I have use these folks twice. The second time, Their quote came in over $1000 cheaper than another local well known company. I was happy with their work overall and the staff in the office is kind and accommodating.

Mr. Rhodes was quick to respond to my request for help with a clogged drain below my cleanout drain. It was done with professionalism and timely and the price was very reasonable. Payment could be made via cash, check, or online via chase bank I believe.
We went ahead and set up a time for him to return and install an outdoor sink for us in a few days. I suggest that you call Mr. Rhodes for your plumbing needs.
Oh, FYI, he even has a rap on YouTube, known as the Rapping Plumber. Don't worry, it isn't anything crude, it's about his work that he does.

I had some shoring work done on a rear addition to my home.
That work left some GIANT voids underneath the addition.
My house is about 50 years old and I could see from climbing into the void, that I had about a foot between the soil level and the bottom of my slab.
Not bad considering the area I live in and the age of the slab of my house.
I instructed them to fill that up first.
The integrity of the wooden pilings under my home were my primary concern, then filling up the underground cave I have.
These guys do this every day but I've been under my addition and have seen where I need the fill.
They did the work exactly as I instructed.
That's nice!!
They call and show up when they say they are.
That's nice too.
Their estimate of how much sand I'd need was spot on!!
I was advised by a very well respected engineer to NEVER pump wet sand under your house as the weight of the wet sand can drag your pilings down.
Wet sand is 92#per cubic foot.
I could not be more pleased with the work. They send Harold's plumbing to video your drainage pipes prior to the work. You're provided with a copy of the video.
It's very nice to deal with a company like this. First class all the way.
Their employees are very respectful of the customer and the property

After 5 or 6 calls to other companies, nobody could come out till the following day but Natal's sent out James immediately (yayyy) to determine problem and quote the repair. I had a partial electrical outage in the house, $90 call out fee, fine. Communication was very good with the office personnel and James (tech guy), I wasn't able to be there but my roommate was home. Not being there, I didn't have a good understanding of the parts being replaced, which was only one 100 amp main breaker. My advice, educate yourself on the work and the parts being replaced and BEWARE OF A ROUGHLY 600% MARKUP ON THE BREAKER. I also opened the panel box and looked at the breaker that was changed and the breaker looked used and old. So, to change out 1 breaker (roughly $100 part, found out after the fact), I was charged $930. BEWARE!!

Quick service. Quick response.
However, dramatically overcharged for part and labor. $65 fee just to visit, and then $100 for 20 minutes of labor and a part that costs $10 tops at Lowe's (a part of equal quality). I know that the fee just for the visit is standard, but really makes me think...I'm paying this company to simply grace me with their presence, allowing me to use their service PLUS labor and parts on top of that? The whole visit was 20 minutes.
I felt as though instead of teaming up with me to find a solution, they simply tried to find ways to charge as much as they could. I am a homeowner with no handyman. Needless to say, I will likely have a need for a plumber in the future, and I likely will not return to Richies.

Jimbo was a great technician. He didn't pressure for a big fix or sale, he found what was wrong and fixed it quickly! He gave me information about their maintenance program but wasn't pushy. Thanks so much, Jimbo!

We moved into an older house and knew sooner or later we would need plumbing work. We hired Peterson's Plumbing for the job and what a horrible mistake we made!! Redoing all of the plumbing turned into a huge nightmare with this company as they are not experienced and knowledgeable plumbers. ANYTHING GOES IS THEIR ATTITUDE! Within a few weeks after they completed the work, we had a pipe break in the wall and by the time they came out to fix it mold had developed and a lot more Sheetrock had been destroyed!! This company is a joke and the owner Mark Peterson is a master manipulator. He will try to feed you as much crap as your willing to listen to. My plumbing is a total nightmare now and I've had more pipes break since and have had multiple leaks. Beware of this company!
*Update- it has now been two years since they have completed the work* We decided we would dig up our garden and plant new plants this summer. Upon digging, we started hitting our hot and cold pipes in the ground. There is no way we can put a small bush or Gardenia in the ground because we cannot dig deep enough without hitting the pipes. This is unreal!!

I had a severe fruit fly problem and couldn't find the cause. When West Plumbing came out they were able to identify the problem as a busted water pipe under my house and within a week they had workers out building a tunnel under the house and fixing it. They were professional and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. Now my fruit fly problem is resolved and I couldn't be happier with the work!

