Gators Sand Pumping

Professional and honest. Finished the job quickly and only had to pay for the amount of sand used....not the bid amount! Will recommend.

I had some shoring work done on a rear addition to my home.
That work left some GIANT voids underneath the addition.
My house is about 50 years old and I could see from climbing into the void, that I had about a foot between the soil level and the bottom of my slab.
Not bad considering the area I live in and the age of the slab of my house.
I instructed them to fill that up first.
The integrity of the wooden pilings under my home were my primary concern, then filling up the underground cave I have.
These guys do this every day but I've been under my addition and have seen where I need the fill.
They did the work exactly as I instructed.
That's nice!!
They call and show up when they say they are.
That's nice too.
Their estimate of how much sand I'd need was spot on!!
I was advised by a very well respected engineer to NEVER pump wet sand under your house as the weight of the wet sand can drag your pilings down.
Wet sand is 92#per cubic foot.
I could not be more pleased with the work. They send Harold's plumbing to video your drainage pipes prior to the work. You're provided with a copy of the video.
It's very nice to deal with a company like this. First class all the way.

Called the office after receiving an estimate without having someone take a look at the job that needed to be done. The person I spoke with was rather rude and not concerned with my question as to how they could give me an estimate without seeing or knowing what I needed. I'll find another company.

Extremely professional. Under slab camera and pipe repair plus 8 yards of sand. Sand was clean and free from debris. Also accommodated work schedule. For the amount of work I think the pricing was fair. My job took 2 days

This is a sad company. The owner tells you one thing and the ppl working there say something else. I will not use them. I called for them to come out and do a inspection and file for the permit and they flat out said we don't do this and when the owner said they did. I was very upset and the ppl even came to do a video inspection even after I told them there was no running water and they came and said we can't do it.

Gators sand Pumping does a great job! They were on time, provided a video inspection of my house (included in the service) and unexpectedly the job took half of what they estimated which was also reflected in the final invoice! The team that did the video inspection were friendly and explained everything in the video, The guys that came the next morning for the sand pumping right were on time and very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Gators Sand Pumping and rest assured, we live on a swamp in Kenner and I will call them again! (this is the second time I have used gators!)
