I called the Todd Valley office yesterday morning as I realized I had no heat and freezing weather was approaching soon. Despite a busy schedule, they were able to quickly dispatch a really knowledgeable and helpful technician (Mike!) who was able to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately there were MULTIPLE issues affecting my house, including a lack of sufficient power (which is shockingly necessary to run a furnace!), a clogged drain and more (super fun day).
Within a few hours I had power, heat and a clear drain. Mike was so great. I now have a very trusted person nearby. I think these guys are great!!

I needed some plumbing work done and called a few plumbers in Omaha. Jeff Mumm Plumbing stood out when compared to the others. No games, no up-selling, just great service at a great price. The plumber who came out (Andy) was professional and was a really nice guy. He got the job done fast, and the customer service was fantastic. Jeff Mumm Plumbing is the ONLY place I will be calling for my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

We had Joe Fitzgarrald of Tip Top Plumbing fix the leaking pipe in our basement. We couldn't use the washing machine due to an apparently blocked pipe. We had two other companies come out and both told us we would have to dig up part of the basement to fix it. Expensive! Joe gave us three possible solutions, including breaking up the basement floor as the others suggested. We went with a different method that didn't involve any demolition. He also put in a new toilet, fixtures, and shower head in the upstairs bathroom. Cost was well below the other bids and affordable. He got all that done in one day and removed all the old stuff and debris. Highly recommend!

They installed a toilet and showerhead in my upstairs bathroom under a year ago. I was having some issues with leaking and they came out within a reasonable time and serviced the items they installed. No further issues after the employee fixed the problem

Troy did an excellent job on the drains which haven't been cleaned in maybe 25 years. He stayed within budget. Don't confuse these folks with AK ARS.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can't troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we'd be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this quality of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.
Update: Hired a reputable company who was able to troubleshoot and identify the controller was bad. Cost of service and part - $200.

We called on a Sunday afternoon. Our sump had failed and water was rising in our basement. Our regular local plumber was out of town, so we scrambled for the first company that could help us. King and Sons were able to help us quickly. The technician was friendly and fast. He had new pump installed in 30 minutes. Then he gave us the bill. $550. We were stunned. Since there was not an itemized bill, I googled local places for sump pumps. Most stores had them for $100 -$150. That means they charged us at least $400 for service call and labor for 30 minutes. That is $800 an hour. Maybe look to another company for reasonable prices. There moto is we treat you like royalty, but they Also charge like royalty!
