I said what I needed when I placed original call for service. Plumber came, tried what I had already tried. Gave us a part number to send us to Lowe's to get needed part at store and said call them when we had it. Two days later before we'd tried other stores because Lowe's didn't have it, we received a bill from them to pay them $89 for telling us exactly what I had told them when placing the initial call. Called owner several times. When I finally was able to speak to him he was sexist, chauvinistic, condescending and yelled at me through the entire conversation. After telling him I was surprised he would treat a customer that way since small businesses like his need referrals and good reviews, he snidely said, Fine, just throw the bill away.
