When my water heater died, I called Morris Plumbing, and they had a replacement installed for me within 24 hours. Incredibly fast service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

I called in the late evening about a broken hot water heater and a cracked pipe in a crawl space. John and his partner arrived the next morning with a new, high quality water heater, installed it, found the cracked pipe in a the crawl space and repaired it, cleaned up the area and was on their way. All at a very good price. They're very courteous and attentive to your needs. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

HIGHLY recommend! My water heater was leaking (flooding is more like it) so I called and got an actual person on the phone and these guys were at my house within an hour! I ended up need to replace it and I figured since it was time.. waaaaay past time clearly.. I would switch to a tankless.. Rod and Jason were AWESOME! They explained the whole process, cleaned up (yes they ACTUALLY cleaned up after the mess!) and were very polite even with all the questions I was throwing at them. I will absolutely use them again to replace a toilet and move some fixtures on my rental house!

He gave us the most reasonable quote and had a lot of experience before going out on his own. They came and worked many days to complete the job. He was awesome! Definitely a good hire!!

So good, he didn't even need to visit or house to save our Christmas! We called to request service on our water heater on Christmas eve, and although they didn't have anyone available that day, they called and walked me through a few diagnostics and suggestions yo address the issue. I followed his instructions and our houseful of guests (11 in all) enjoyed hot showers through the Christmas holiday and beyond. I'll definitely call these guys when we get ready to do our upcoming expansion projects in 2020, and you should too!

Was fairly impressed with this company! They were VERY good as to what my cost were going to be as the project evolved. The situation turned out to be much simpler and less expensive than first though and I was given several options as to how it could be fixed. The crew (sorry guys I'm awful with names) was very professional and right on it. Had me back up in one day. Tanya at the office was invaluable at keeping me informed and even bumping me up on the schedule because I was completely with out service which was MUCH appreciated. The only negative was the mess that was left behind (busted concrete and some dirt) that they OBVIOUSLY did not want to mess with. Other than that, great work and would recommend!

it was worse than not good. these plumbers are racist and use inappropriate language inside homes when they assume they are not being heard. I am not happy with their services what so ever.

Was referred to them thru a co-worker. Used them twice and both times they did a good job. Seem very honest and are really nice and did the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up behind themselves. Would use them again.

I do not recommend Brandon McAdams or his services. I hired Mr. McAdams in September of this year, and he chose to leave my project in December 2022.
Mr. McAdams is unorganized, has no concept of time management, poor and unprofessional communication, and does not provide quality work. After leaving the project, he refused to share a copy of his insurance, and I learned no permits were pulled because Mr. McAdams holds no license in Plumbing or Electrical. I have had 3 contractors review his work, and learned everything he did will need to be ripped out, and redone. One contractor stated, The plumbing that was installed was not going be good working order. The washer opening was installed too high, the discharge of a washing machine would not catch. The standpipe of the washer drain was too short, the pipe wouldn't take the volume of water, and would have backed up. A tee was installed backwards, and the 2-inch pipe stubbed in the crawl space was falling backwards, this could have led to stoppages. All the water lines were installed on an outside wall, in a room that has no heat currently. This would have led to a pipe freezing, and busting. .
Mr. McAdams also stole materials that I purchased (over $300), and I have since filled criminal charges after his refusal to settle with my attorney. Although Mr. McAdams is not new to the legal system, and has the criminal record to prove it.
I could honestly write a 3 page review explaining the mistakes, and the ways Mr. McAdams took advantage of me, but I find it best to allow the photos of his work to speak for themselves.

I'm leaving this review after great service I received yesterday. I had a conversation with the guys about their yelp rating which surprised me. I have used these guys 3 times and have had nothing but good experiences. 1 Bathtub install for a remodel, 3 sinks roughed in, and unclogging a toilet 1 time. Dont remember the guys names but they were always friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They answered questions when I posed them and seemed knowledgable. Based on these yelp reviews I would not have called them but I was referred by a friend last year and Im happy I found them because they are way cheaper than other companies. I guess people arent as likely to leave good reviews as they are bad ones. I understand they are a smaller company so hashing out some business things may have taken them some time.

Following is a reply to Tom Drexler that bounced back:
I just wanted to talk to somebody to tell them how terrible the service was.
I realize you're not in business just for me but when I make an appointment in May for June 9 and you can't even give me a time that day and I've got a block out the entire day then you call me in the morning of the 9th and tell me you can't make the appointment and you offer me June 28.
Most service providers give a 2-4 hour window and I realize that some people might be upset because the appointment prior to theirs ran over but it's better than blocking out 12 hours for zip.
That's all just wanted to vent and tell you to stop emailing specials when you are understaffed.
Fortunately I found someone else.

Huh, I could have sworn that I reviewed Durbin Plumbing before, but I must have written it as a draft or some such thing because they do good work and I wouldn't want to overlook them.
I have owned an older home for about 8 years. I've had Durbin Plumbing out for various jobs over the years, no repeats of course on their work, but different sections of the house.
Water heater install, exactly at quoted price even though it was a more complicated job than expected AND their price was at or less than that of other companies.
Replaced a deteriorating T-pipe joint and reconnected everything to it-- hourly rate was fair, work was clean and neat, pipe connections all tight, and they left the old pipe joint for me to see why it went wrong because I like to learn that kind of thing (corroded in on itself after 50-60 years).
Replaced washing machine hook-ups that started leaking. I called on a weekend and even though it wasn't an emergency thing and I didn't want/need an emergency call-out like one might need for a gushing leak, they were out promptly at the start of the week which was darn near close to right away.
Basically, good work at good prices from a company that honors commitments and won't try to up-sell you.
