There isn't a better plumbing company out there! I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a reliable, hardworking father/son team who is does superior work at a reasonable price. I promise you won't find better!

Bill was very professional and his work was excellent.  He explained what needed to be done and why.  He completed his work timely and was good at cleaning up after the job.  His pricing was also very good.  The next time I need plumbing work, I will call Drains Unlimited without hesitation.

I had a slow running bathroom drain. I called them and they showed up the next morning about 9:30am. They came in, assessed the situation, then went to work. Owner was very friendly and we talked about thing we had in common years ago. Problem was repaired and new pipes run. He asked for a check over a credit card due to card fees. I was happy to write the check. Work was done promptly and completely. He wanted to have me view the work even though I told him I was sure everything was good. Shows up promptly, work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was in an expected range. This tells me that he is responsive to my needs and not trying to rob me. Would I recommend Drains Unlimited for your work. ABSOLUTELY!

Drains Unlimited is outstanding, shocked to see no reviews on Yelp!   Above and beyond expectations!  As a first-time homeowner and millennial, I will be recommending this fantastic company to everyone I know.  Bill and Team are professional, and get the job done right.  We had a pipe under our foundation rot (1955 build) which disabled our ability to use our kitchen and laundry drains.  Keith, who discovered the problem (a fantastic plumber at Century Sewer Service, Redford - who we have used in the past) recommended we go to Bill, his brother-in-law, at Drains Unlimited for a fix.  Bill gave us a call within the week to set up a time to review the situation.  Bill spent well over an hour with us going over every detail of the job.  He answered every question we had without batting an eye.  The quote was beyond resonable for the job at hand.  We were expecting thousands more, but ended up being much less.  Within a few weeks of the quote, Drains Unlimited (+Keith! Thank you!) were on the job and replaced our piping within a day.  Quick, personable, professional, and we couldn't believe how clean the job was done.

Bill did excellent job of replacing pipes in our basement. Saved me more than ten thousands dollars of dig out quotes from other company. They did outstanding work and even cleaned up. I highly recommend Drains Unlimited for your plumbing needs
