Since my complaint was against an employee who is no longer employed, I am happy to return to a 5-star review and will definitely consider AccuTemp for future (hopefully far off) repair needs.  Thank you!

AccuTemp is a fantastic company with genuine values. They care about their customers and their employees and it shows by the quality and customer service they produce. I would recommend them to each of my friends and anyone who needs HVAC maintenance or if there is an issue. Joey is a 5 star technician who gives 5 star service every time!

This company, specifically Kerry, is amazing! He had been helping us with our ancient system for over ten years without any sales pressure. When we were finally ready to get a new system we were confident that he had our backs and gave us the best price for the system we wanted. The installation crew was spectacular, fast, polite, clean and professional. We got our system completely removed and replaced in ONE DAY! As I cooled off that evening I never knew they were there as they literally swept the floor as they walked out the door. HIGHLY recommend this company. We are a lifetime customer for sure! As a bonus, new system is so quiet and efficient I have to feel the vents to see if it's on as there is NO noise. Super bonus first month's bill was $100 less!

Had an issue with my AC. The AC technician cleared my line but a plumber was also needed tho clear another line in the attic. The techs arrived the same day and were super professional. Even turned my water heater down as it was set to a scalding temperature. Would highly recommend!!

They get one star only because there is no opportunity to give negative value for it.  Do not be fooled by the $69 service fee.  I waited on a part and service on a water heater for over a week. Part replaced and still no repair.  COST: $556 only to find another part is needed for an ADDITIONAL $900!  I could get two new water heaters  installed at that price.  I inquired at the initial visit about about a leaking faucet in a bathtub.  Cost Estimate: $625!  Did the repair myself for $10.45 and it took an hour to completr with me driving across town to get the part.  NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!  ROBBERY SOMETIMES HAPPENS WITH PLUMBING TOOLS AND NOT GUNS!

AC went out so we called and we had a 5:30 appointment, they were here right on the dot. The young man was quick, pleasant, and happy to answer any questions we had. After the lackluster service we received last year from another company, it was refreshing to have this level of service and even the cost was less than anticipated!

Jimbo was a great technician. He didn't pressure for a big fix or sale, he found what was wrong and fixed it quickly! He gave me information about their maintenance program but wasn't pushy. Thanks so much, Jimbo!

Our new AC system is less than a year old. This is the 2nd time we have had an issue with it. We just put in a call to their 24/7 service and was told we would not have anyone to come out until Wednesday, today is Monday.
The temp was 99 today. So having spent $$$ on a BRAND NEW AC system and not having their 24/7 service available does not make me happy. I hope they correct their website because their 24/7 service is BS!

Disappointed. Guy came out cleaned out the return on both units, changed a connector on 1unit and a capacitor on another for $1100-1300. Ac repair got to be the biggest thieves ever. Stay as far away from these guys as possible .wouldn't recommend them to anyone

The folks at AccuTemp are top notch. We signed up for the Platinum Plan and it's working great! The service team are efficient, knowledgeable and informative on top of being personable and a pleasure to talk to--it's quite refreshing to deal with true professionals. A+++++

I have personally recommended to Accutemp over a dozen customers and all of them have been very satisfied in the HVAC/A/C repair business. it's very competitive and each company is trying to undercut another company to get your business any way they can. Luke quickly diagnosed the issue of a bad switch connection on my outside unit. He had a replacement part on his truck and had my unit back in business in no time! I highly recommend AccuTemp for new unit replacements and maintenance of my older unit as well. Hope to use them for a long time!

The serviceman Harrison was very professional and explained everything he was doing to my satisfaction. And he came out the day I called. He was quick and efficient and very friendly, like he enjoyed his job. I recommend Accutemp to anyone needing a cool night's rest during these hot Louisiana nights.

WAY too expensive, $200 over priced, spent over 400 just to get capacitor changed out, but nice lady who fixed it right

Actually, I would give them no stars, I made an appointment with them and they never showed up. I had to lose 2 hours of pay form their careless error and then they deny the appointment, I would NEVER recommend this company!

Very friendly office staff and technician. Tech was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed my problem.

Easy to set up an appointment and the technician arrived on time. On the negative side, they employ aggressive sales tactics and their prices are at least 10 times higher compared to similar businesses in the local area.

Had someone out to look at my AC unit within an hour and had it fixed within two hours. Great customer service. 10/10 will use them again.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. These guys went from a home grown service focused company to a business solely focused on profit and growth. My personal experience is them quoting my mother to diagnose her two A/C units at her house. They charged her $75 per unit just to quote the work then quoted approximately $1k to resolve the issue on one of the units and told her the other would have to be diagnosed separately and they would have check and see if the warranty was valid(when they were in fact the original installers).

I got involved, brought in another mechanical company to compare pricing and my inclination that AccuTemp was trying to take advantage of my mother was confirmed. The other company was able to resolve the issues on both of the units on the same day I called them for $267.

Please go ahead and reimburse my mom for the fees your charged her. Also, I should probably mention the drain line y'all installed that has caused my moms house to flood on the second floor multiple times. You need to reach out to her and make it right. I am just trying to stand up for my mom as she gets taken advantage of.

