Best Businesses in Omaha, NE
We agreed on the price before they got started and despite the problem being a little worse then they originally anticipated they stuck with there original price. They are a fair and honest company, who puts in a good product. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I called Tritz Plumbing to find a leak that went into our kitchen. They came out promptly and suggested it may be the 2nd floor bathtub. But after opening up the wall to see under the tub, the guy said he couldn't see a leak and suggested we just keep an eye on it.
I asked for a fuller explanation and they said I could make an appointment to estimate the cost of repair (or replacing the tub if it was cracked). I made the appointment, but Tritz didn't show up. They also didn't even call. I took the day off work for nothing. Guess I will find someone else.
Wish if they didn't want the job they would just SAY SO instead of leave me hanging like this.

I called this company at 8:11 AM, the gentleman said he would call me back within an hour. At 12:30 I got tired of waiting and called him back and he did not remember who I was and regarding what call. I told him I wanted to cancel my appointment with him and he did not say thank you for calling him back to notify him.

My partner and I hired Plumbrite Plumbing to check out a sewer backup in a rental of ours.
Matt Simet, the owner, sent his guys who came out and did a sewer line camera inspection of the pipe which showed an obstruction and then they tried to use an auger to unclog it. It did not work.
The next day they came back to jet the line with a 4000 psi water spray. This line began in a basement laundry/bathroom. They did not wear shoe coverings, nor did they put plastic on the carpeted stairs to the basement nor on the carpet leading to the laundry room. They did not cover the appliances, walls and other items in the room. When they started this jetter, sewer water sprayed back up the drain and all over the walls and appliances leaving a mess in the room. The carpets got wet and smelled from sewer water backing up and them dragging there equipment through the waste and back outside.
Unfortunately his expensive equipment could not do what Matt said it could. There was a much bigger problem as the sewer lines were very old and crumbling and invaded by tree roots. It would then be necessary to put all new sewer line from the house to the street. Matt quoted $11,000 to trench from the outside of the house to the street and replace the drain. He said it would be much more costly if they had to cut the street. What he did not figure out was that there was also a problem from the inside drain to the outside of the house.
Well this is a service not covered by a landlord policy and my money does not grow on trees so my partner took it upon himself to call 3 other companies to get bids.
Turns out Matt's bid was 3 times what we ended up paying and over double the other two bids which were all from highly reputable companies.
Matt says he charges what he does because his guys do the Best work with the Best equipment and they are the Most professional. Well I don't believe all that but he does charge the Highest Prices.
When my partner did not get back to Matt to continue the work, Matt called my partner to ask what was up. He was told we were going with another company and Matt wanted to know which one but my partner opted not to disclose that.
Turns out Matt actually drove to my rental property every day until the work was begun by the other company so he could find out on his own whom we hired. He actually approached the owner and chastised him for not charging more money for this type of work. WHAT NERVE. HELLO, I thought free enterprise was legal in America and that price fixing is ILLEGAL!!!
My advice to you Matt, is to stop gouging the public if you need more work.
Postscript. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves of all the contaminated spray but we incurred a carpet cleaning bill of $105.93. We told Matt he had to pay it. He did not. We then subtracted it from his $749 bill for jetting the line. He was not happy about that and has since placed a lien on my property. How petty and what a poor business man he is.

I called to have 3 outside faucets replaced. I should have been suspicious when he said he would come by early in the afternoon. By 5pm I still hadn't heard from him.
We set up an appointment for him to come the next day. He charged $150 for each faucet installation ($450 total) and wanted $100 for each part. I told him I would run down to Ace Hardware and get the parts. Everything seemed OK when he left. I hooked up a hose to one of the faucets and water began shooting out everywhere. I called him and asked him to come and take a look.
He said he would be here on 3 separate occasions. He was a no-show each time. No call, no text, nothing. He said the parts must have been defective and not his fault. I asked for him to come and take a look. After all he was the one who installed them.
I finally contacted a handyman to take a look. He said that a nut just needed to be tightened on the faucet. That it was plumbing basics.
I reported Fernando to the BBB and right away he called me and texted me with harassing messages.
Run don't walk away from this business!

Did a great job clearing about 6 heavy snow from our driveway and walkways.
Also we had a toilet with a slow drip he worked on and got it fixed.

Don't bother using this service. We have called several times over the past 6 weeks and he never calls back. Must not want our business--or yours, either.

Made two separate appointments only to be stood up twice by the owner with no phone call. I had to call him and ask him where he was. Even admitted to NOT looking at the scheduling board that day. Would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Well, according to Google it's simple to remove a bad review. I just read how to do it. And by the way my review has never shown up. Coincidence?
