He wore a mask when we met and showed up when he said he would. He kept me posted on progress and the job came out beautifully!

I highly recommend Brosette Plumbing. Eric and Matt are thorough and do an incredible job.
I renovated a small bathroom in my shotgun. In one day, Eric and Matt installed the new toilet and vanity, which took all new plumbing. They also installed a new shower line into my claw foot tub.
Old houses can be tough but Eric and Matt are creative about how to make the job work for their clients. They are easy to communicate with and reliable. My sink had a leak after they installed it, but Brosette showed up bright and early immediately the next day to make sure I was taken care of.
Plumbing is tough and these guys are totally dependable. I am so glad to have found someone I trust with my house. I'm officially a life-long customer.

These guys were fantastic! We recently hired Affordable Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. Sheldon gave us a very fair price to perform the work and did a great job. We provided a new water heater from HomeDepot for him to install and when he unboxed it there was a big dent in the top. Sheldon loaded it up in his truck and brought it to Home Depot to exchange for us at no charge. He then proceeded to open up boxes at the store until he found one in perfect condition.
Sheldon insisted he wanted everything to be done right and did exactly that.
We couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of work performed. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing!

Use Kelley's plumbing for all our plumbing issues to water heaters, plumbing inspections, random leaks in the attic to getting my wedding ring out the bathroom sink! Call them even in Saturday's and they will call back! Had a recent leak in our attic with some old pipes and they were in and out on Monday morning like ninjas. Definitely recommend!

Always on time, cleans up after his repairs, fast and honest. We called to have him make several repairs. He wasted no time getting them done. We have had him back a couple more times since then and are very happy with his work.

Lenny's Plumbing is HIGHLY recommended! They are great! I called in the morning around 8 am for a service call, they were at my house around 8:30 and gone before 9:30. Brian and Matt did a great job getting in and getting the job done. They were VERY knowledgeable! They didn't waste time and fixed the issues they were called out for. I am completely satisfied and I will definitely use them in the future!

Do not use this company. When your home warranty dispatches Mister Plumber immediately call them back and ask that they dispatch someone else. The office staff, especially Brittany elevator doesn't leave the basement floor; not quite sure if the cables are connected. They are so unprofessional. What they reported to the home warranty company had nothing to do with what they were dispatch for and didn't bother to follow-up with the home warranty to inform them what the issue was that was actually covered. And had the nerve to tell me they could do for $350 dollars.

We had a mechanic come to our house last week. Though our unit is old, we requested a repair as we cannot afford a new unit. We are in the same situation as many people. The mechanic examined the unit and diagnosed the problem. He informed us that we 100% needed a new unit. A new unit would cost us $12,000! I asked him is there anyway he could repair the unit so that we do not have to buy a new unit. He said sorry there is no way. We then called| Year Round (yearroundac.com), and an honest mechanic came to our house and fixed the unit for $175. My question to you is why is it that your mechanic tried to sell us a new unit when the problem can be temporarily fixed for $175. I know it is a temporary fix but right now we cannot afford a new unit. Please address this issue. Also, I emailed this issue a week ago with no response. I called this morning and spoke with an agent and when I could not hear her over the phone her response was I'm here! Not, yes, good morning. I can hear you.. How may I help you

I've been doing business with Noel's plumbing for the past two years since I've owned my home. They are consistent in the work they do. Very reliable. The workers who come out to complete the jobs are very respectful and pleasant. They did a reroute of pipes in my home in 2019 which was about a total of about $1700. They came and did another job this past spring 2021 for me, which was installing a washer hook-up in a laundry room. The total for that was about $3000. Both jobs I was satisfied with the completed work. Today I had a small leak in my bathroom upstairs and Mr. Noel sent a worker out to take a look at the problem. Instead of telling me how the problem needs to be solved, the worker just went ahead and fixed the problem without my consent. He should have told me what the problem was and then ask if I wanted him to complete the work. I don't mind spending the money to get it fixed but it's the principal of just going ahead and doing the work without asking for the green light. And also unfortunately the owner Mr. Noel is always rude and short with me when I ask questions. But is very nice when taking my payments. I'm not sure if it's an age factor because I am younger but there is no reason to run a business and get rude when your paying customer asks questions. When I explained to Mr. Noel that he was rude his reply was well I'm just direct. What a way to respond to a customer! No apologies or anything!! Whether you are direct or not, it is a certain way you should handle customers, especially repeat customers! I don't usually leave bad reviews on companies but me trying to speak with him about it was a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in this last transaction but overall in him being rude when asking questions. Every customer should have a right to ask questions especially when they are spending a decent amount of money with the company!!
