TERRIBLE!!! Would not recommend. Needed my property snaked out, Antonio put the  snake in the wrong drain and recommended that I needed that area dug
up and a new sewer line, $60 down the drain. I had another plumbing company come out 10 minutes later, they ran the snake and unclogged the drain.

Well this was an experience I wish I never had. I contacted TNT on a Sunday for a quote for a backed up tub. They quoted me $90 and said someone would call me first thing Monday morning with an appointment time. Around 11am on Monday I hadn't heard from them so I called, they said they'd look into it. I then got a call from the technician saying he would be there in 20 mins. When he and his helper arrived I was surprised that they showed up in an unmarked truck and no company uniform or shirt. They could have been anyone. I needed this fixed so I showed them the issue. The technician was convinced it was my toilet causing the problem not my tub. He proceeded to take off my toilet and snake it through there. After about 40 mins he said he was hitting something solid and couldn't do anymore. He called his boss who agreed to come out with different equipment. I was told he'd arrived within 2 hours and call when he was on his way. They made me pay $50 deposit and it was cash only.

Two hours later and went and no call. So I call the office, she informs me they would be there by 5, um that's 5 hours not 2! I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait. However the previous guy left my toilet off and I only have one bathroom! That's a problem!

So an hour later the first technician comes back to my house to simply put on the toilet. He informs me that his boss is still tied up and wouldn't have made it out tonight anyway. Ok great, so how is this getting fixed?!? He tells me they will send someone out first thing in the morning and have someone call first. Well as you can guess, no one called or showed up the next day at all.

Needless to say I contacted another company and they came out same day. Turns out it was my tub and they didn't even need to come inside my house to resolve the issue! TNT is an absolute joke, please call someone else!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They sent out two men neither knew what they where doing. I'm a SINGLE female so I guess they just took advantage.. I called this place on a Friday because I noticed my toilet was backing up & all the waste was backing up into my tub.  I when I called I asked for them to snake my toilet, they came out pulled my toilet up & got shit all over my carpet just to snaked my toilet & tub and still  couldn't solve the problem. If your are really a plumber your going to figure out the issues..... Instead of snaking out my main drain they told me it was nothing that they could do & I would need a plumber to go on my roof .. Sunday another plumber came out snaked my main drains and got me together with out even coming into the up stairs part of my house....... It's Tuesday & I'm still cleaning shit out my carpet dealing with them never again & they used my dirty clothes to try & clean up their mess.......

Excellent response to an emergency at my fathers home.  I appreciate your service always.  Tyrone is very pleasant to talk to even when I was overwhelmed.  Service date 7-16-16.

We are landlords to a rental property in Detroit. The tenants called based on a back up in the basement. Tnt came out to snake it and said it was a collapsed main drain with an estimate of $4000 to fix. The city was called, checked and said it was clear on their end. We called someone my parents used for the passed 30+ years and was able to snake it and clear the line for $150. Very disappointed.

These guys where good and on time the first time around I contracted them last week to do a job I had the same problem today gave them a call at 9:15 am to let them know I had the same issue once again then contractors didn't even have the audacity to call and let someone know exactly what's going on and here it is past 6:00 I had to call someone else to come out I think the fact that they knew they would have to basically do the job for free they just prolonged my house this is terrible amongst black businesses we have to do better

No one showed up.  Called and someone said they will call back and will be out.  No called and still no one showed up.  You can't leave a message there because their mailbox is full. Poor service and I would not recommend them to anyone.  Not reliable.  I could have had some one else come out but I was waiting on TNT since 1pm.  They called and said it would be later but before 6pm.  It is now 7:55pm and still no one.  Call anyone but this place.  Very unprofessional

My basement flooded so i called them and they were out within 2 hours but 2 week later my basement started flooding again i called them so they could honor their 30 day warranty but they said they were closed (which they were because it was Sunday ) so i was directed to call the next day i called as soon as they open and once they found out they had to honor my warranty they kept putting me off and never came ! I literally waited 7 hours with tissue and feces floating ! I called more then 5 times just for the guy that started answering the phone to start becoming rude saying I TOLD YOU IT WAS PPL IN FRONT OF YOU AND WE WILL CALL YOU and then hung up ! But once again i called at 9 when they opened so exactly how many ppl could be in front of me ?

5 months ago, I had Tay Tay and Fred snake my drain and it fixed the problem. I would definitely refer them to friends and family, and I'll definitely be using their services again. They were fast and efficient. They were young men, but very knowledgable.

They quoted me a fair price and I appreciate the work they did!!! I cannot speak for others, but they did a great job!!! I would recommend them to others!

