Very, very fast service.  Great communication for scheduling and COI's.  Had a fancy light switch installed and a bathroom fixture replaced and the electrician did it in no time.  We assessed and I opted to install it upside down, and that took just five more minutes.  Highly recommended.

This business/service provider is awesome, there's no need to search for another company in Brooklyn.    I will reach out to them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family

They're not cheap, but maybe when you're dealing with 20 amps of 110v AC that can burn your house down if you look at it wrong cheap is not what you actually want?  David was prompt, ruthlessly honest about the task at hand, and completed the work on time.  No complaints.

I had a some small electrical problems I had been putting off.  But when all the lights went out in the bathroom, it was time to do something.
I called Gaston because he was close, and I knew the travel time would be short.  He got there in fifteen minutes, and this is without it being an emergency!

I've been through a fair share of electricians in NYC and these guys seemed to be all the same. They all carried disgruntled, rude attitudes while also overcharging, many didn't even do a satisfactory job. Overall I never had any positive experiences with electricians until I found Hitch. Everything about him reassured me that he was going to do a great job without ripping me off, and especially I felt comfortable around the guy. When he came to replace my breaker panel, not only was his work quick and excellent, on top of that he even fixed my broken intercom, free of charge! This guy is simply awesome and I recommend him to everyone. I'm just so glad I was able to find the #1 electrician in New York!

Danny was a pleasure to work with! He responded to my inquiry immediately and was flexible with our schedule. He brought all that was needed, swapped out a new light fixture and was ready to address any additional issues (gaps, new switches, etc.) and installed a dimmer switch seamlessly. Did the entire job in less than 40 mins, and the icing on the cake was how kind he was to my large, loud, but lovely pup. We will definitely call on Danny for our needs moving forward. Thank you!!

I hired Eric and his team to put in new outlets and light switches in my rental apartment.  They were totally professional, diligent and did an excellent job.  Also, they are nice guys.  I will definitely use them again for future jobs and highly recommend them.

Came to install 4 dimmer switches in my new apartment. Responded very quickly and even came the day before Thanksgiving to do it. They were very professional and worked quickly. Prices are comparable to others as well. Highly recommend.

Ilya really is as good as everyone else on here says, including cleaning up after himself, which, as anyone who has had anyone come to their home to fix something can tell you is very, very rare. Extremely personable as well.

We called Donald in to inspect a home for us. He was available the next day,gave us an estimate and came in and did a great job ASAP. He was responsive to my calls and texts. His pricing is fair and his work was excellent. I definitely recommend him and I would definitely call him back.

Used him over 2 years ago, and he has not changed . His quality of work and efficiency is made me hire him again after all this time. He did a great job, mounting my tvs and lamps into my wall. When a houseguest plugged a charger into a bathroom socket and half the apartment lost power, it was naturally alarming as we didn't know what the scope of the ultimate problem would be. Having just moved to the neighborhood, we weren't certain who to consult and after seeing Electrific's positive reviews and getting one more word of mouth reference we reached out. Avi was totally up front about the rate and was communicative the entire way through, from scheduling to explaining what he was testing and the scope of the likely issue, and his final labor + materials cost felt more than fair.
