Lile Plumbing

They got the job done. They are professional and kind but they are way over priced. Replaced two faucets. It literally took them 45 minutes and billed me $755.

The plumbers are very nice and professional, and they did a great job. Their pricing was actually very good considering the time they spent here to do the job and really get it right. I'll be sticking with Lile.

Kevin has been very accommodating to us. They are not a 24hr company. However, they came out on the weekend and replaced my busted water heater. I have used them at multiple properties for our bathroom sink and garbage disposal. They came out at 6am to install a new garbage disposal! They are a bit pricey but worth the piece of mind that the job was done professionally and correctly.

I am so happy we contacted Lile Plumbing for our toilet issue. After another plumber had fixed it 4 times, it was still leaking in a 2 year old house. Kevin came out next day after my call and was so professional, informative and actually FIXED the issue!  We received a thank you card and a book for our 2 year old son the very next day from him!!!!!  He knows how to do his job and adds exceptional service on top of it!!!!!  You don't get that from many businesses anymore. We will use this company for all our plumbing needs due to this. Thank you, Kevin!

Find another plumber.   Plain and simple.

They get one star for a friendly technician and scheduling a visit also being easy.  That's where the service stops.  Here's what happened with me:

Kitchen faucet head leaked, so the wife and I decided to buy a new one (upgrade time, why not?) and have Lile Plumbing install it (because I'm busy working at the hospital and didn't have time to replace it myself) while checking for any problems.  Here's what I got quoted:

$50 dispatch fee
$275 faucet install
$99 extra supply line
$262.11 replace valves   = $636.11   !!!!!!

I decided no amount of laziness is worth more than $600, so I put aside three hours on the weekend and did it myself, with the help of a Youtube video.  And here's what I paid:

$36 for new 3 new quarter turn valves ($13 a piece)  **Lile's charged $262!
$16 for extra supply lines ($8 a piece for two)  **Lile's charged $99!          
= $52 total for parts     (Lile's charged $361 for these same parts!)

So by putting forth my own time on the weekend and figuring out how to do the work that was needed (it's very simple, just look up how to do stuff on the internet) I saved over $580....

Lile's prices are laughably ridiculous, borderline theft.  I urge you to look else where and obtain price quotes.

I needed a plumber this past week to fix a leak that had happened when my shower valve broke. I was very impressed with Lile Plumbing and would definitely recommend them. They came out very promptly, were extremely professional, and got the job done without issue. As others have said I think they're probably a little pricey, but when you have water flooding through your ceiling you want a good job done, and these guys were fantastic.

Quick response and great customer service. Just a little expensive compared to others.
