I called Norblom when my 100 year old sewer pipes backed up. They were at my house in an hour and had everything back in working order in a short amount of time. Zack was very personable, professional and explained everything he was doing.  He also explained the whys and wherefore of how this happened. Quite the education.  I was very impressed with Norblom from start to finish.

Outstanding service!!  Fit us in the same day and had no issue fixing our drain. Highly recommend!!!

What began as a frustrating experience turned into excellent customer service. Long story short, Adam at the office was very helpful and professional. My money was 100% refunded. I'll consider them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Our main sewer line was backing up in the basement. We initially called Uptown Plumbing as we had had them do work at our house previously.. Someone came to our house and spent ~45 min attempting to unclog the drain. He said he was hitting something about 10ft out.  After using a camera, they recommended excavating and repairing a section of our sewer pipe for $6000. We decided we wanted another opinion before making a pressured/rushed decision to spend that much money.

After calling around, Cardinal Services was recommended to us by Gene's Water & Sewer who said that we most likely didn't actually need to have that work done, but just needed a good/better drain cleaning. The person who came from Cardinal Services was excellent; had the camera and the snake and was able to completely clean 90ft of pipe to the front street in ~2.5 hours (we don't need the sewer repair/excavation work done).  They gained a customer for life thanks to their high quality of work at a fair price!

They installed a new boiler and water heater (one of those heated off the boiler) and did an awesome job.  I had 3 bids and these guys are the only ones who did an analysis and who recommended a boiler quite a bit smaller than what they were replacing.  It was installed last fall and did an amazing job keeping the house warm over the winter, and it did better than the old one with lots more BTUs.  

Their price was middle of the pack but they sold me on their effort and working with me to get it done how I wanted it.  Very friendly and excellent work.

And we also love the new water heater.

These guys and gals are fantastic. They are very professional and well worth their work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of pipe work. I had my entire incoming piping redone by these guys and they did an excellent job!

Pattim is our  go to when it comes to plumbing. He's timely, and does a great job for any plumbing needs. Used them for water heaters,toilets and sink/faucet replacements etc. Highly recommend!

Jerry Anderson helped our family out with many plumbing jobs over the years in the Kenwood area.  He is about as trustworthy as they come!  He does a great job and may humor you in the process.

Eric, owner of Halvorsen Sewer Service saved the day and at a very reasonable price to boot! We had called our trusted long time sewer guy first and his attempt at clearing the sewer line from the laundry room floor drain did not work. In fact the old fart thought he should ream it from the main sewer clean-out which was almost inaccessible because of a cedar closet blocking part of it. For some reason he never even mentioned the stack, and told us to get back to him after we moved the cedar closet. To make a long story short we were referred to Eric for a second opinion and walla, problem solved in a little over an hour (by the way Eric went through the stack to eliminate lots of tree roots). Eric is now our new sewer guy! PS Yelp mentions that Eric takes credit cards, but he does not.

Horrible service and recommendations by this plumber. Felt like we were scammed. Had another company come out and repaired the issue in an hour. Will never recommen this company to anyone

Called on Sunday 10 AM for overflow of basement drain due to presumed block of sewer main. Nick arrived a little before the appointed 3:00 and quickly went to work. He passed 130 feet of 3 types of snake drill bits without success for two hours. He recommended a second visit by a different technician knowing that sometimes a second try is the answer. At 8:00 Monday, Luke and a trainee, Garvin, arrived and the findings were discussed. It seemed likely that the blockage was due to ice caused by an uncapped clean-out 130 feet from the garage clean-out. They tried passing 130 smaller snake drill that Luke had customized. Still unsuccessful, they procured a jet-tipped hose that created a high-velocity water spray that cut through the ice blockage, much to everyone's relief. They capped my second clean-out and snaked another drain in my laundry room as drainage was slow. I was very happy with the professionalism and hard work displayed by all DC Annis employees. I also had renewed appreciation for those household amenities that we all eventually take for granted. I highly recommend DC Annis, not only for their honest hard-won efforts, but also for charging the same on Sunday as they do the rest of the week. My unsolicited advice is to check any clean-outs that you have outside in the autumn before the snow flies (as I consider myself lucky to find mine under 18 of snow) and make sure it is capped. The last thing you want is a blocked sewer main, but if it happens, call DC Annis-prompt, professional, hardworking and reasonable charges.

DO NOT USE!!!! Horrible front office and Customer service. We were a part of a real estate deal were BWS performed service. The sellers gave us permission to speak with the tech to ask some general questions. The customer service rep was extremely rude and wouldn't help us resolve a very simple issue. Wanted to charge use again for a service that was already performed. Don not use this company.

This auto filled Loved that they showed up in a mask.  Funny, because that's ALMOST exactly why they're getting one star. It left out *didn't*. My pipes broke and I had water spewing. My usual plumber and everyone else I called was backed up two weeks. Theae guys could be here in 4 days max and possibly the next day so I went with them. I wasn't thrilled or happy when the guy showed up without a mask on.

Walking into someone else's house in the middle of the worst disease outbreak in a hundred years and you won't wear a mask because [you're] sick of this Corona crap? I'm so glad to get your medical opinion. And thanks for letting me know that the next time I have plumbing issues I need to call my dentist.

Extending basic countries is your responsibility. It's not something other people should have ask you to do.

Zero stars but Yelp wouldn't let me choose zero!  Although they did come out promptly and the person was very pleasant, he told me that he couldn't clear the clog and that I should try the bio-something which cost $250.  He did say that if it didn't work I wouldn't have to pay for it, but he really thought I needed the jet cleaning - that was really the only thing that would work.  That was $550.  I said no to both things and paid the trip charge only.  I then called Augie's Draincleaning who came out a couple days later and cleared the clog within 15 minutes for the quoted price of $99.

DO NOT USE ONE HOUR ROOTER - it's a SCAM.
