We had Hugo Plumbing out two times to fix an in floor heating issue. The second time was to finish the repair from the first time. However in between service calls the system failed. Long sorry they send out two plumbers and charge for two plumbers full price even if one is just acting as a helper. They overcharged me by a half hour = $75.00. When questioned I was told they get paid for travel time between jobs. We will never have them back.

Val did a great job fixing a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Since this was for an investment property and I don't live in MN any ore, he emailed me pictures! He went the extra step and checked everything else in the townhouse, including the water softener... I'm glad I now know a good reliable plumber as well!

While these people came highly recommended by my sister-in-law, I was very put off by the subcontractor that I got through them. After coming in, checking things out and signing the papers, the subcontractor tells me that there will be an extra $75 fee because I wasn't upfront with him on the phone that it was the main line, and that he felt he was being taken, and that if I didn't like the new fee, he could just leave. With that comment, I was feeling like I was being taken advantage of because my sewer was backing up in the basement through the floor drain and that's what I told him on the phone! I'm not a plumber or a sewer guy, how am I supposed to know that I need to first figure out myself exactly what is happening before calling them?

Now, to be fair, after the service subcontractor completed the job, he did drop the billed fee down from the new $225 ($150 for the main line + $75 additional fee for hassle) to $180 ($150 main line + $30 for additional cable)... though that was also after bringing up that I am also a small business owner (though I don't know if he changed his mind because of that, or because he realized I was completely taken aback by his attitude and rudeness with him accusing me of trying to take him because I didn't make it clear on the phone that it was the main drain line?). Positives: They were able to come out the same day, they got the job done quickly (within the hour and 1/2 quoted)

$104 for a job that Norblom quoted at $369. He was punctual, efficient, professional and kind. Did a great job! Will refer friends.

We have used this company for almost four years for service and repairs. This year we  bought the service plan.  Don't know why we did not do that before! The ease and cost is not a lot more than doing it ourselves. Less hassle!
I have always been immensely pleased with courtesy, timeliness, thoroughness of job performed and prices are competitive for this area.
The company calls to remind of that service is due, calls the night before to confirm and then the technician calls the morning of the appointment to state the time of arrival!

Nate Duda went above and beyond for me this week for 2 projects in my home. I can't thank him enough for his time and expertise two days in a row. I would have been in a horrible place without him! He saved me at a moments notice. Very reasonable rates, very skilled. Relieved beyond words with what he did for me.

I can highly recommend Stewart Plumbing.  They installed a water heater for me, which seems straight-forward enough, but due to delays in the heater coming in to Lowe's, we had to reschedule 3 times.  Each time they were understanding and accommodating, and when the day finally came the installation went perfectly.  Nice people. Fair, honest and helpful.

I added Falcon Plumbing to Yelp because we used Mike to replace our water heater and he did a great job at a reasonable price I thought he deserved to be listed on Yelp for others to contact him :)

Be warned: This is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with! We were alerted by other contractors working in our new home that the plumber this business assigned us was unproductive and billing for full days on the job without completing a reasonable scope of work. My wife then went to the work site at our new home to monitor and log hours. The plumber sent a bill for a large lump sum without disclosing what hours his plumbers were actually on-site at our home. When we asked for a supporting log of hours, they provided certain alleged hours they were on-site which directly and materially conflicted with our log of observed hours. The dispute escalated into a lawsuit. The lawyer representing the plumber also placed an unlawful mechanic's lien on our home in violation of Minnesota Statute 514.011 Subdivision 1. Because of this lawsuit, I am including the following review disclaimer: This review contains both personal opinion as well as statements of fact. Though the review is unequivocally negative, it's not libel as it's not exaggerated or false.

I had a leak in the second level stand up shower that I had identified.  Terry Overacker was quick to have a team out the next day and was expecting them to repair the identified leak.
Instead, they said that fixing the leak was not a permanent solution so they would not complete the work I had requested.  They advised I needed a whole shower removal and new install.  The cost for this opinoin  left me with a $150 bill.  I challenged that I had ask them to complete specific work, I did not request them to identify the problem.
My opinion was that I shouldn't pay such a high fee for their alternative opinion but they did not agree and no refund for me.  Since then I have completed the work on my own and have been leak free for 6months. mike fridley mn

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced and called All Ways Drains as they were recommended to us by other residents in the building.   Matt K. Was at our house within 4 hours and he was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing!    Our experience with this company was excellent and specifically with Matt was fantastic!  And, while I do hope that it is a while before we need a plumber again, Matt and All Ways will absolutely be our go to from now on!

Initial contact by phone unsuccessful.  Left no message but they immediately called back.   I could find no record of a business or home address so this may be a virtual business location only if that matters to you.   They quoted me the $99 any drain price plus a service fee and taxes so total was $138.   They called before arrival as promised.    I saw no company truck but rather what appeared to be a pickup with a trailer containing all the equipment.   Technician was very polite.   He removed his street  shoes before entering the residence and maintained a clean working area while working.   No cleanup was required after he left.    He tried to power out the clog with his snake several times but without success.   The final location of the clog was pin pointed, but he was unable to remove it.   The Tech called the office twice to advise and seek consultation on next steps.    At 2 hours he was done trying and told me they would have to send others over to cut, clean or replace some of the pipe once they found the source of the plugging.  (He said he was only a pipe cleaner)   Fortunately for us when he removed his powered snake for the last time, a small opening developed in the clogged area and that allowed us to work the material loose and finish the job.   Success!!   When I asked him if we could power jet the line to assure all the debris was removed he told me power jetting was $600 (both would give me $150 discount coupon)   I decided to cut my losses at this point and hope we got it all.   Overall I would say the tech was very professional and did not give me any hard sales pitches.   I would hire these guys again I think as the price was competitive.  Not sure they will be around however since they appear to be a newly established business with no business address...Makes a person wonder...

Dropped the ball on no heat situation. I got a 1000 dollar bill for a no heat situation from 2 months ago! On the invoice they lie about me saying I was replacing the blower on my Buderous boiler. Who would want to risk blowing up their home? I told them the replacement blower was coming in the next day and I would call them. They declined to put in the blower while I was still out of heat. A part that needed replacing was never installed either. Buderous is a hard to service unit but their technician had been doing an excellent job but this business is not reliable when the pressure is on.

If I could give him 0 stars, I absolutely would. Avoid at all costs! First of all, he's rude and unprofessional, he says some very inappropriate things. He also does more harm than good and you will have more issues after he works on your project than you've had before. Not customer oriented at all, only cares to get paid once and you're stuck with your problem afterward. I do not recommend, the worst contractor I dealt with.
