The drain in the bathroom was completely blocked, but the block was not close to the drain. The water could run for approximately a minute before It backed up which meant the clog was way down the line. I called Magee  plumbing and spoke to Marcus. He was just finishing another job and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was completely professional and got straight to work. He made sure to keep his work area clean and worked diligently to clear a very difficult clog. He used a 75 foot rotor rooter but the drain was still blocked. He didn't give up and used a different blade attachment on the Roto rooter and was finally able to clear the drain. After he cleaned up his work area And put his tools away, I asked if he had  jumper cables because the battery in my car had died. He told me that he had the same problem earlier that day and had a jumper box with him. He then realized that he changed vehicles and did not have it with him. He told me he had another job and would be coming back my way. He returned in a few minutes and helped me jumpstart my car. I can't say enough about his generosity. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs high quality plumbing work. After all the difficulties of this job his fee was much less than I was quoted from The national Rotor Rooter service company. Thanks again for going above and beyond! And doing such a great job! I've been driving past George's Plumbing's building every morning for the past 13 years, and one day I REALLY needed them. My Water heater exploded, right before some severe weather was due to blow in. I chose George's mainly due to the length of time they've been in business, and was extremely happy I went local, instead of with some big-box service. The whole experience was Fast, Courteous and Professional. The equipment installed is top of the line with a great Warranty. They stayed exactly within their quote on both Time and Money. Compared to the other bids I received, I would say I hit the Jackpot with George's!

I called the day before I needed them to come and it was not a problem.  They came right or the next day.  They fixed my running toilet and were very thorough when checking to make sure that was the problem that was causing my water bill to go up.  Fast and efficient and inexpensive.  I will use them again on the future.

Horrible! Arrived 3 hours late made no apologies for being late and then he ended up causing more damage and didn't fix anything. DO NOT USE.

They were absolutely wonderful! On Christmas Eve our pipes froze and busted. There were out to help with the situation in no time and fixed the problem. They are reliable and do stuff correctly. Highly recommend!

I called their number 16 times throughout the day attempting to reach someone.
The voicemail leaves a number for emergencies, but it wasn't what I considered an emergency so I obviously didn't want to call that number.
I left multiple voicemails and someone called me around noon the next day and I told him that I called so many times that I had given up and called someone else and the man said You called ME sixteen times? I said Yes? He said You must've called the office sixteen times, I'm not there all day so it wasn't me.
Really? Why even have an office where you have no one to answer calls? Either get an answering service to relay messages to you, get a receptionist, or get the calls to the phone you keep on you.
Actually at the very least, take a half hour at the end of each day and make a stop into the office to return calls.
How else are you expected to have any business at all?
No one wants to wait a day to hear back, they're just going to move on to another business.
I ended up calling Bill Schells Electric and they have a very nice receptionist who worked with me and set me up with an appointment in the same phone call.

If this company's work ethic is anything like they way they maintain there work vehicles, I wouldn't use them. There is so much polluting black smoke coming out of there truck that it looks like it's going to catch fire.
