Have used Allure Plumbing numerous times; Jim and his crew are always great and polite! Needed a new gas fired 40-gal water heater. Got a quote from Allure; checked around and Jim's total price (for the tank plus labor) was very fair. Plus...his quality of work cannot be matched. Jim did not charge extra for some add'l plumbing items that needed to be done. I highly recommend Allure.

My faucet was leaking. I contacted them on a Friday and they were very responsive. They fixed the problem very quickly and were easy to work with.

I found Dihouse through Yelp. Among all contractors I met with, Dima is the only one who responsed back with an email with very detailed and clear info shortly. Dima is a person who is very patient and responsive. He is also on schedule and did what he promised. Dihouse is a general contractor to be trusted.

I chose Primary Plumbing because of his great reviews, well he now has another one. I called Mr. Carmine and he asked me questions and for pictures of my furnace. He came the next day and cheked out my furnace and the number of radiators I had.I decided after his analysis that I needed a new furnace.He explained what the work entailed and gave me a detailed contract of the cost for the whole job. He started work the Oct. 6th and finished on the 7th,2020. In a day and a half, he dismantled and removed my large old furnace, collected and installed my new one,and cleaned up everything by himself. He checked and made sure all radiators were heating and I was satisfied. He left saying if any problems please call him. I do have more work to do and I certainly will be calling Mr. Carmine. I have to say, the cordial disposition and professional manner displayed by Strato, the technician from Gateway who promptly came to my house to service my furnace was super! I especially appreciated the honesty and kindness that Strato had shown to me!

So 3 days before the temps were predicted to drop to 4 degrees, I found myself with a cracked furnace and no heat. It has been a pretty mild winter but that was scheduled to change and while I could manage - or relocate - my 98 y.o. bed-bound aunt could not. I called our plumber and he was down for count with Covid. He recommended John DeGrace.

John was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He had a crew at my house 8:30 the next morning. Because of some prior bad decisions the job was a lot more complex than just replacing a furnace. The water heater had to be physically moved to allow access and all of the pipes had to be replaced and/or rerouted. It was a two day job but John promised we'd have heat before the cold front and he was true to his word.

Not only that but his guys were clean and respectful of our home. They were also very accommodating if we asked them to wait outside while we dressed or cared for my aunt. Never a hesitation to tell us no problem, take your time, let us know when. They were never anything but friendly, professional and respectful. I owe my plumber (who is also wonderful) for recommending John DeGrace. I highly recommend him too!

Excellent service on short notice. Shpat, the plumbing, came over on a Sunday morning --and fixed the bathroom tub drainage which was severely backed up. Within a half hour the job was done. This is the best plumbing service I have ever called. Very responsive!

Very happy with the service! We had a pipe break and major water leakage. Another local plumber told us it would take days to get the water back on. This plumber got the worst of the problem under control in less than two hours. Kind of him coming out on a weekend evening too. I would definitely call them again.

Called John for a job that I needed on short notice.  He came to my house immediately.  Was Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend him. Definitely calling him back for other work.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! SUCH LIARS!!! We had a really terrible experience. They lie about the wait time, they are immature unprofessional guys and they dont even have the right equipment! Tried to charge me $650 for the problem they couldnt fix.
Their snake is short and the business they do is so so DISHONEST. I heard him talk on the phone to another customer saying that he will be at a different place in 20 minutes after he JUST started working on our toilets.
For the price you pay for, its a joke and they will deceive you. I would really hate if someone else got tricked by them. They wont fix your plumbing either.