Greeting public I purchased a $15,000 a/c unit from AccuTemp within a years time I have had to call them at least 10 times and everything they came within the warranty period I have had to pay a fee. This company is a ripoff, crooks, and charlatans. I don't recommend this for a senior citizen with no help because they will take advantage of you. Did I mention I paid $15k on this new a/c unit for a 9,000 square feet home, the temperature on the inside stays 82 or 88 degrees. My animals are always lethargic thank God for window units. Had I known my two year old 2 ton unit was sufficient I wouldn't have never purchased this $15k unit with my life savings. Please don't make the same mistakes I did with this company. Linda Terry

Called to get my AC fixed and had Justin come out the next day he gave me a price which was a bit high but I was ready to pay to get me and my 2 year old son out of the summer heat
Sure enough he was only able to put some kind of jumper cables and still tried to charge me so I had to call back to get someone else to come out because my air did not work at all still then when she came out I was told I needed a new system which cost $7500-$15000
I told her no then I had to get someone else out here to get a new system up and running for wayyyyy lower the price and I got better work done
And now today I get an invoice because they think I owe them $15 lol this company isn't worried about you just how much they make

We called accutemp Wednesday advised them we needed an electrician to come out and take care of our fire suppressant system's microchip (per the fire suppressant company)  accutemp took our information and then contacted us back to make the appt and confirm it for Friday 9am. I received a call 1.5 hr before they were supposed to come out to tell me I need to contact the fire suppressant company to ask if they have someone to come out for the job.

This could have easily been informed to me when I called to make the appointment.
The fire suppressant company already came out to do their part and only the electrician needs to come out to complete the microchip side. The fact that they had to call me back Wednesday to set up and confirm the appointment made me feel that they knew what they were coming out to do. Sadly, that's not the case. They didn't even make an attempt to come out to see what was supposed to be done. But now I know, Accutemp is false advertising since electrician is not part of their forte.

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This company is such a disappointment. We have used you guys for YEARS now and the way you've treated us for an issue that could've been easily avoided and is your fault, is just not okay. Our AC unit that was installed less than 1.5 years ago (and cost a small fortune) has not been working for a week now. As a star maintenance plan member, don't waste your money. A tech came out 3 weeks ago (2 weeks before this all happened) to check the system and said everything was running fine and suggested we change our filter inside the cabinet (never ever ever been told this before). We changed it ourselves (based on the recommendation the tech gave us) only to find out our system only needs that filter and NOT the hallway vent filter. We were NEVER told to only use the cabinet filter after having 2 ENTIRE systems installed with Accutemp. REALLY? Record heat has gotten our house up to 90 degrees and we have pets so we were forced to shell out hundreds more dollars to make sure no one had a heat stroke by first buying a portable AC unit (didn't work) and then a window unit (thankfully it works). Were we offered any kind of help such as someone come install a window unit or pay for a hotel room for a couple nights? NOPE. Instead, we have been greeted with incompetency. Part should be in today or tomorrow for a temp fix but we shall see. Was told the part would take up to 30-60 days to come in but I have no faith that it will actually be here in that time frame or that Accutemp will contact us like they're supposed to. I wish I could make this up. We will NEVER use this company ever again no matter what and I will be telling everyone how awful you are.

We hired them to come diagnose  and fix our home generator. After 3 appointment misses due to rain and lack of them communicating they finally came out to look at it. He said it would cost $600 to fix and ordered a few parts. Took weeks to get the follow up appointment after they stated the parts were in. He came to install said parts then claimed we needed a new starter which we ordered and said he would come put it in. As of now it's been 2 months since we ordered the starter and he refuses to answer our calls and texts. We've been patient and understanding but I have a daughter that has special needs we require a running generator to handle her equipment when the power is out. I'm very frustrated with the way we've been treated.

After having a lot of trouble finding A/C Heating company that would not gauge us and did quality work (had to go outside of home warranty companies because they were all bad), we landed on Accutemp. They came out and serviced both of our units, told us the areas they saw previously shoddy work done, fix those issues, and then came back a few weeks later when air was blowing warm and found a wire that was missed causing the issue, fixed it and did not charge. So far so good with this company. Both times the techs were very helpful and covered everything needed to know with my wife.

Quick and professional service at a competitive price. They were very responsive to follow up calls and refunding out initial service fee since we purchased a unit from them. I would use them again although i hope i wont have to.

We called AccuTemp to come out and unplugged a kitchen sink drain not draining.  We waited for half a day for someone to come only to find they wanted to charge us $443.00 for a job not complete.  The technician was not knowledgeable and after 40 minutes of snaking the drain it was still clogged.  He left and told us the line has to be hydro jet for additional costs that might be $600.  Completely unfair pricing and not knowledgeable tech.  My problem was not solved after two hours at a cost of $443.  Accutemp is false advertising since plumbing is not part of their forte.  We called another company and had the problem resolve in 30 minutes at half the price.
