Highly recommend this 40 year old family business in Lexington, Kentucky for AC work and no doubt other services they provide (I just don't have experience, yet.)    We are in the midst of a heat wave and naturally our primary central a/c unit failed.  Called the outfit with whom we supposedly had a relationship (service contract) on Thursday at noontime but they couldn't come until Monday.  That was really unacceptable.  Checked with knowledgeable friend and he recommended Disponette.  Called late Thursday and Larry, the dispatcher, promised someone Friday morning.  Right on schedule, Jon showed up Friday morning around 9:30  (he's been with the company 12 years) and in about 10 minutes he had us back in business (burned up capacitor turned out to be the culprit.)  Needless to say we are very happy to have a cool home for this upcoming hot weekend.  Even though we are out of pocket on a contract we are now Disponette customers!  And the good news is - no contract required!

I had a bad leak and other plumbing companies were very strict and non-negotiable with prices, but all city plumbing was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They diagnosed and solved my problem and I've had no issues since! I would highly recommend!

Called to have them come fix our outside spigot. He told us he'd be out the next day and would call when he was on the way. He didn't call or show up, after we changed plans to be available all day. Someone called the next morning and said he'd be there at 4p. Once again, no show, no call. That was the last we heard from them. Don't waste your time calling them, they obviously don't need your business.

My experience with Lexington Irrigation was disappointing and pathetic..  The owner spent over three hours at the proposed work site, but did not send a proposal, which he said was in progress.  To date nothing has been received.  Upon contacting him regarding the proposal, I was informed that this conversation is over and I do not want your business.....  Mind you he had me speak with a current client of his regarding another business that he disparaged for over twenty minutes with malicious criticisms and negative comments...