Highly recommended. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.  We had an issue with slow drainage. A technician was dispatched within the hour. Great fast service even on tough jobs

They came and cleared my main drain on a Saturday evening.. called 3 other places and they didn't have any openings till Monday.. so I was happy to find TNT.. good work and great prices. And gave us a few tips on toilet paper lol

They are very good oh and unprofessional and do not be stand behind their work I would not use them again or recommend them

Steer clear of TNT. They came out two months ago to clear a clogged main drain. Had no mask, wanted cash, gave no receipt. Handed us a card for a 30-day guarantee of their work. Two months later the drain backed up again so we called them back. They said the problem was with our septic tank, which had been repaired and pumped in the spring. Charged us $75 for the 2nd visit, even though we were well within the 3 month guarantee period. We called our septic company, they came out and dug down to the tank, checked the pipe - no problem with anything. Cost us $200 more. Called TNT back to let them know the problem wasn't with the septic tank and they wanted a $50 travel charge to come out a 3rd time. When we asked what the 30-day guarantee covered if we have to keep paying we were told someone else would call us back. No one has. So not only was the job not done right the first time, they also won't honor their guarantee and now we have to have another company come out to do the job right. Absolutely do not recommend.

Fast, reasonable, professional, informative!  Called on a Sunday afternoon and they were here in about 30 minutes. Spoke to Tyrone first, quick easy call with an accurate quote for the service with a time frame of less than an hour. Jay's team of two showed up in half the time and went right to work explaining everything he was doing & answering all of my questions. It was a bigger job than I expected but the cost only increased over estimate by the amount of the parts added ($10) and I understand that you have to pay for those extras.  Paid cash, received a legit receipt with 30 day guarantee, problem solved. Big thank you to the TNT folks for the great service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Let me start out with saying they have no idea of what they are doing. I had a backup in my basement. They came out, they started to snake my drain and said 10 feet in they hit dirt. That I have a collapsed pipe and would need to break my basement floor and change the pipe. I called out our family guy who does our work normally. The only thing he doesn't do is snake the drain. I gave him the diagnosis and he went to work. Come to find out... there was no break in the drain. I called out roto rooter to snake the main drain again and see if we missed something. They snaked 55ft worth of all my pipes. They also informed us they did not go in the correct drain when we showed them what they did. My house was just fine. So now where it would have costed me a $285.00 main drain clean out. I am paying for my basement being broken up among other things. ( $1200)....They have no clue on what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND LYING TO YOU!!!!!

They totally had my main drain snaked in 5 minutes! Had another company out the day before that said it couldn't be snaked and I needed it replaced for 3900 dollars ! TNT has it snaked and said I had no problems at all ! So glad I called them instead of being ripped off by that other company! Thanks tnt main drain specialist

The company came out to repair my toilet. The guy snaked it & said it was good without testing it. So I called them back the next day & the lady told me she instructed them to pull the toilet up however they didn't. She sent them back out, charged an additional fee & still did not fix the problem. They only got it to flush. The next day I called a new company & they found the problem. If i could give them zero stars i would

Do not use.  Unprofessional,  rude, disrespectful office staff.  Sam office staff shouted, talked over me and hung up after I asked to speak with the owner.   I called at 10:04 am and was told that she would call me back by noon.  Did not receive a call back, so I called at 1:25 pm and received a voice mail.  
Had services and still having the same problem as originally requiring services.  
Problem still not solved.  
Requesting a refund.

TNT is amazing! I contacted several plumbers last Sunday for an urgent basement flood situation. They responded almost instantaneously with the best quote and were at my house to snake my main line less than two hours later. I will definitely call them again when my old house inevitably needs more plumbing services.

They were here within 2 hours of my call! Affordable service! The plumber was nice and he educated me on the problem!

Worst company ever. We had them come out to snake the main drain to prevent water from not going down the floor drain on the basement floor, they sent (3) guys and after running the old ancient snake through the main and and pouring a few buckets of water down the cleanout he says we should be all set and I have a 30 Day Warranty later on that evening we proceeded to pressure wash the walls and floor in the basement and guess what, water not going down at the floor drain.. we call them back in the am and the lady who takes their service calls wants to overtalk me and be argumentative, says there are 2 drains in the basement and maybe they should snake the other on and I'll have to pay for that. The technician tells us what most plumbers love to tell customers you might need a dig up claim his snake was hitting something and it might be a broken rusted trap. I tell him I hear that all the time and before I spend that amount of money to do a dig up I'll have a camera ran through the line. Our main snake guy luckily got back in from being out of town, came right over and fed about 6-8 feet of cable in the exact drain the TNT guys played around with and instantly the water started going down, no broken trap, no collapsed lines, none of that. I tell TNT I want my money back because their service was useless and I was told to not call back, they are filing a PPO on me, blah blah blah and the technician kept saying I didn't have to call another plumber because I had a warranty. Sir what good is your warranty if your work is worthless? The piece of paper the receipt is on was worth more than the warranty. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! I sent them video of the plumber fixing what they couldn't fix. Didn't matter. They just have to keep that $75.00 they charged me. It's ok, I'll make sure everyone knows how horrible their service is.

