He also said he was coming over and was here in just a few minutes! Don fixed the outlet super quick and looked through the other rooms and checked our circuit box in the basement. He was pleasant and kind and gave us peace of mind that the house was safe. Don's price was reasonable & we would definitely use him again. Highly recommend!!

Eugene is total pro and has my full recommendation.  Had to install multiple TV mounts into thin walls as well as a few larger shelves. He didn't install anything that would potentially damage the walls, which I appreciated.  Sometimes your ideas just don't work.

More impressive was all the custom work he did to install a hanging entertainment center (weighing about 90 pounds) into a sheet rock wall. This required tearing into the wall to build a custom mount bc my building didn't have the right studs. Things can get pricey quick, but you get what you pay for. So pay to have things done right!

With Eugene you're in great hands.  He's punctual, hard working, and doesn't take short cuts. All important things for those home projects.

The Electrific team was courteous, professional, and they got back to me when other electricians I contacted wouldn't return my calls! I used them to do electrical repairs and to install a new outlet behind my washer/dryer unit and they were fantastic. Would highly recommend them and I will be using their services again.

I had an amazing experience hiring Handyma'am for a backyard beautification project in Brooklyn! Katie was professional, timely, an amazing communicator, and helped transform our outdoor space. I recently went to the United Kingdom.  While there I purchased a Retro Radio that my daughter would love.  My husband was convinced by the way the man in the store answered a question about the way the radio had been built that we had to have it some re-wiring done to make it playable in the US.  That just didn't seem right to me, but I dutifully went looking for a small appliance electrician.  Needless to say, Roman had superlative reviews and was near my home.

I sent him an email telling him briefly what the situation was. He responded in fewer than 24 hours and told me that there was no need for his services and that all I needed was the small current transformer that we all take with us when traveling!  Roman could easily have taken me for an expensive ride but instead he was an incredibly honest man. I was amazed and so grateful.

On top of that, today I got a follow up email from him just checking to see how it had all worked out!   All of this from a man who never made a dime off of me!  Treat yourself to an interaction with a human being that we should all strive to be like.  Roman is one of the few - an incredibly honest and caring technician.  Go Roman!  You have my undying respect.
