Small company (fast growing) with impeccable quality and ethics. I have been utilizing this service since it was a two man operation plus the lovely Bonnie fielding all calls and scheduling.
Great quality
Great service
Great attitudes.
Each plumber I have met from this company represents the owner, Ian, perfectly with their friendliness and informative nature.
He has grown considerably since I found the company but the service and quality have remained the same.

Recently had a great experience with Summers. I received a loyal customer coupon in the mail, gave them a call for my spring HVAC cleaning/check up. The woman that called to confirm the appointment was delightful! She has a really fun voice and felt like I was checking in with a friend. When the tech came out, he was fairly quiet, but did a great job of checking things out quickly while my husband and I work from home. Neither of us had our work days interrupted while the tech was in the house - and he even took a moment to pet my rambunctious giant of a puppy. I hope to not have any issues with my system in the future, but I would definitely call Summers again should the need arise!

Very fast and quality work. I have used them repeatedly and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to any one.

Just a few months after buying a new home I discovered water coming through the bottom of my commode. I feared the worst when doing some internet searching on my problem. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I called Klein Plumbing to come diagnose and fix my issue. Jay (the owner) came and gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed my problem at a more than fair price and right on time! I would recommend them to ANYONE that needs any plumbing service. A+ service is hard to come by these days, but Kelin Plumbing went above and beyond to make my service experience as pleasant as possible!

Great Service! I had a gas line to my grill that I disconnected to powerwash around it. When I went to put it back together I found a few pieces to the disconnect that I didn't know how to put back together, tried a few times and got scared that I was going to blow up my deck! Found Gas Tight and they came right over and installed the line for me and tested the seals and had it done in minutes. They did a great job, were very professional, and answered all of my questions. I know my family is safe from any problems from that gas line. Would definitely use them again!

Best husband and wife team ever! I had closest doors to install.
Pleasant, good at trouble shooting, clean up immediately and fair pricing. I highly recommend their services.

My basement flooded and I was referred a company by my insurance company. This company was trash. Sick Homes Solutions was the absolute remedy and am glad I found them. Jason and his team was super helpful in aiding me in combating the insurance company with pure policy. This helped me tremendously. I hired Sick Himes immediately and the mitigation, cleaning, repairs they did were not notch. I appreciate their selflessness and professionalism.

This review is long overdue. I actually found Tim on Yelp and connected with him there last summer. We had just moved into our current house and he installed outlets in the garage. I was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, he did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and he charged what I thought to be a reasonable price. Like he states he's straightforward and I appreciated that. The outlets work great and I'm glad I had them installed!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I'm hesitant as well because I don't want too many people calling and taking up their time in case I need them again. LOL. Today was the third time I have used them in 2 years (for different issues). As a school teacher my hours are not conducive to most companies hours and my budget is definitely strict, but Glanz and Buffat once again made it happen. Had guy come out (last minute) and unhook old spigot, cut pipe running to yard, and install a new outside spigot/faucet flush to the house. He was efficient, very kind, and cared about it being a job well done. It looks great and works perfectly. Great company and very reasonable!

Shane was out of town but took the time to video chat with me and do some troubleshooting REAL LATE ONE NIGHT. He was a life saver & money saver. Thanks Shane for having such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & I will definitely be doing business with you again in the future. I felt like you were HONEST & VERY CARING, that is very hard to find these days. Definitely recommend your services.

I have a repair coming up Monday July 26, 2021. After reading some posts I am concerned that almost all negative posts they can't find the service call. My repair is through homeserve as well. I will let everyone know how it goes. I have a podcast coming up about heating and cooling services so I am ready to see how it goes. Rating will be adjusted based on experience.

One of the worst business experiences I've heard of. Do not trust or use New Circle! 2 weeks ago they were referred to me when my AC unit broke. They fixed it without giving me an estimated quote and charge me $700! I was shocked and voiced that I didn't feel comfortable spending that much money on an old unit when maybe I should have replaced it. Jason assured me they made the right call and would take care of me if their fix did not work. Well, it broke again, they came out and said it needed replacing and Shawn quoted me $5,100! When I reminded them of the unnecessary $700 charge they offered to take off only $100...when I asked why the cost was so high they said they were offering me a 10 year warranty and I can't get that any where else...except the thing is that I can. Both opinions I got after New Circle offered 10 years...that is just bad business.
Might I also add that That the last guy I had come out found that They added WAY too much freon and almost blew up my unit. He was able to fix my unit for FREE and install a new unit with 10 year warranty for $3,800.
Moral of this novel is to ALWAYS get a second/third opinion!

I was referred and given a # to Tim Strong aka (The Sewer Doc) I called him and he quoted me $120.00 to snake a line. I wasn't aware at the time that his Facebook page clearly has it stated he will clear any line for $79.00 I discovered that after he came to my house and ran a snake one time (one time only) and did not clear the drain and charged my Dad $80.00 for this and said I should have called Tom Drexler!!! When I called Tim to discuss this he talked to me like a three year old and was very unprofessional!!!!
Conclusion I was over charged to begin with then had piss poor service for him to charge me what he advertises to clear a drain anyways!! I'm out 80 bucks and still have to hire a plumber to clear the line!!!
I would never recommend this man to anyone.

I called Ken after another plumber wanted to dig my yard and charge me $6000 for a clogged drain. Ken had his crew out the next day and my clogged was cleaned within 15 minutes. He is honest, affordable, and most importantly KNOWS HIS ISH! Thanks KB! You are now my plumber for life and I'll be referring you to everyone I know!

In 2019 we had a water line break during the winter. I called a few companies, and daughtery's was quick to respond.
Their website offered free quotes, and I had questioned that over the phone. They were quick to send someone out to assess the situation.
Upon arrival, the job seemed harder then expected too quote, so I was told they would gather the correct personnel and be back out to the site.
Upon second arrival, they had assessed the area for roughly an hour. Gave me my options of either trying to find the leak, or just replace the entire line. I asked for a quote for both options.
A few days passed and I received a detailed quote of what I had asked for. Its been a few years now but i believe we were quoted $120 an hour for labor.I agreed we would just replace the entire line, rather then go through the hassle of trying to find the leak.
I was not home the day they had broken ground. Upon breaking ground at 9am. They found the leak immediately, rather then letting me know they patched the leak and cleaned the area and left.
I received a call around 11am saying the job was finished. I was surprised, they said they just went ahead and patched the line which we didn't agree too, however I was glad the job was finished. Until we got the bill of over $800.
The bill was not itemized and had a very quick due date. We don't let bills go unpaid, so we mailed a check when we got it. I did the math of the 2 hours at the labor rate they quoted us. And couldn't figure out how it was that high of a bill. At that pricing I would have rather had the line replaced as we talked about just to be on the safe side.
After paying the bill, I emailed the guy who got me the quote was generous enough to give me an itemized bill. There I saw where we had paid for the quote and the time it took to send the guys out. Their quote was not even close to what we were charged.
I wrote back confused, and got a response that was less then sub par. Somewhat along the lines of we are a Christian company, we've been in business for over x amount of years. We value our customers. That was the last I ever heard from them.
Just wanted to post this. I will say they did do good work, just didn't stay true to their quote and didn't communicate as I expected them to do. This was also a project done 2 years ago.
