Chris was on time and extremely patient with working around my schedule to replace the water heater. He looked at the HVAC system that is reading errors and helped with that as well.
They were very clean, professional and organized. I definitely will use them again if I need anything.
They had my water working within a few hours.  Definitely recommend them. It's had to find someone this honest.

Mike came out the same day for a tankless water heater consult.  His inspection took over an hour and he even wore booties to keep the house clean.

Mike discussed all faulty areas of the current tankless water heater setup and discussed all possible solutions.  I was never made to feel stupid, or like I didn't speak plumbing.

When I had plumbing issues under my manufactured home, I contacted multiple plumbing contractors. A couple never even bothered to return my call. One came and gave me a free estimate.On Monday I called All Pro, and had a very nice man come to give me an estimate. The estimate was half what the other estimate had been. When Ray called and let me know the workers would be at my home on Wed. at 8 a.m. They were even a little early! They were polite, professional, and respectful. On top of everything, their bill was less than the estimate. I will absolutely recommend All Pro Plumbing in Reno!!!

Joe came and installed a new water heater for us after we had several hot water outages. Although the heater was larger than the old one and required some rework, there was no additional charge.

We then were advised by our tenant that we had water rising in our crawl space and our sump pump was unable to keep up with the snow melt.

Joe rearranged his schedule and came over promptly and installed a temporary pump preventing the disaster of water entering our house from the crawl space.

Prompt response, quality work, reasonably priced and easy to deal with. I would recommend  for any jobs you cant/don't want to tackle yourself.

I had a technician out yesterday to look at my AC unit that was freezing up.  After spending a few minutes testing my unit, he told me that it was low on coolant and that it wasn't worth charging or looking for a leak.  He wanted to sell me a new unit.  I told him to prepare a bid and I was going to shop around as it is a significant purchase.

He wanted to look at my heater to take measurements for the AC bid and then told me I needed a new furnace as well.  The furnace is fully functional.  He tried to scare me by saying the heater was emitting carbon monoxide and argued that my CO detector would not protect me.  He left me a bid for over $15,000 to replace the heater and the AC. He was pushy and argumentative when I did not immediately want to do as he recommended.

Today I had a different company to see my AC unit.  He charged it for half the price and told me it would last another year or two.  The new technician also said I wouldn't need to replace the unit until there was something more catastrophic like a compressor failure.

Also, All Hours technician disabled my heater while he was examining it.   The new technician had to diagnose why my thermostat no longer worked since yesterday and fixed it.

I had All hours look at my rental property AC at the beginning of the summer and that technician also told me i needed to replace my AC, which I did not do and it is still working fine.  

I would not recommend this company.  They seem to mostly be interested in selling new HVAC units whether or not a new unit is needed.

Laz came out and installed a shower valve.  His work was neat and professional.  We're very pleased with Dirty Plumber and will recommend them to friends and family, thanks!

I've been working toward getting new commercial set up going. I have tried 3x to get a hold of Paul's to get an appointment for bid. First call, left my info, never got a call back. A week later, I call again. I sit on hold for 15 minutes, and end up having to hang up, due to a customer in my office needing attention. Tried to call again today, sat on hold for a long time again, and they picked up the call, started to say something, a lady made a heavy sigh into the phone, and I was disconnected. Trying to spend a bunch of money and they are not interested. Won't try again, won't recommend. Pretty disappointing for a company that boasts their reputation in the area in their adverts.

Called Terry for the first time and I'm so glad I did.  He came out so fast and took care of the problem very quickly and I was shocked at how reasonable it was.  Extremely nice.  Wish we had someone like him at home in LA.

I contacted Besmiss plumbing.  Don contacted me immediately and was very responsive. He was knowledgeable and able to provide service immediately.  Very professional and friendly. I recommend this company for plumbing repairs.

I needed a 5x7' ceiling patched with sheetrock. They came out to see the job and were good about doing a small job for a reasonable amount. However, when the repair man arrived he didn't bring any ladders, 'T' post for supporting sheetrock, or screws. Luckily, I had a ladder and screws, but without the second ladder or 'T' post, he had to cut what would have been a single panel into two panels. That makes an extra joint that I have to patch. I also had to help him install the sheetrock panels. A very bad support for a job they had inspected and planned for. They did cut the bill in half because the job wasn't planned right.

These guys have horrible service. Parts were ordered and they told my plumber they would be shipped next day. Week later no part. Then they said they had trouble locating part. 3 more days go by. Each time we have to call them. Then they said part was there but couldn't find invoice. This went on for 3 weeks with calls several times each week. I finally went down there only to be told part was never ordered, invoice was sitting on his desk, cause the Guy went on vacation.
So what were they doing when they couldn't find the invoice the 1st time and I guess they don't cover for each other when on vacation. Nor think to look on person desk if something is missing. So 1 month without hot water in the mid of winter. Oh, and no apology!!!! Horrible
