What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

Terry from Hunter Plumbing is great to work with, we had quite a bit of work we needed done and he was able to on the timeline we needed :) Terry was able to fix up our kitchen that we are renovating as well as add plumbing for our washer and dryer.
Thankful for his work :-)

Rick did a great job. He was honest and upfront about everything. I could not be more pleased. He was so good we are hiring him back. Definitely recommend him.

Just had the owner come inspect my system on a house just purchased, Cecil's retrofitted my last house to dual zone for me and they are going to do the same at this house. I trust the advice I get from them, even when given the opportunity to potentially upsell me they never have. Has a if it isn't broke don't fix it attitude instead of others that I had in the past that want to replace a functioning unit every time they are in the home. Highly recommend

Leaking main sewer line in my home. Almost a month of their dropping the ball, showing up late (pulled into the office for a report , we got real backed up etc.) and finally showing up for what was supposed to be a trenching estimate with their trencher, with their camera crew instead, which they said they had already done two weeks previous and then their dispatcher arguing with me on the phone about it.

So far they have been to my cabin in Willisburg 3 times, once to install a heat pump and twice to repair another expert's mistakes. They are now working on getting the thermostat so that it does not run basically all the time and not heat the place well. Set on 72 and temp
66. I have been told by Chris a few days ago the stat should have a setting for emergency heat.
The reason this is not a 5 star review is the advertisement stating 24/7. First, contacted the day after service that the heat was still not running properly. The fellow (Jake?) called me back to say he had reached out to sevicemen but none had returned his call. This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the first of the week.
I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message.
I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised.
I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.

Find another plumber. Plain and simple.
They get one star for a friendly technician and scheduling a visit also being easy. That's where the service stops. Here's what happened with me:
Kitchen faucet head leaked, so the wife and I decided to buy a new one (upgrade time, why not?) and have Lile Plumbing install it (because I'm busy working at the hospital and didn't have time to replace it myself) while checking for any problems. Here's what I got quoted:
$50 dispatch fee
$275 faucet install
$99 extra supply line
$262.11 replace valves = $636.11 !!!!!!
I decided no amount of laziness is worth more than $600, so I put aside three hours on the weekend and did it myself, with the help of a Youtube video. And here's what I paid:
$36 for new 3 new quarter turn valves ($13 a piece) **Lile's charged $262!
$16 for extra supply lines ($8 a piece for two) **Lile's charged $99!
= $52 total for parts (Lile's charged $361 for these same parts!)
So by putting forth my own time on the weekend and figuring out how to do the work that was needed (it's very simple, just look up how to do stuff on the internet) I saved over $580....
Lile's prices are laughably ridiculous, borderline theft. I urge you to look else where and obtain price quotes.

If Charles from this company shows up don't ask questions! Just answer YES and pay whatever he asks because he won't be bothered by customers who want to understand what he is asking to do. He is the professional and those that try to understand his thinking aren't real customers! Well that is at least what he called me!!

We called John Estes Plumbing & Heating because of a leaking kitchen faucet (a flooding the counter kind of leak!) Two guys were sent to my 94 year old mother's home for the repair. After an attempt to repair it was made, they realized there was a crack in one of the sink components and we would need to buy a new faucet. They also replaced a couple of washers in two bathroom sinks. Cost: $238. The next day, the same two guys were sent to replace the faucet. Cost $194, for a total bill of $434 - not including the faucet which we paid for ourselves! She was charged 1.5 hours of labor for two men both days! When I called to question the excessive charge (was either of these tasks a 2-man job??) I was told of course - you need someone to go fetch your tools!

Steve Leachman is an unorganized low character moron. Concentrates on septic issues and relies upon his fathers' horse farm contacts. I worked with him for two years while he was my landlord and he neglected to care for a horse, Bubba, on the property and rented an adjacent house to pill pushers that exploited the Florida pain clinic pipeline. Bottom line is loser, look elsewhere.
