We contacted Joe about a leaking shower in our Jersey City home . He responded quickly via email and came out a week or two later to check out the situation. After signing a contract with Joe, we went full steam ahead with an entire shower remodel. We ran into a few issues along the way (as is typical with any project) and when faced with each, Joe was communicative, practical, and helpful. He showed us our various options and the various prices, allowing us to make an informed decision that worked best for us. Joe and his crew are professional and courteous... and most importantly, they are very skilled. We now have a beautiful, stylish, and fully functional, non-leaking shower! Called this company  very early in the day as the heat had turned off and right away was given an appointment for early that same morning. EVERYONE i spoke to from the owner, admin assistant and technician were all very professional.  To me communication is so important to any relationship and this company had AMAZING communication by sharing pricing model right away and even sending me a text when they were on the way. Great experience so i would highly recommend!

I have been having issues with my ac for the past few years had about 7 other ac companies both large and small try to come out and fix it. They either attempted a repair and took my money and fixed nothing or wanted to replace entire systems. Nobody seemed to be honest, reliable and dependable at all....that is until I came across comfort duty. Andrei from comfort duty was extremely knowledgeable, honest, punctual and reliable. He provided a solution to my problems and got both of my zones functioning again. His price was extremely fair for the amount of work that was done. Replaced 2 condensers, 1 coil and re-did ductwork on both upstairs and first floor zones. Him and his crew completed the repairs in one full day, took away all old equipment and cleaned up all pieces of paper, cardboard and plastic that the new equipment came in. If your in need heating/ ac repair or replacement I would highly recommend comfort duty. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Christopher was very patient with the crammed space soldering a 50+ year copper pipe. He had to do many trips to the hardware store to get the job done. Reasonable prices compared to others serving Brooklyn.

Decent work product, but it took a little longer than I expected due to snow, pandemic, lack of parking etc.

Thank you Stitch Coterie!  Nick (the owner) responded to an emergency gas leak and fixed it right away.  With that introduction, he and his team replaced our bathroom sink, sink base vanity, mirror and two bathroom lighting fixtures, one of which had to be rewired to a new wall outlet.  Looks and works great!  

He was very responsive - though very busy!  Once he started the bathroom job, he stuck with it to the end - took about three days.

He and his team were so personable and truly excited by the transformation - and we are too!

One note of constructive feedback, he lost some small parts to our Ikea vanity - nothing major, and I'm grateful he was able to assemble and install four different Ikea items for us.

I recently had my sewer line back up and flood into my basement. I called Statewide for emergency help and Juan came out to fix the problem that same evening. You can count on Juan to get the job done no matter what and do it with a good attitude and professional manner.

Wow! Had a clogged sewer line to street. Bob called back within an hour and talked me through unplugging it. No charge! How often does that happen? I can't recommend him enough. In a city full of crooked contractors it's difficult to find an honest one! Bob is the man!

My tenant's central air wasn't cooling properly. Searched for companies that would provide free estimates. Airheem quickly responded and after asking a few questions, gave me a reasonable estimate. He came out the same day! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He also took the time to explain everything. He got the HVAC back up and running quickly. Also provided great customer service, very professional and polite.

Nick was awesome. He showed up at the exact time. He said he would be here down to the minute. He replace my old sink and even had a sink to potentially install. unfortunately, that sink was not the right size because my sink was a special order from 10 years ago. We were able to find the correct sink. Nick came back installed it. Changed a few valves that needed changing and overall it was a great and seamless process.

Worst service I've ever had. Don't waste your money, and be extremely careful with this company!
