Had my water heater go out and called premier plumbing. Mike came out and was very quick to get to my house and installed a great tankless water heater. I would recommend premier to everyone I know. They did a awesome job and had hot water that same day.

Our downstairs shower had very low pressure Leslie replaced the showerhead and clean debris from the pipe. She was timely and reasonable as usual.

Gary came to my home today and did something most people wouldnt do these days. He finished somebody else's job for free. We bought a brand new dishwasher and my wife was having problems with it tipping over when the door was open. Gary came and fixed it in under 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and very fast. If you need plumbing work Gary Smith better be your guy!!! Thanks again Gary!!

I needed a dishwasher replaced at my vacation condo in Tahoe-Donner and contacted three top rated plumbing companies on Yelp. Rafa was by far the most responsive and easy to work with. He recommended a local store to make the purchase from which worked out great. I purchased my selected unit over the phone and Rafa picked it up and installed it on schedule as planned. Sent me a picture of it when all done. His invoice matched his verbal estimate. No surprises! Two weeks later I was having trouble with my sink and needed it fixed before I left town again. Rafa was very accomodating with my schedule and fixed the blockage very quickly (which had nothing to do with the dishwasher). I definitely recommend Rafa for plumbing projects!

I installed the Chilipepper CP 9000 hot water recirculating pump in my bathroom to have hot water available in the morning when washing up and showering.  For about 4 years the pump worked flawlessly.  It then began to act up and would turn on some of the time and finally stopped working.  I contacted Chilipepper Sales and received a quick response.  It was suggested to replaced the temperature sensor which was promptly sent to me.  After replacing the part the pump began to again run flawlessly.  The customer service at Chilipepper and their help in trying to troubleshoot my issue was outstanding.

Had a main shut off value that leaked when friends used our cabin.  (lots of water in the basement).  Called Jamie and he came out and checked out the value.  He concluded that it was functioning as it should as the value has a drain hole that opens when the value is shut off.  If the value is not all the way open it can leak.  Will use firm next time I have a plumbing need.

Sad to say this, but I called twice (one week apart) and never got a response on either request to the answering service.  I can understand missing a message once, but not twice.  I am left thinking that they just didn't want to do the job I needed done.  I would have preferred that to just radio silence....

Such high ratings here and I would have probably continued the trend....

Daniel is a fantastic plumber, comes to the job organized and ready to go, no going to the store for a forgotten part.
He installed a sediment filter at our pump for us and replaced a really bad plumbing job that was supposed to have been done by another professional. Thank you Daniel!! :0)

This is a first rate business which I found on Yelp. I phoned the answering service they made note of my information. They called me right away, came the next day. They did a great job taking care of business. I would highly recommend!

I've had several plumbers come to my house over the past 3-4 months to address an ongoing drainage problem. Mansfield Plumbing was the only one to actually FIX the problem once and for all. I wish I had called him first because it would have saved me a lot of money. Not only that, but he was the most professional, courteous, and CLEANEST of them all. And he did all the work in his estimated work time, never charged me a penny more. I can honestly ONLY recommend Mansfield Plumbing, I won't ever call anyone else.

It's 1 star because I am extremely frustrated by their surprise pricing. When we called and asked what their pricing was, we were quoted a service fee of $140. We were on vacation in our grandmother's condo and the heater was broken.  It's Easter weekend and the local company wasn't available.  The part for the heater was simple and the job took tops a half hour. We were charged $427.00. Apparently there is a $95/hr travel fee that was not disclosed when we scheduled.  I understand the fee. We have owned a carpet cleaning business for 12 years in Sonoma county.   Upfront pricing is an important part of doing business.  The service man was kind and courteous and did his job well.  Unfortunately this was overshadowed by our sticker shock. It was just a large unexpected expense that could have been avoided if we had been told about the travel fee when we called and scheduled the job.  It's just bad business.  If you know a customer is out of the area, it is underhanded not to tell them you will be charging $300 just to drive to them.  Also today just happened to be a heavy traffic day so it took extra long to get here. ??  It just feels bad to be taken advantage of.

In reply to the business response:  I feel that is slightly disingenuous. We asked on our initial call and when we spoke with the technician what the service fee was. We were told 142.50. Obviously we didn't ask the right questions. There was no mention of door to door or explanation of what that means either time. Just a big surprise for us.  You can be sure that in the future we will always clarify that with future companies.  I understand that the burden doesn't belong to the company to make sure the customer understands. It's just good business to do so.

After being neglected and getting the run around from the manufactured home dealer we bought the home from last year, we were so LUCKY to find John and his crew -- they fixed all of the problems!  This included everything from re-leveling, repairing the roof (in a big way), fixing leaking windows, to replacing the belly wrap and other items underneath the house.  They completed the job on time and were very reasonably priced; they arrived when promised and showed themselves to be a professional hard-working company.  We will for sure use them for all of our future needs.  THANKS GUYS! :)

simply great. They fixed my gas stove and central heater for only 225 bucks. I thought it was going to be thousands. Every other company would not help me for at least 30 days. I love this company!

We used to like Lambs, but...

We were charged $110 & told our Furnance needed to be replaced.  Call for another service tech and explained we needed to just clean it.  Still charged us from the wrong opinion.  Shady.

The following year a service tech came out and told us that we needed to replace to the ignition.  After numerous texts and phone calls, they simply were unresponsive and we went without heat for over a month using oil space heaters. I had another company come out and the furnace is fixed in an hour.

I wish that they would become a company they once were.

I cannot recommend them and would avoid their business at this time.

This company is the best . Bought a house in Oct. Needed several large projects done. Matt came and gave me an estimate several thousand dollars less than the next two estimates I received. Scheduled the project and was prompt on completion. Fantastic work crew, respectful, clean up after . Can't say  enough . Very highly recommend.
