I've contacted Bill twice now for plumbing repairs and he's always quick, efficient and courteous.

I am a realtor and have used Sewer Squad at least 4 times for sewer inspections. They were on on time and dependable.  The tech made sure not to make a mess.  I highly recommend their services!

We didn't pay much attention to our water until we had our bathrooms remodeled. After the remodel, we started seeing hard water stains on our new fixtures and counter tops. We called AC plumbing and they were knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of our questions. They helped us choose the right softener for our situation. The installation was quick and looks great. Our soft water has made cleaning much easier and even our skin and hair feels better. I can't believe we waited so long to get a softener. I will be sure to put one in any house I live in and would call AC plumbing to install it.

After getting three separate quotes to replace my aging water heater, two of which were grossly overpriced, (I have Google, I know how much the water heater cost) the third would not return phone calls after giving the quote. Very frustrating! A friend in Saint Petersburg recommended contacting Mid county plumbing. Even though I live in Sarasota County, the guys came out, gave me a fair price, and I had my water heater replaced within two days. This is after waiting for over a month for the others from Sarasota. Not only were they prompt and professional, they saved me a considerable considerable amount of money even considering traveling south of the skyway bridge. Highly recommended!

Can I give 6 stars? I recently had Turn Key redo our original tub and bathroom in a 1954 vintage house in St Pete Beach. The plumbing and drain pipes were literally at the end of their service life, we could not take a bath without the toilet leaking! After interviewing several contractors, Matt of Turn Key came out and was able to suggest some very nice designs for the remodeling, including installing a walk in tub and better supports for my wife who has trouble getting into a standard tub. He was also very responsive on Yelp itself which is a plus! He worked with us on the selection of tub, tile, vanity, toilet, lighting and medicine cabinet and saved us some money by letting us buy them with his contractor account at Wayfair. And as Nick P pointed out, he was able to resolve a lot of the problems that often exist in vintage homes, our plumbing works flawlessly now. He had to do a lot extra work due to vintage homes not being set up to use modern walk in tubs without some modification. He had to install a new door and drywall because the existing door was too narrow for the tub and do some floor leveling and putting a hole in the existing floor for the new tubs plumbing. Also when we started to use the tub,  it turned out that our water heater was totally inadequate in capacity, so him and Phil, his main assistant and electrical installer put in a state of the art tankless water heater. And as April M pointed out, he does put his heart and soul into, that is no hype! I do feel like his work is truly built to last, he uses the finest materials and is a true craftsman and even educates you a bit and why he uses things... if. you are a DIY person that is very helpful. Last but not least,
he treats his workers well, trains them and doesn't overwork them. Bottom line is we have a pleasant mini spa experience with a therapeutic tub and beautiful marble accents and a nice porcelain floor.

Joe is the best! He is honest, fast, thorough and fairly priced. He fixed our leaky pipes and installed a sink and faucet in less than 2 hours. From now on, any other issues we may have, Joe is our guy! I highly recommend using Paradise Bay Plumbing!!

Kelley is a life saver . Our Standard guest bathroom was not in a good shape and how fortunate that we  were ,we had come across Kelley's contact details to do a full bathroom remodel .What an accurate estimate on project ,materials and how considerate he has been in walking us through, patiently explaining each step and time to be taken to complete this project . Wow, What a cost effective ,honest approach on Project budget (material ,labor,time ,effort spent) that  gave us enough breathing space to  plan well ahead and within our affordable rate.If other competitor ,franchise teams  takes week plus to complete a project at more than 10K plus rates ,look at this maestro who ensures the entire remodel task is completed in a week timeframe and yes ,that too at a much unbeatable project cost . Very rude poor customer service. Minute they found out I was working with other plumbers for estimates said not interested. Recommend working with plumbers that are not afraid of competition.

Quick reply. On time and job done. Could not ask for more. Open 24hrs if you need an emergency fix. Definitely someone to call.

We have a property management business and we use Sun Plumbing regularly for plumbing a septic service in the Riverview/Brandon Area. Great service, good prices and very reliable.

I had them come replace a shower cartridge and outside spigot and the job was done fast and proper. Service tech was friendly.  I had an issue that was taken care of and i am happy with my experience.

I have hired Guardian Plumbing to do several jobs in my house and have referred them to a friend.  They have always been been curtious and prompt.  I know I can call Adam to get a quote and a breakdown of the work needed.  I highly recommend this company.  The friend I referred was also very happy with the work and I will be happy to refer again.

I would avoid American Leak Detection Company and go with another company (I ended up with RedRhino). For starters, American Leak Detection told me they isolated the leak, charged me a lot of money to fix it, and when I told them the leak was still present in the pool, they said they were unable to locate it. After several contentious emails back and forth, they said they did not want to do business with me anymore. This was again after I was already charged for the problem to be fixed and never was. I got RedRhino over and they found several leaks and came back 4 different times to make sure the pool was not leaking. The customer service was 10x better than American Leak so I will never work with this company again.

Outstanding job. Fixed my garbage disposal that was backing up on the other side when I turned it on. I have used them 3 times and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have

This review is sooo late coming, and for that I apologize.  I'm not an internet type.  I first called Better Plumbing (July 2011) because I got up one morning to shower and shave to go to work and discovered I only had a few minutes of hot water available.  I came home after work thinking I only needed to re-light the gas pilot. However, try as I might, it would not light. So next morning I called Better Plumbing from work, explained my situation to David.  He said he could stop by at my convenience, so we agreed to meet at my house at 4pm.  He arrived as stated and examined my water heater.  Turned out my water heater gas with pilot light) was about 10 years beyond its expected life and not repairable. Well, the good news was he could replace the heater the next day. Bad news, because the heater is outside the DIY aluminum enclosure (came with house) needed to be replaced, but due to changes in specs a proper enclosure (which I had been looking for anyway) is very hard to find in this area but he had a guy he knew he could contact. The next day David called and said his friend had one and he would ship it right down (don't remember from where). So, next afternoon David called to say he had received the enclosure and would commence installation the next morning.  David said I didn't need to be there unless I wanted to, and he would call be when complete.  He called me just after lunch to say job done, but he had another job to go to and would meet me at my house when I get home from work (4-5pm).  David arrived at about the same time I did.  He walked me through the new water heater function (gas with electric start).  I acknowledge this was not cheap, I didn't expect it to be or I could do it myself, but at the same time I do not feel it extremely overpriced. In the end David spent a lot of time, effort, and consideration (I live alone and work fulltime) for me and given all the details I think he did it as expeditiously as possible. For all that I say thank you with respect and appreciation. I will call Better Plumbing again.

Work was performed okay. However, when the work was done they presented me with a bill for $200 more than they quoted for the job. This was after repeated assurances the job would not exceed a certain amount.  I talked to the office manager on the phone who was extremely rude even though I tried to be polite and reason with her. She told me if I didn't pay the bill she would put a contractors lien on my property. Then she accused me of threatening her--which I never did--and told me the phone conversation was being recorded.  I paid the bill because I don't have time to fight a contractors lien in court over $200.  Beware.  Dishonest.  Rude.
