Our shower had started to drain slower and slower and after about a week we had standing water every time we showered. Drano, baking soda & vinegar, nothing did the trick so it was time to call someone to snake our shower drain. Zoom Drain was quick to set up an appointment and the service technicians who came out were very friendly. Asked us questions to get a better idea of the issue. It turned out to be extreme rust buildup, which makes sense as we live in a historic building. Nonetheless, they got our shower cleared and draining in no time! Very happy with the service.

Great family owned business who installed a water softener for us in our condo. Recommended by our condo's maintenance man. Did a very neat job of cutting thru the ceiling & a shelf so the pipes could go up thru it. Cleaned up very nicely when finished! Used a drop cloth over our floor before placing anything on it! Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Cory is awesome! He did everything he promised and more. He knows good customer service and isn't going to charge you as much as the big name companies. He is fair and professional. I will only call Certified Plumbing for my plumbing needs moving forward!

We thought we had a leak in the house we just bought but the plumber came and after investigating, didn't find one. He recaulked a couple of things in our bathroom. The visit was extremely inexpensive and he also said if we do find trouble with it later we won't have to pay another fee for them to come out. Very pleased with their service!

The best things about Jetter's are the people and the communication. One plumber in particular, Saylor, has been in our home multiple times. Regardless of the purpose (clogged pipe or plumbing installation) he always takes the time to explain the process and options. He also helps us understand the potential causes of our issues. We really think Saylor is great!

Darrin, the owner, has also been excellent in communicating with us. From setting up his employees appointments with me to explaining how to maintain our pipes after clearing them out, he was very friendly and warm. We were impressed that he came himself to do work in our home. My kids got a little lesson from him too and they loved that they were included in learning about plumbing and caring for our home.

These guys are the best. Handled everything that I needed and did an excellent job. Everyone that l talked to Becky in the office and the 2 gentleman that did the installation were fantastic. Highly recommend this business.

My neighborhood's maintenance staff (Rising View) hired Five Star to come out and fix a leak from the shower drain in my house. When they came to work on it, they snaked the shower and both toilets. The staff member accused me of flushing cat litter down my toilet, something I have never done, and then showed me a picture of the cat litter in my drain. It wasn't cat litter. It wasn't even the right color. The staff then decided they were done working because they couldn't recreate the leak. They dumped what they had snaked from my drain in my front yard by my rose bushes. After they left, the entire downstairs of my house smelled like literal shit and there were water puddles on the floor of my bathroom, a bathroom that wasn't even affected by the issue to begin with. They left my house smelling terrible, fixed problems that weren't even problems to begin with, and made a terrible mess I was left to clean up.

They tore up our driveway for the neighbors plumbing not ours,that was weeks ago.  We called and they said it was the city's responsibility,we asked when it would be done they told us they would check and get back to us. They never did,what an awful company to do this to our driveway for someone else's problem and not make it right! If that reflects their ethics I would never consider using them!

They did their job well once they finally showed up !!!

Their original technician said they would be by on Saturday morning.  They showed up after 4pm after a few phone calls back and forth !!

Able did the original plumbing when we built our home in 2009, we had minor issues that they happily came to our home to repair free of charge. The plumbers are excellent and VERY knowledgeable, however the office staff can use a refresher in customer service. We had a repair done on our home in November and for the first time EVER received a bill. When we called to question it, we never received a call back. I called twice, my husband called once..then a month later we received yet another bill but this time with interest!!! After another phone call to the office, we were told at that time that they only maintained a 1 year warranty on the original work done. I was irritated that we were not told this before the work was done but reluctantly told the office clerk Sue i would remit payment--less than 2 weeks later my husband received 2 phone calls about the bill, 1 of those phone calls threatening us with legal action!!!!!! The bill was a lousy $100! After billing us for work that pricing was NEVER discussed, then NOT returning our phones to discuss a bill for something that we thought would be covered under warranty, CHARGING interest on a bill that we were unsure in the first place, THEN threatening legal action over a $100 ??!! GET REAL
Although the plumbers are pleasant and efficient., the lack of professionalism from the office staff will ensure that I NEVER use this company again....

p.s..They were the only company that helped with building our home that we NEVER received a warranty from.

My kitchen sink was clogged on Christmas Day 2019, and the day after I contacted Mark's Plumbing. The plumber arrived in good time and was very pleasant. However, when he left, after snaking the pipes, the water only trickled and took overnight to drain away. The plumber stated they would deliver a solution to open up the pipes for complete drainage. My daughter was diagnosed with flu, and we were in quarantine. So, I offered for them to leave the bottle on our front porch. We checked every hour, as I was desperate to have a working sink. I called back that day, since the solution was not there. The next day, the same thing - I checked constantly and made repeated calls. On the third day, I spoke with the main plumber, who assured me that he had delivered the solution, but I informed him it was never delivered. He said they were just too busy and would not be able to return for several days. I was billed $215, and the work order stated the sink was mostly draining and a solution treatment was completed. None of this is true. I will pay the amount, because small claims court takes too much time. But, NEVER use Mark's Plumbing.

In late July I had a plumbing company come out and try to unclog my main sewer pipe. The company told me the main pipe was colapased. I called Chris with Quality Plumbing to give me a second option and he told me he put a camera through the sewer pipe and it was not collasped, and able to get through the clog. The drain was slow but I thought it was good because Chris told me the camera did not see there was anything wrong with the pipe.
In November the drain was not draining, if I took a shower it would take 2 days to drain. I called Chris for 2 weeks with no answer. Chris finally answered my call and said he would come out with his equipment, which at that time it took him over a week. When he came out he said the pipe was collapsed and needed to call all the utility companies so when he dug up the sewer pipe he would not hit the gas line or any other utility line. Chris did call all the utilities, and they all came out and marked the under ground lines. From there I never heard from him again, outside of 2 weeks after he had the utilities marked,  he claimed he had had a family death and forgot his phone, and promised
me he was not ignoring me. Chris let me and my family live with sewer sludge in my basement for a month and a half total in waiting for him to come and fix it as promised. I finally got a hold of another company that did dig up the pipe and fix it. My problem is, shame on Chris for just blowing me and my family off, it only takes a second to answer the phone and let us know you will not be back. SHAME IN YOU!
