This literally the first yelp review I ever wrote. Jimmy was a life savor!! He answered right away and was here by my apartment in 10 mins!  He was done in less than 5 mins! I would definitely recommend him. Prices are reasonable as well.

Spoke with both brothers who own business for free estmate.  Jason listened carefully and patiently to very detailed description of work to be done with work area description over the phone and gave me price breakdown of work as an idea for what each work would run.  He referred me to another electrical business (Jared) who they refer business to  when they can't take on additional work.  Jason gets 5 stars for patience, phone manners (yes, i am old school, phone manners are important), and phone estimate numbers; his estimate was in line with two other estimators who came on site; I'm waiting for Jared's estimate.

Best electrical contractor in Jersey City!  Knowledgeable, timely, shows up, quality work, and affordable.  What more can someone ask for in a contractor?  Used him to install electrical heater, new line and outlets, and will be using him in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Omeshwar.  He was very professional and did a great job installing a number of dimmers throughout my house.  There were a couple complicated issues that arose during the install, and Omeshwar handled them like a pro.  He was also a pleasure to work with, was great at communicating, and was reasonably priced.  Will definitely be going back to him in the future!

We called No Shorts to come upgrade our electrical panel and they did a great job! We originally expected to have our electricity off for about 8 hours, but it only ended up being about 5 hours. They were professional and clean and did a great job!

Cannot say enough great things about this team! I had an electric problem on a Friday night and they were booked the whole day and still made time to squeeze me in and come at 6:30 on a Friday night. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and took care of the problem within a half hour. Their commitment to prioritizing their customers needs was above and beyond. We called this company based on Yelp reviews in a pinch when the old chandelier in our new house caught fire at 7:30 pm on a weekday. No kidding. We looked at 24-hour electricians with five-star reviews and Fuentes was one of them. I called, Jamie answered, I told him the issue and that I wanted the chandelier removed tonight and to go to sleep knowing there wasn't a wiring issue I needed to worry about overnight. He gave me a reasonable price to come over and diagnose the problem and said it would cost a bit more to install a new light and dimmer (once he got here and he figured out what the problem was). He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. We will definitely call again! Highly recommended.

Alex was the only one able/willing to come same day (Sunday).  He diagnosed and fixed our washing machine very quickly.  Very happy with the service, would call him again for any future appliance repairs.

Gambi came over to install some undercounter lighting and move/add kichen outlets.  1.  Good work.  2. Fair price (2 guys, 4 hours, $375?  - can't complain about that). 3. English speaking. 4. If you're going to have guys in your house for four hours, it helps if they're friendly and interesting people.  Eugene is both.  Highly-recommended.

Hired rob to rewire my attic had some damage before from a short that went wrong, he was fair with the price and quality workmanship.

Ciro was professional and on time to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He had to replace a valve which was hard to find but he did and returned to do a great job. He also replaced my front door lock and spent some time cleaning out my dryer vent which was very hard to get to. I was quite horrified to see what came out of there! His assistant was helpful and polite. I am so happy to have found a great handyman who is capable. When you live in an old house there is always something needing fixing. I put it off because dealing with flaky people isn't fun. I highly recommend booking him for any job! Thumbs up.

To install Nest thermostats to an old heating system with separate zones will often bring a few surprises, as in my home, but which Frank and Nick addressed with competence and professionalism. The heating works well BECAUSE Frank insisted they stayed until old switches were replaced, kept communicating with us and only left once they were sure that everything was in order. Thank you! Avoid at all costs.  I asked the guy (Jeff Brausewetter) to install a 220v outlet for a new dryer and he said he needed to put in a new breaker box.  I paid for it, and he came and installed it; he told me he was almost done but just needed to get the part for the outlet.  Then he stopped answering the phone or replying to my texts.  Finally he replied saying that he had been locked out of his phone and would sort me out, but after that he became unresponsive at the new number too.  Finally I had another electrician out (Riviera Electric, recommended).  He explained that (i) Jeff's breaker box was completely useless, and (ii) he hadn't actually done anything except for screwing the box onto the wall - no wiring or anything.  So, I'm out over $300 with nothing to show for it except for a useless breaker box that I'm going to have to throw away.  BEWARE!
