Awesome company to do business with. They are very fair with pricing, and can usually schedule you within days of calling. I just had a water heater installed and they were over $1,000 less than Genz Ryan. I have used them numerous times for plumbing issues, and they fixed them all nicely at a fair price. I recommend them to everyone, and they all have said they would recommend them. Do yourself a favor and try this company. I bet that you will never use anyone else again.

Derrick from Purple Drains responded quickly when I requested plumbers on Yelp.  I compared his quote to the other company's and he was the cheapest. He showed up on time, and explained everything that he was doing.  I liked the fact that he is the owner, so he makes sure your 100% satisfied.  Finally his drain clean out was guaranteed for 30 days, or else he would come out for free.

This plumbing service came to my rescue and they fixed the problem with absolutely no problem. The plumber was extremely professional. The best part extremely affordable. I strongly recommend this plumbing service.

My husband and I had an awful plumbing leak and were concerned cause it happened on the coldest day yet this winter (-20 below!). I tried calling around the area only to get voicemails - with many businesses locally not opening their doors until around 8:30AM - and I was making these calls at 6:30AM. In addition, some mentioned that they weren't traveling more than x amount of miles for service due to the cold and windchill. Howver, I decided to give this company a call and Wayne answered! He was not only helpful, but guided me through everything on the phone until he could get a plumber their and provided his cell phone in case I needed to contact him prior to the tech coming. Wayne moved things around on his schedule - in regards to priority - and scheduled the visit to our home as #2 for the day. Connor came to our home and was really very nice, professional, and guided me through what I should look for and keep an eye on. He fixed our issue in a quick amount of time and offered much insight based on his experience. He was great (and so was Wayne!) and I definitely couldn't recommend this small-owned business more as they are honest, reasonable, and prompt with their services!

We hired Jeremy to come and fix the main water valve in our home and we think he did a great job.  Just about a year prior, we had the same job done by a different local plumber and it wasn't very long before it was leaking.  Ever since Jeremy came to fix it, so far, so good!  His rates were very reasonable and fair, especially when considering how much care he took in what he was doing.

Great plumbers. Me and my wife both really loved the new bathroom they put in for us. We bought an old old house and they were the best price around and they did excellent work. Would refer them very satisfied.

Seems like maybe like many other service companies these days they are having trouble hiring the right people.  They have always been very responsive to service issues until this fall.  Have called multiple times to have them return to finish their fall inspections.  Can't be too busy to even call to say they will be back at a later date.  Cannot recommend this company anymore.

Called to schedule service as we are having a couple leak issues.    Explained what the issues are and we were told he would call back later that night.  It has been a week and we never received a call back.   Must be nice to be so busy that you can ignore new customers.    We have contacted a different plumber since he clearly does not want our busy.

After a previous company tried to scam me into servicing my kitchen sink which was clogged, SOS literally came to the rescue. The seal from Angie's List for super service is not a misnomer. Over the phone, they stated their pricing and possible other charges upfront. They called ahead. The guy came over, Fix the kitchen sink in a hour's time frame. He even cleaned the kitchen floor spotless. He apoligized for the other company. Under $100 for just over an hour for unclogging and NO show-up service charge that the other company tried.

I can't help but be cliche; honest, friendly service.  These guys are the solution for anyone worried about getting overcharged or lied to.  Adam and Justin came right on time for our appointment, quickly assessed our problem and solved it even faster.  They were both very pleasant, professional and even dog friendly.  They also utilize smart phone apps for payment so it's quick and easy.  Beyond that, I'm happy to hire a small, local company and I hope they continue to grow.  I'd recommend Erik Nelson Plumbing to anyone.

On-time, under-budget, far beyond any expectations we had. Josh was our professional to try and solve our problem. Went after it with gusto, was super attentive, thorough, and efficient.

Systems for confirming, reminding and notifying us that our tech tech was entrusted (complete with a photo and a mini-resume) was very impressive.

I called because I had my house for sale, accepted an offer, had the inspection and inspector said I had low water pressure. B & B came to my house and told me It was the screens and shower head, so it was not a big job. Brian (the owner) said he ordered parts and would fix it. Closing came quick and he quit responding. I ended up having to take $6200 less because it was too small of a job and he strung me along until it was TOO  LATE! TERRIBLE BUISNESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

kitchen sink clogged. clog was in line approximately 25 feet from main line. repairman used snake to clear, took about 45 minutes. the charge was $435.
repairman professional but this cost was so excessive I'll not use these people again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone for any plumbing work.

I had the company do an inspection on a furnace at a home I recently purchased.

The technician I worked with was very pleasant and helpful. At the end of the visit he recommended $950 repair on the furnace, plus a $1900 clean up on the boiler.

The boiler had already been inspected by another company, Burnomatic, which came highly recommended. I checked with them, they insinuated I was being scammed. I also checked with two other repair companies on the furnace. The same repair was estimated at $400-500 by one company and $250-300 by another.

Seems like this company is using polite techs to build reporte with homeowners, and attempting to gouge them. Def one I plan to avoid

They ruined my bathtub and didn't even apologize!! They came out on short notice to fix my shower drain, but in the process left a quarter-size chip in my bathtub. I called to ask if they could fix it or reimburse me. They asked me to send photos but the next day their response was simply to text me our technician did not cause that damage. Ridiculous and rude!!!
