We had what we thought was a broken pipe in our front yard. Frantic and worried about our property, Bobby from Sunshine, came out and assessed the problem. Bobby took the time to find where the leak was coming from and was able to help us put an end to the leak. We were so happy and relieved to have Bobby from Sunshine come out as quick as he did and fix the problem. No one WANTS plumbing problems, BUT if you find yourself in that hole, CALL SUNSHINE!!! Responsive, reliable, and honest are the key words to describe Bobby at Sunshine.

Sunshine Plumbing was contacted to replace Orangeburg sewage pipes under the home I was purchasing. They received an inspection report and video showing them the location of the failing pipes during the inspection phase of the home purchase. However, they only replaced the front half of the sewage system underneath the driveway and failed to mention or address the remaining section of the pipes underneath the home. Throughout the process, they have refused to return calls and emails despite my numerous attempts to reconcile this issue with them.

I do NOT recommend this company. Their negligence in addressing additional failing pipes is a huge ethical violation. Do NOT trust them.

Zero customer service. Be sure and confirm service fees prior to them coming out. Will never use again.

We need a new water heater. We called around and find sunshine to have the best price. Romon came to our house and change out the water heater for us. During the installation, he found a leak under our house. He couldn't fix that day but came back a few days later to fix it. He took the time to show us how to turn on the water heater so that we could take a hot shower and turn it off when we were done. He follow up with us to be sure everything was working okay after the job was done. The best part of the company is its employees. Working with the people at Sunshine was excellent. They took time to tell how much everything was going to be. We had to pay half of the repair up front. I had to go to bank to the money on Friday afternoon when they were closing and Lupita waiting for me to come to the office to pay them. She took the time to wait for me. We were so happy with them that we had them do our put in a new A/C in our house.
