Best Plumbing Services in Missouri
Very impressed with the service I received from this company. I've had Merrill out twice so far with great results both times. The first visit was to install a water softener which required some pipes to be rerouted. On the second visit he installed a 2 stage whole house water filter.
The quality of work and attention to detail very was impressive. He went above and beyond to add some extra bypass valves in order to make future maintenance easier.
I would highly recommend this crew for any plumbing work.

I had a leaking 2 steam pipe, and got a quote of over $2000 to fix it from a well known KC company.
Dennis at H&H Plumbing gave me a quote of about 1/4 of that, and actually charged me less than the quote for an EXCELLENT job.
He is conscientious, really knows his trade and is a pleasure to work with.
MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Richard on the phone was generous enough to help me through a problem I was having with my plumbing. I would definitely use him for my plumbing needs!

This company is an absolute treasure.
My shower handle broke at 7:15 in the morning and wouldn't shut off (my house water shutoff also wasn't working). I called Stine-Nichols in a panic wondering if I'd be able to make it in to work today.
Not only did they respond and follow-up immediately, they had a plumber at my house within 30 minutes. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough with his work.
I absolutely recommend Stine-Nichols for anyone with a plumbing emergency - not only will they respond and repair quickly, but their rates are VERY reasonable and fair, and their employees are friendly and helpful as they could be!

They responded quickly to my quote request through yelp, and gave a reasonable price range estimate. They were very accommodating to come out on a Saturday for us, even just to do a plumbing water valve replacement. While he was there I asked about nest thermostat installation, and he already had one in the truck and he was able to install it for us while he was there for a reasonable price. We will be calling them for future needs!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Called them to actually get advice on what to do as Snake 'N Rooter had already told me my line was busted and needed complete repair ASAP. Anthony came with camera in hand and determined only part of the line was bad and was even able to get the camera through a hard right turn in the pipe that Snake N Rooter couldn't, which they just assumed meant it was broken. I ended up being very fortune I didn't spend over 10K with another company and got this fixed for a small fraction of what I expected.

Mike B. Was very professional and courteous while providing me with a quote for a new a.c. system. He's very knowledgeable about the process and services and provides first rate customer service. Great job Mike!

Nice enough people but $152. for a plastic toilet handle install that took approx. 10 minutes seems too high to me.

We had a good experience with Pierpoint, and most importantly, they were the most trustworthy feeling company we could get to help. If you want to skip the details, I'll say I up front recommend them and you should reach out if you need them.
Our water line broke as we're in the process of selling a house -- great timing, right?! Aside from the bad timing, the fact of the matter was we needed someone out as soon as possible, but we wanted it done right. I had a few companies that were referred to us, and honestly I got some bad vibes... super low bids, lack of confidence in their ability to get it fixed, etc.
Austin from Pierpoint was sort of my last hope as we needed to commit to somebody, and I appreciated their calm demeanor, fair quote, and ability to get it done. Another plumber I had out was too busy to do it, but I mentioned Pierpoint and he said, Oh yeah, they're a good one to go with.
I was able to communicate with them on project updates as we had to stay at the in-laws for a week and a half.
They got all the proper permits, made sure the new meter went in the right spot and had it inspected with the city... all in all, I was confident they would do it the right way and they did. They ran into some obstacles which drove the bid up higher, which stinks, but I understand because there's no way of knowing what they might find when they dig, i.e. gigantic old stones in the driveway.
I do feel like the crew's overall cleanup could've been better as our basement walls were covered in caked-on mud, as is the floor, and the driveway and neighbors house needed some more attention.
However, I round up on my rating because they were there in a big way when an additional water line broke late at night on a weekend, basically a portion of the old city water line. The city water would've gone directly into my house, i.e. flooded the hell out of it in no time. Austin and someone on his crew had a generator ready to bilge water out of the trench, keeping my basement dry while they waited for the city to fix their issue. If you've ever waited on the city of KCMO, even on the phone, you know what a task that is... and this was on a weekend at night! I really appreciate them being there for that and handling it.
All in all, I felt seriously at peace after meeting with them compared to the five other groups I had out to bid on it, and they backed that up. Glad to be done with it!

I used Roto Rooter to clear a drain. Brandon (#506-3523) was very friendly and helpful. I also like that I have a garentee for that drain for 6months. I highly reccomend using Roto Rooter.