I've owned my home in Oak Park Michigan for the past 7 1/2 years. Today I called Tnt plumbing to service my main drain which I've called them every two years to clean out my drain periodically. The technician that came out to the house unprofessionally decided to tell my tenant that I moved out of my home because of my drainage issues which was a complete lie if I was running from drainage issues and I own a $100,000 home in Oak Park I probably would sell and take my money and go...but an idiot kid wouldn't know anything about that. Secondly such conversations is completely inappropriate period, with my tenant are you serious. a job and is a job either you do it or you don't do it. I guess it's true you get what you pay for. If you claim that I've called you out multiple times to clean my drain that shows that you've been the only company that I've used for these past years that I've lived here so that means you damaged my pipes they stated that my pipes fell and the only thing that they're digging is Clay n dirt.  no camera to actually show you the damage or anything whatsoever this is random thrown out statements but it's OK the boss on top of that had an attitude calling me from a from speakerphone from his technicians phone fussing and complaining the whole job was a complete nightmare if you know what's best for you keep these immature little children away from your home.  There's a possibility one of these days these guys will return and rob someone this is not the first time this has happened every time they state $75 on their website when they get to your house they want to up it to $125 or $100 but the lady you talk to on the phone always quotes you the advertised price. they try to charge you another price which there probably pocketing in their own wallets I don't trust this company any longer their service has become trash spend a couple more dollars and go with a better company who is not just about running through the streets of Detroit pocketing peoples money and tearing up their property on purpose stay aware and beware of bad business. It's very messed up that are own African-American people try to up charge services when they know the entire country is going through a pandemic. That is evil and messed up I can see why there's no purpose in supporting black business. Then they made the situation worst and tried to charge me a service charge. Good riddance. Now I have to repair unnecessary damages.

This company was recommended by a family member because of a his previous his with this company.  I needed my only working toilet in my home that was plugged.  I called TNT and they said they would be over in about a hour.  Anthony and his partner, who I unfortunately did not get his name, were very friendly, professional and courteous.  Even though they were momentarily startled by my dog, Sherlock.   They were quick to diagnose the issue and remove the clog.  The whole experience was very positive.

First I called Bison Plumbing  and was told by the bubbly receptionist they won't come to Detroit, MI...no further comment on grown men too scared to make money.

Second, I called TNT Plumbing.  Receptionist was professional and friendly. Quoted fair price.  The plumbers arrived on-time, and although they were young, they did a better job than the older more experienced plumbers I have used in the past and most importantly, didn't leave a mess.  They were also courteous.  Cleared two clogged lines in under 20 minutes.  Tested everything with me, before leaving, to make sure I was happy with the job. They gave a 30 day warranty too.

It was so distressful having raw sewerage back up in my home, and I was so relieved that I could get it fixed before the holidays.  Thank you TNT!

had a puddle of water they snaked my basement the basement flooded.  they came back out and snake it again and the basement got worst they told me to get a sub pump and left.

This company is a big joke. Avoid them at all cost. Not worth it.  This company will try to rip you off.

Great service from Tay Tay & Fred were very professional and gave me suggestions on keeping my drains clean and lint free. They came within the two hours time frame.  TNT was fast and did an great job snaking out the main drain.

If I could give zero stars I would.  Charged me 150$ to snake a storm drain and main drain.  They never snaked the main drain, never even took the Cleanout cap off.  Tenant moved in, and fecal matter backed up into the basement sink. These guys are liars and thieves and if you're not watching them, they will defraud you.

They quoted one price but after the work is done quote a higher price.  The lady that answers the phone is not very friendly and rude at times.  The owner is also very rude. I've never seen a plumber with shorts and flip flops on like he was not working.  They did not seem very professional at all.

I wish I could've used someone else but because this was an emergency, I used them.  I will not call them again.  Plus they left a huge mess in my bathroom for me to cleanup.  If you don't expect good customer service, quality work and to be treated with respect then call this company.
