I recently purchased a home in Jersey City and ran in to unanticipated problems that required gutting the basement. Hudson Home Improvement owner Joe S. visited early on a Saturday morning to assess the basement level and discuss the rebuild. He spent about an hour talking with me and immediately struck me as someone who is deeply knowledgeable about contracting and home building. He was candid and thorough in the assessment, and followed up with an estimate quickly. While we opted to go another route I am confident Hudson HI would have provided high-quality work, as the business's Better Business Bureau rating and reviews I'd read elsewhere are all complimentary. Joe strikes me as someone who goes well beyond the requirements and does right by his clients.

Fair-prices, reliable and professional. Infinite Comfort fixed my father's bathroom sink with 50 years of corrosion. The price for just the drainpipe seemed high and it was clear the rest of the plumbing was going to go eventually. Fabio worked out a better deal with me that included all the plumbing, from the supply lines to the faucet, and gave me a 2 year warranty. Osvaldo did the work - on time, clean and professional. Definitely recommend.

So I have met a few HVAC pro's over the past 3 yrs. I've hired the same guy more then once to do maintenance and a refrigerant recharge. I once kicked someone out of my house for trying a bs scam. Recently I needed someone for an estimate to fix my current problems and offer an estimate for a project requiring a 2nd system. I sent out a bunch of requests and Andrei from Comfort Duty replied rather quickly. Comfort Duty????? I honestly had low expectations. 1 review. He was running late. However, Andrei text me his new eta after calling me. It ended up working out better then expected. I had enough time to mow the lawn, thaw my coils, take apart the condensor and clean off those coils. They were caked with pollen, dirt and canadian soot.
Andrei showed up for an estimate and ended up repairing my current problems!!! He is thorough, open to all options including my own possible ideas. Andrei explains what each equipment does and has the tools to get the job done right. My HVAC has never worked well until now. I highly recommend!!

Chris was very prompt, knowledgable, and friendly.  
He fixed my leak with the right parts, and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

Nick and his plumbing company is my number one choice when I have plumbing problems. He spends the time to find and fix  the problem then he cleans up after. I've not had any problems with any of the work he did for me. He's very respectful, he explains what the problem is, how he's going to fix it and then calls back to see if evening is working as should be. I highly  recommend Nick and his  this company.

I would strongly encourage people to consider another provider.   Ivar is quick to respond, but that is the only thing he does right.   He didn't show up on time, he rushed through the job, did not cleaning up after himself, charged me more then what I was quoted for the job.  Wait there is more...   when I ask for justification for the price increase he was condescending, and said he was late for a bowling engagement.   That is a new one for me.

The nail in the coffin, and the reason I'm writing this review.  The issue I paid him to fix came back 1 week later.  When I called him to evaluate it he did not return my call.  After calling him everyday for a week, I calling him from a different phone number and he picked up.  When I asked him why he didn't return my call, he said he was too busy to deal with coming back for my drain.   I asked him to refund my money, he laughed and hung up.

Juan was very responsive and knows his stuff. I called him on a Saturday morning to ask for help replacing my kitchen faucet. He accommodated my schedule and came the same day. He was an hour early and texted me when he was en route.

Reasonable price for quality work! Would definitely recommend and call again for future jobs!

On May 17, 2021 Mr. Sessa came to my home to fix a leak in my bathtub. The fixture itself was more than 30 years old so I asked him to install new set up, which he did in a very efficient professional manner. The man has been in business for many many years and it shows. While he was there I asked if he could also install a new shower head, which he did. I had checked around before I called him, so I know he charged me a fair price. He also said to call him if any problem arose, which it has not. My tenant's central air wasn't cooling properly. Searched for companies that would provide free estimates. Airheem quickly responded and after asking a few questions, gave me a reasonable estimate. He came out the same day! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He also took the time to explain everything. He got the HVAC back up and running quickly. Also provided great customer service, very professional and polite.

Did a vanity/sink bathroom install, and had the old one removed. Nick was very communicative and prompt with his arrival/service. Looks great and very friendly. Thanks!!

The job gets done RIGHT  which is important because my experience has been for the Job never gets done  the way it should and six months later it breaks. So try AAA!!!!
