Don't use them. Completely overpriced, came over an hour late and wasn't forthcoming about the price.

Excellent experience with this company. Easy and flexible scheduling with Abe. We had an outside drain that was clogged. When the guys arrived it was explained what the problem could be, what future issues may arise and what preventive measures to take as well. We were told the price upfront so there were no surprises. Ed and Pedro were the technicians. They were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. They were able to fix the clog and answered any questions I had. It's tough to find trustworthy companies out there who are good at what they do but this one exemplifies that and knows their profession very well. I definitely recommend them.

Horrible plumbing, PSEG dispatched them to do an emergency service.  When they arrived they found out the unit was under warranty and refused to replace it or call PSEG.  They would not wait for me to call PSEG they simply left stating I would need to pay an additional $2,100.
First of all a brand new tank is $1,000 I already was paying $575 + $42 for the service and permit to PSEG.  Make sure you call around before replacing a water heater.  Mine was under warranty they would not honor if it was out of warranty others were charging much less below $2,000.  Make sure you call the manufacturer to verify the warranty before this company comes they will not wait for you to make a call even if it is an emergency repair.  On top of all this as I explained to them PSEG does the billing not you so why are you asking for an additional $2,100 to be paid to you directly and not willing to call PSEG.

Water heater replacement. Quick response, more reasonable price than other responses, good work, personable.

I woke up to no hot water from my 4 year old Bradford & White water heater and found Schaaf through yelp. Gave them a call and got a call back promptly to set up an appointment.  

They were able to visit me within a few hours of the call and got me back up and running in one hour. The guys were friendly, patient and professional. Even my overly protective dogs liked them.  They answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair and worth every penny.  

I was also impressed that they arrived right at the beginning of the quoted time window.  When it is time for any plumbing repairs or a new water heater, I will definitely be giving them a call.  Thank you Jimmy.

Our heater gave out the night before and it had just snowed, so it was very cold outside. I called Matthew at Preferred Plus the following morning and him and his dad showed up to fix the problem. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. They offer great service and are very courteous and friendly. I'll definitely be calling them back in the future.

Contacted Alan to install a hanging pot rack from the ceiling. All had a few other jobs for him as well....  He arrived on time, came with the specific fittings that were needed to do the job and charged what he said it was going to cost. I'm a real estate person and I recommend him to my clients. He's a great guy too.

I have used Travisano Plumbing on 2 occasions.  The first time they converted a wood burning fireplace to gas at my mom's house.  They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!  They were professional, friendly, on time and honest.  They cleaned up the job area flawlessly.  They spent extra time making sure the logs were set to create a great final product.  

I also called them 2 months later when my Hot water heater failed.  I reached Pete on a Friday night and he had his crew there the next morning completing a brand new install within a couple of hours.  Again, true professionals that did an awesome job.  

These guys are a can't miss.  Crazy if you don't use them on your next plumbing job.

Rob came to my home the same day as my initial request. I'd called two other specialists in the same week, they came out but did not fix the problem.  When Rob came, he went straight to the problem, said that he fixed it and that I wouldn't have another problem and to contact him within 30 days if I did.

Service was very good. The tech spent over three hours to clear the drain and seemed to know what he was doing. But the price seemed high...$380 (with $40 coupon) plus tax. But I think they all charge that much.

I called Drain Doctor after my shower backed up. I had an absolutely courteous man come to my apartment and he ended up fixing everything as expeditiously as possible. The price was very fair, he didn't try to dawdle to hike up the bill like some of these other services do. They sent a technician out and he was at our home in less than an hour. They also gave helpful suggestions and tips to avoid the problem in the future.

I'm sure we will run into an issue again, I have really thick hair, but I really appreciated the kind and attentive service and will definitely call them again for any other issues that I run into.

We hired this Company to come and check our air conditioner- they charged $360 - a few weeks later we had the same problem- wanted to charge us $360 again!
We would NOT recommend this company - very unprofessional and cancelled our appointment a few times before they came!

From start to finish, I had a really great experience with M&P. I prefer to use a local company, these guys are a mom and pop operation with a good crew. The prices were reasonable, the work is quality. My tech had a pretty good season of humor too, always nice to feel comfortable with someone working in your house. I will definitely use them again. Unfortunately these guys don't know anything about customer service called them for a job, two of the guys came to look at it they said they'll contact me with a price how much is gonna cost.. they also made an appointment for the next day to come... no one showed up, no one called me to tell me if they're going to take the job or not... I had to call someone else, these people are the worst in customer service it is what it is I would just stay away from them

Called the company and gave my details for a quote to install a google nest system in my house. When asked if preferred to be contacted by phone or email, I said that I preferred by phone as I didnt want to share my email address. The person advised that someone would contact me.

A technician called me approx 2 hs after. I explained what I was looking for. He said that he doesnt recommend google nest and usually gets rid of them (totally fine, it is his opinion). I asked more about it and he said he has a lot of issues with it etc. But then he went on saying that if I knew you I could even do it but I dont know what equipment you have in your house. I told him he could come and take a look.

That's when he said I dont know if I want to even take a look to be honest, since you didnt even want to tell my assistant where you lived. I told him he was wrong, what i didnt want to give is my email address as i preferred to be contacted by phone. He insisted that was not what his assistant had said. I told him i had no reason to lie and i honestly didnt know what to say...

In summary: HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. The guy called me liar even when i said it could have been a misunderstanding.

NEVER AGAIN, stay away.