I called this company out because I had a water leak and no hot water. The man came to the house said i had a leak and that he needed to cut into the wall to be sure. I have him the go ahead. He cut the wall verified that I had a leak in the hot water pipe and informed me that it was under the slab and that I should contact my homeowners insurance and then to contact him after to schedule the actual repair. He was at my house for 30 minutes and charged me $300. I called Another plumber today for a second estimate per the request of my insurance. The new guy comes today charged me $49 and temporarily made it where we had hot water to at least the bathrooms. I was very upset that I paid $300 and the first guy didn't even make me aware that their was a temporary fix. So I signed up with the second company, mister plumber! He will get my money for the simple fact that he cared enough to spend an extr 10 minutes at my house and cap the broken pipe so that I had hot water for my 2 year old to bathe. And rooter 911 didn't even try just left with my money and no fix

worst experience ever and 3 men came out and 2 of them stole my own tools i had under my kitchen sink!!! confronted them and i had paint splashes on my handles of wrenches from just painting my bathroom the literally took them right in my face from under sink and said they were theirs!!!! and it was 3,000 of work done and the owner or head guy did one bathroom and completely screwed it up he had to come out 3 more times and never fixed it and said he didnt know what to do with it and after that refused all calls and texts but they took that over 3,500!!!! check..filing suit which was done a few months back they will get the papers on it it is coming..fyi theives work for that guy and main guy was clueless on how to correct problem he made worse..carrying a tool box on back of truck and in your bag doesn't make you a plumber passing a test does not mean your knowing what your doing..so got the 2 theives to do the other work and head guy really screwed up the plumbing..you have been warned you better be real careful hiring these guys and you better have security camaras inside your house to watch every single thing they do!!!!! i was going to call police and file report against them but it would have taken forever to get my wrenches back..very dishonest most horrible experience i have ever had!!!! i would think twice before hiring them..bewareeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!! i would give zero stars but it makes you give at least 1 star..god does not sleep it will come back to haunt each and every one of them..also they will smoke right up at your front door as well the 2 theives and the hea dguy will keep taking off for hours to get 1 part so he can rack of charging you by the hour!!!!! if you do not heed this warning you will get what you deserve!!!! i have since had to hire another plumber to fix the horrible job and spraying tub faucet that the other head guy did so it costs us another 450.00 to get it fixed when we already paid aardvark contractors 3,000!!!! you will get ripped off on your money and things stolen out of your house...it's now on you what you take away from this...believe me you will be sorry if you hire them and god knows how much they have stolen from other businesses and residential homes but their main jobs are commercial i would say most of their tools they stole from other people on jobs i believe this with all my heart..and do shotty jobs and stay 10hrs and take constant breaks and run off for hours to get 1 part because that racks up the hours for you to have to pay...shisters theive con artists...be wise as serpant before you hire them....i will i put up pics later on as i am on the road but stopped to right this review

I only have good things to say about this company. We were in need of a complete a/c unit. I got estimates from several companies and I feel like I got a great value for an exceptional unit. Our salesman, Roland, explained all of the different available options and helped us pick the best unit for our needs. We had 6 choices of American Standard 5 ton units . He explained the pros and cons of each in terms we could understand. We were given an installation date three days later. The lead installer, Michael, was here on time with his crew. They had the old unit out and the new unit in and running the same day. Everything went smoothly and we love our new unit.
Roland even came the day of install to make sure the job was going smooth. I would recommend this company.

Never use this plumber. I used him on a renovation and he screwed me. I ended up paying another plumber $6500 to finish what he started. The original estimate was $10,000 and I only owed him $500 for him to come back to complete the trim out and water heater installation.
1. Never meets his time frame. It took him a month to finish roughing in my home.
2. He asks for a deposit up front. I complied because i felt he needed to know I was serious. Don't make my mistake only pay him after he completes the job.
3. He demanded payment for an incomplete rough-in. Gas line was not finished and I did know until my a/c guy came to check his units. I wanted to hold more money incase he did not come and finish the job.
4. He never kept his appointments. I had to threaten to fire him to get him to the job to complete the rough-in
5. His delays and in ability to keep appointments cost us months in our construction project. My favorite excuse for not coming to work on my house was it is valentines day, I take the day off. Then he does not show up the next day.
6. Does not know how to properly size gas lines. When I hired the new plumber to finish, I ended up spending another $2500 to fix the mess he did not finish had under the house.
In all never hire this guy he is a thief, unprofessional and a horrible plumber.
