Talked to Nick last week about a small job that was not urgent. He said Wed next week, 3rd call. He followed up, and arrived on time. He was very professional in the home and wore a mask throughout the visit. He has a nice interface for checkout on an I pad, and email you a receipt from the home. He had the tools to do the job, and a nice newer looking truck. Highly recommended. I already put his number in my phone for future needs. thanks Nick!

The day after a holiday, our drains backed up and getting a plumber to even return my call was frustrating. Marc with Your All Hours Plumber was recommended to me and he responded right away. The service charge was much more reasonable, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he took his time to get my issue resolved. We reviewed the video scope together so he could show me exactly where the issue was located. I would absolutely call Marc again when I need plumbing help.

I was very pleased to receive same day service. I liked dealing directly with Izzy and not having to go through a middle man.  Pricing for the job completed was very reasonable.  He completed the job promptly, he cleaned up and was very professional!

Back for another 5 STAR review! Dalton and team came out within minutes when I encountered some shower issues. They worked with my tile guy after a demo to replace the shower pan, some rotten wood and some pipes. They worked into the weekend to help get the job done in time for our guests to arrive. The professionalism and responsiveness of Dalton and team are unmatched!

Chuck provided outstanding customer service when my tank water heater suddenly failed after 16 years. I previously had an appointment set for an estimate for a tankless water heater, softener and conditioner for the following week. I called the company and told them about my tank suddenly leaking and Chuck came out the very next day and went over all my options, tested my water, and even noticed a couple other items that needed fixed. My water heater failed on Friday, I now have it installed on Wednesday. Jared and Mike were amazing installers who answered all my questions and entertained my interruptions while I watched some of the work taking place. They were very professional and ensured that the garage area was clean when they left. Truly amazing! Chuck was on the property when I came back home and re-tested the water, and to answer some last minute questions I had. I truly can't state enough, that this is an amazing company to contract with for your plumbing needs!

It's so hard to hire anyone today to do work and you never know who or if they will show up. We were in need of a shower faucet repair in our spare bathroom. I looked online for local plumbers, started reading reviews and making calls. To my surprise, when I called R G's the woman on the other end (Marsha) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure they would be able to come out on a Monday, she reassured me that Ralph would be able to come out and fix the issue. Ralph got to my home at 2:20 and an hour later the job was complete AND cleaned up! Definitely worth a call for your plumbing needs!

I've used the guys at Crowell Plumbing and Heating for years -- first at my house in Westchase, and more recently at my condo in Carrollwood, and I've always been very pleased with their service. Over the years they have helped me to replace old fixtures, fixed an annoying leak in my washing machine, and most recently replaced my hot water heater.

Bobby, one of Crowell's Master Plumbers, helped me by replacing the water heater and the drip pan underneath, and then completely replaced and reconfigured the PVC piping in and out of the water heater to be sure that everything was draining correctly. Very personable guy who took the time to explain what he was doing, and then spent the extra time cleaning up after the repair job to be sure that all the trash was removed and the floor was cleaned.

Crowell offers all of the standard residential, commercial, and new construction plumbing service and repair work as well as 24 x 7 emergency service. Their offices are on Florida Avenue near Cappy's Pizzeria.

Corey showed up on time, was professional, and fixed my leak in a timely manor. The price for the work to be done I felt was reasonable as well.

JJ installed a new water heater, ran a new water line to the fridge, installed new faucets and repaired toilets. His work was professional, the costs were reasonable, he arrived on time and finished on time. It was a great experience overall, and I would not hesitate to use Merit Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

I had a water main leak and Stan from CW Plumbing came out within an hour to repair the leak. Stan was very professional and courteous and explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I would recommend CW Plumbing to anyone for all of your plumbing needs!

We have used LaPenses many times in the past and have been happy. However, it seems now that either they can't get enough help or the office staff is very inefficient. I have been trying since December 31 to get a date scheduled to have pipes replaced from house to street. It has taken numerous calls on my part to move the process forward....getting the camera scope, getting the estimate, getting a contract, getting a permit pulled...no steps have been moved forward without me calling and saying we are we on this?  Its now 2 months later and no work has been done yet.  They have however had enough time to cashed my check for the work.  I will get through this process and switch to another company
