Best Plumbing Services in Omaha, NE
Wow, I called Steve Monday morning, needed a new kitchen faucet installed. He gave me a very fair price. I told him no rush, but he was out a few hours later. Very nice guy, explained everything, got our input when a decision was needed. He is clearly experienced with excellent people skills. 5+ stars as far as I am concerned!

This company has awesome and fair pricing and their customer service is 5 Star! They were prompt to come to my home and they fixed the problem at a quarter of the cost of the big plumbing companies! I would recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing work! Awesome service and quality work!

So glad I went with Adam with Drain Daddy over Roto Rooter, who were going to charge me five times as much. He was polite and professional, and got the job done! I would not hesitate to call him again!

I called Fud & Tracy's to fix my heat pump on the coldest week in 2021. I'm sure they were super busy like everyone else, but they squeezed me in & came out. My heater was leaking and making a mess ALL over my the carpet in the hallway in my basement & I called other places who said they were coming & didn't come out. Turns out, it was just a REALLY plugged filter. Apparently you should change them once a year, so after 5... it was due... Opps.
The guy who came out was GREAT! He was super friendly, helpful and cleaned everything out, got me a new filter & an extra one for next year. Leak fixed and told me how to cheaply fix the uneven heat flow throughout the house.
Definitely recommend and will call them for all my needs. I got my bill today and was pleasantly surprised it was affordable as well!

Great plumbers! Had about 6 different companies come out. Quoted anywhere from 2K-6K with a large pipe needing replaced. J&T quoted about 1,500, and said it's a totally different section of pipe than all the other companies said. Come to find out, they were the ONLY company who knew what they were talking about. They also got the job done for only $750! 10/10 would recommend! :)

Tony and his team came out to fix the water line to my refrigerator. The shut off valve was broken, so I needed it replaced. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I found my plumber of choice!!!

I've been a customer for 13 years. Our contractor chose Frazier to install 2 geothermal heat pumps. They skipped critical steps in the work, requiring two call backs, plus did not seal the ductwork, which after insulation, drywall, paint, cabinets and tile cannot be completely remedied without tearing the house apart. So we live with a less efficient system, which costs $$ over time. Most recently it was a $175 bill for a problem they couldn't either diagnose or fix. So $175 participation trophy for showing up. Man, wouldn't you like to have a job that requires no deliverable, just a good try? I'm moving on to a factory-recommended service company, I should have done that long ago.

I cannot even believe I've just had the experience I did with Janke Plumbing. I called them on Monday to request work that has been waiting until the weather warmed up. When speaking with Jim, he made it absolutely clear that he preferred speaking with my maintenance man - or really anyone other than a woman. I gave him the phone number and then he never called. Now, 2 days later, I call to ask about the repair to which Jim replied in a raised voice, Listen! Listen to me! I was shocked. I said, Jim, I don't know why you're yelling at me, when all I'm trying to do is explain the repair. He then, in a full-on yelling voice, told me if I didn't want to listen to him that I could find someone else to do the work. PERFECT!!! I called Thomas Plumbing and they were pleasant and they'll be out on Friday. So Jim, the WOMAN you wanted to talk down to is a Regional Manager with 25 years of experience. The maintenance MAN you wanted to speak with has 1.5 yrs. And the WOMAN you just yelled at and hung up will tell every single person she knows in property management and otherwise what an egotistical, sexist jackass that you are.

Absolutely liars! Told me they were working on some pipes. Flooded the basement and then left and wouldn't finish the job. Thousands of dollars in damages.

Mr. Rooter came to inspect my low water pressure and were very nice to talk and respectful at first. They informed me that I needed a new water line from the street to my house and it would cost $12,500 dollars. After getting over the initial shock I asked them if we could check to see if the water was turned on at the street all the way and before spending $12,500 replace the few connections right where the water comes into the house next to the meter. I told them it only seemed logical to me to spend $20 in parts and 30 minutes of time to do these things before jumping into the big replacement of the line. At this point they spoke in a disrespectful manner and in an angry tone and told me that they don't put band aids on things and to do what I asked would costs between $650-$1000 dollars. Wow, 30 minutes of work and $20 dollars in parts for that much money shocked me again. I informed them that I would let them know soon what I wanted to do. Next, I contacted the City to check the connection at the street and to shut the water off because I was going to change the $20 parts near the meter myself instead of paying $650-$1000. What's funny is when the City came out and talked to me about the pressure they suggested replacing the $20 parts like I wanted to do before replacing the whole line for $12,500. I was in shock and very happy to find that after the $20 replacement of parts that I now had good pressure. Not long after I talked to a very smart cousin of mine and he suggested doing what I did as well before spending the money. So, why does it take a rookie like me to spend $20 and a few minutes of work to fix the issue when the so called professionals said I had to spend $12,500 to fix it? I bet you can guess. I would never use the Mr. Rooter thieves just because the disrespectful way they talked to me alone, even without their piss poor evaluation of the problem.
