Many thanks to ASI Plumbing for their prompt and professional service. Cody did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet, and I appreciated how respectful of my home he was. He was very personable and a great asset to ASI Plumbing.

This is my first Yelp review, because I was so disappointed.
My water heater went out Sunday, 11/28. I filed an online claim the same day with my home warranty company, 2-10. I called Jefferson Plumbing on Monday, 11/29. They said the earliest they could get someone out to diagnose it was Thursday, 12/2. I understood and accepted that, as winter is a busy time. The man that came by Thursday, Mark Sheets, was very friendly and helpful. He said he wasn't sure when the install would be, which I understand is not his job to schedule. I tried to call Jefferson Plumbing on Friday, 12/3 for an update on an install date. Their hours are listed online as Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 3 pm. I called at 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm but didn't get an answer. No answering machine either. I called again at 7:45 am on Monday, 12/6. The receptionist said they were waiting on the home warranty company to order the water heater. I called the home warranty company a few hours later. They said Jefferson Plumbing filed the diagnostic paperwork that morning (after I called). I called Jefferson Plumbing again today, Tuesday, 12/7. I tried to call them 5 times, starting at 7:30 am. A coworker of mine also called them four additional times. They finally picked up at 8:30 am on my fifth try. I asked for an update, and they said the earliest they could install it was next Monday, 12/13. I said that would put me without hot water for two weeks. It is 29 degrees outside right now. They said they had a lot of emergency calls over the weekend. I said, Shouldn't I already be in line since you all came out on Thursday? She again said they had too many emergencies over the weekend. I told her the warranty company told me Jefferson Plumbing didn't file the diagnosis until Monday morning (yesterday) after I called. The receptionist kept trying to deflect. Eventually she said, Well regardless of when it was filed, the earliest we can install it is Monday. I am very upset that I waited nearly one and a half weeks without hot water for nothing. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and call again (called three times between 2:30 pm and 3 p.m on Tuesday, no answer despite multiple calls).

Parking plumbing was extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Had them thru home warranty and they were so rude and unprofessional. Had to report them to home warranty as they were so rude.

Would not recommend. Plumbers installed tub incorrectly and had to come out the second day to fix installment. They also tore out two extra rows of tile and then cut an electrical line. Electrician had to fix line and cut a hole in our bedroom wall. They did pay for an electrician and the hole repair but wanted to charge us $470 to fix two rows of tile that they tore off. They left the job unfinished and we had to pay someone else to finish their mistakes. Very unprofessional, unorganized, unresponsive.

I was speaking with Mr. Moser on the phone about my need to have a water heater replaced and installed. I thought his price was very reasonable. Due to the nature of my job, my time is quite limited and my work requires hours beyond a traditional 40-hour work week. Because of this, I questioned Mr. Moser about his availability and how long the work would take. Mr. Moser then told me, in a very condescending tone of voice, that he doesn't work on a schedule. This made my decision very easy, as I would never want to do business with anyone this rude and unaccommodating, no matter how much better the price. Of course I understand the nature of the business and the need for flexibility, but it's never right to speak to customers in such a condescending tone. Mr. Moser could have done a far better job in working with me and trying to understand my particular circumstance. I found someone else who will charge a little more but at least answered my questions politely and was more accommodating with my schedule and my circumstance.
