I called electrician techs because i needed them to double the grounding on an existing outdoor outlet installed by someone else. They came the same day and when they were running late, they made sure to call and let me know. They gave me a price over the phone and stuck to that price. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

As first time homeowners, being anxious about things is normal... but it comes to electrical issues, all hell breaks loose. Thankfully Klodian is super responsive and takes the time to assess and explain the issues. And when I say he takes the time, I mean it. He and his team have made several visits to our residence since we moved in a month ago. Price is very fair and it's clear that he cares about his clients. His level of professionalism is through the roof.

Yeup, this one star was not a mistake. This rating does not regard his work, but his lack of communication. I called this guy up and after hearing that I only need 1 outlet installed, he immediately didn't want to talk to me. He brushed me off and told me to text him. He never texted nor called me back. I understand if the work is very minimal and he just doesn't want to do it. It's best to let me know than have me sitting around all day waiting for him to call me back.

I can't say enough good things about NYC Electricians and Ralph.  I contacted them yesterday for some rewiring of my under counter lights in my kitchen.  They reached out to me immediately and sent Ralph over today.  Ralph is a gem.  He recognized the problem right away, ran out to get the appropriate parts, came back and fixed my lights!   He also took a look at my circuit breaker box and made some excellent recommendations that I will be fixing within the next few months since it is a big job.  Thank you to NYC Electricians and Ralph.  I would highly recommend you to my friends and plan on keeping you in mind if anything else comes up.

I ran into a problem when I tried to relocate a switch and outlet. I got confused by some wiring. I was in a hurry to get this fixed since we needed get the room finished. I searched Yelp.com and found Nair Electrical in our area. I contacted him and got a response right away.
The next day Gaston came over and fixed our issue right away. I was able to use my credit card. There was another small job, I needed to put up a fixture with a new switch and he was able to do that while he was there. Unlike other contractors he was not in a rush to leave, he made sure I was happy with the work and he cleaned up himself. Many contractors leave their trash behind. I plan to use him again and again. Rates are reasonable but always ask how much a job will cost before agreeing to the terms of the price, and use the coupon when you can.

Will definitely use JEM lighting for future work.  Fast communication and great service. John helped me fix one of my sconces that went out and even helped me fix the sconce's switch which I thought would never work again (original 1970s sconce).

The issue was a light fixture with a broken ballast. I wanted the ballast to be bypassed and to use LED lighting instead.  I had provided the lighting and the materials required. I put out a request and they were one of the first to respond. They indicated that they would come the next day and look at the situation and provide an estimate.

They showed up on time, and went straight to work. In retrospect, that is not what should have happened. They quickly and efficiently installed the light and it worked perfectly,  but I had not gotten an estimate so I was not quite sure what I was going to end up paying.  They were notably higher than an estimate that I had received (which included providing materials - which I provided) but they had done the work, so I did not feel it appropriate to haggle.

In the end, though, they did great work and even cleaned up after they were done.

Picture this; a hot and muggy New York City night, fresh groceries in the fridge, and work on the horizon. But one thing... no power in my entire apartment. I'm no dummy but I'm certainly no electrician either. Our building super was on vacation and our office wasn't picking up the phone. My wife and I were at a serious crossroads. I went to Yelp, obviously, and found these guys because t said thy were still open this late on a Sunday night (10 pm). I worked with Mike and he assisted me with getting the electricity back on in my apartment. He walked me through testing each circuit to figure out which was the faulty one. He was patient, calm, and knowledgeable. I have his name and number proudly taped to the inside of my breaker box should I ever need him to come and do some work for us.

I called Conroy electric and the owner was very nice  I have electrical problems in my house I have light fixtures  that didn't work I have switches and outlets that did not work and my fuse box was outdated he install new switches a new fuse box now all the electric Works GREAT in my house. He did a wonderful job his prices were very fair and I would hire and over and over again until he retires I am going to tell my friends and my family about him.

Quick to respond and set up time with me! I needed a burned out outlet replaced and they came by a day or two later. Pricing was slightly higher than with others I reached out to but not too much. Would work with them again. Thanks!

I will definitely call Eco Electrician for future needs. I just had an issue with my outlets blowing, and was troubleshooted through how to get them back on without requiring a home visit. All the other electricians I called previously quoted hundreds of dollars to come by and troubleshoot, and Eco Electrician just talked me through it quickly on the phone. Thank you!

Yoni came the same day that I called him to replace a broken light switch. Quick service and well done, and gave me a price quote in advance which I appreciated. I texted  him photos of the problem so he knew exactly what replacement parts he needed to buy in advance. Glad I found him on yelp.

After a week of chasing another electrician around Llya responded right away and was here the next morning first thing. He did the job quickly and for a fair price. So glad to have a contact for a fair and responsive electrician. Plan to work with him again soon.

Had an issue with a light fixture in my dining room. Don and co arrived ahead of schedule and where able to fix on the same day. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using for future projects!

Amazing service, I'm really shocked at how awesome of an experience I had!! I never leave yelp reviews but his service really deserves a great review!

My kitchen faucet was leaking and I needed it fixed ASAP because it was leaking to my downstairs neighbor. I called on Saturday and he asked me to text some photos of the sink and pipes so he can assess the situation, figure out what parts were needed, and give me a quote. After I agreed to the price, he showed up the next day on time. He quickly took a look and realized the issue wasn't as bad as it looked in the photos, so he lowered the price which I thought was an honest and respectful thing to do (other plumbers might have stuck by the original quote and took advantage).

Within minutes of arriving, he set out to Home Depot to buy the new faucet I needed, and even sent me photos and prices of options while he was there to make sure it was what I wanted! So awesome.

When he got back 30 min later, he went straight to work and finished within 25 minutes. If I ever need another plumbing job, I am 100% calling again!

I recently completed a renovation of my small kitchen, and it required various electrical tasks. After dealing with a few other flaky electricians, I was happy to connect with the helpful and communicative folks at Electrific. Avi and his team did a bunch of tasks for me, including several light-switch upgrades and the routing/installation of two pendant lamps above my kitchen island. Avi is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy -- and he actually listens to you. I'll be relying on Electrific for my future electrical needs.

Katie is a gem. I needed curtains installed in my bedroom, which required someone to stand on my bed. This task felt very personal, and as a woman, I felt more comfortable having a fellow woman get the job done. I was running a bit late, and Katie was graciously flexible and understanding. She installed the curtains in 30 minutes, maybe even less time!? She was super professional and down to earth. You can just really tell that she's a genuinely good soul and wants to support her clients in the most authentic and professional way. I really appreciated Katie's handiwork and I can safely say that blackout curtains were an excellent investment. Support women-owned businesses!

I tried to hold my opinion until I make sure it's not my fault. After all, I see all these 5 stars review and I wonder if it's me just overreacting.  However, I did pay $200 for nothing, so I thought I should say something.

Although not on time, running more than an hour late without informing me, Serafin was a friendly person. But before his visit, 7 out of the 10 kitchen lights worked, but when he left, none of the lights worked. The kitchen was also left as a huge mess that I spent a long time to clean up.

When I was charged $200 for making my apartment situation worse, I was shocked, but I still paid because I respect people taking their time helping, although my time was obviously not being respected.
