Absolutely excellent! I called Bluegrass Rooter after another company couldn't come out when it promised. I'm so glad they canceled! I called Ron Derington at Bluegrass Rooter and he came out the next day.

He also saved me thousands of dollars. The prior company was going to overcharge me for stuff I didn't need. Ron diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. Granted, this was an easy small fix. Your problem may be much different.

But call Bluegrass Rooter first! You won't be disappointed. And you can be secure in that you're getting great work done by a professional at a fair price.

These folks are fantastic!!! The lady answering the phones is focused and gets you to who you need to take care of whatever you have going on. AND of course they solved my problem promptly keeping me out of deep water.

This company is amazing! Jason was the best!!! Not only are they very affordable, but I had a sink install where the faucet I bought didn't have all the parts and my countertop had a hole that was a little too small for the sink I bought. They not only waited outside while I went to buy another faucet and waited while I had a handy man come fix the countertop but they were extremely patient and wonderful to work with. You should go to them for every plumbing need you may have!!!

I give the highest rating to Mullis Inc. for the Heating system they put in my old home in Versailles.  Prior to finding Mullis, and their President George Hauser, I did not know what direction to take.  Mullis Inc. explained my options and the costs and their recommendations.  I went with what they suggested and am so glad I did.  The home is heated as never before and it is very quiet.  The cost was very reasonable as well.  Best of all, Mullis Inc. gave me the confidence they were treating the job like it was their own home.   I was referred to Mullis Inc. by a friend and I want to pass it on.  Jeff M. We signed up with H20 Maestro to do several jobs around our new condo. One was replacing our kitchen faucet. The other was checking the air gap that was leaking. We bought the faucet ourselves and purchased the model based on the specs the plumber provided. We were told we had to replace the air gap as well and there was no other option. The plumber then told us we couldn't use the soap dispenser that was part of the faucet unit because of the air gap. All of this work was expensive and came with a 1 year warranty. One year and 11 days later, the faucet handle isn't working properly. A few weeks prior to that, we had them quote us on replacing old toilet stop valves and were told we had to cut the wall out to replace them. After watching videos of the valves being replaced online, we felt that was incorrect and got a second opinion. The new plumber replaced the valves without any issue and when we asked, he also noted that the faucet was faulty AND we didn't need the air gap (it's no longer code). He also told us how to go about working with Delta to get replacement parts - something H20 wasn't interested in assisting us with. Just about everything H20 worked on for us was a problem. And, of course, they won't honor the warranty on the work on the faucet. Lesson learned, we'll stay away from H20 Maestro in the future.

They did so many mistakes on our property we had to bring in another plumbing service to finish and repair all the damage costing us thousands of dollars, some things they damaged could not be repaired and our new property is permanently damaged. I strongly recommend you stay clear of them!
