Nick was awesome. He showed up at the exact time. He said he would be here down to the minute. He replace my old sink and even had a sink to potentially install. unfortunately, that sink was not the right size because my sink was a special order from 10 years ago. We were able to find the correct sink. Nick came back installed it. Changed a few valves that needed changing and overall it was a great and seamless process.

I got home from my evening shift and I had no hot water and called quick response to come take a look. The man that came was very polite and efficient. He even travelled to NY from Fairfield CT to a 24 hour plumbing store to get the part that I needed just so I would be able to have hot water that same night!! He got the job done quickly and I would definitely recommend!
