Having a plumbing issue in the middle of the night is not fun. First thing this morning I consulted Yelp for an emergency plumber.  Since I needed a plumber today, my first call was to Today's Plumbing.  Shawn advised me he was already on his way to a job but could likely fit me in this afternoon. He took my name & number and said he would call me this afternoon to schedule a time.

Leaving the water turned off I ran errands for the morning and sure enough around lunch time Shawn called me. We set an appointment for 3pm and just after 3 he arrived. He got right down to the problem and quoted a price. The guts of my toliet were bad and were causing the problem. The price he quoted was reasonable, included parts and labor, so I told him to go ahead and start. 10 minutes later he was done! The bathroom was clean & he explained what was done.

There has been a problem with our kitchen sink for a bit so I figured while he was here maybe he could fix that too. I might mention here that my handy-ish neighbor hooked up our kitchen sink when we got a new one so I suspected that was probably part of the problem.  Shawn quickly assessed the issues with the kitchen sink plumbing - there was more than one.. thank you neighbor - and told me what he could do then and there to help the problem and what we could do ourselves to fix the other issue.  After he quoted a price, again reasonable, he got started.

Snaking out the main drain line for a kitchen sink is no picnic on the 4th of July let me tell you. This was dirty, smelly, hot work. Shawn explained everything while he cleaned out the line and gave us some more suggestions on future maintenance of the plumbing to prevent future issues.  

When it was all said and done, I got two problems fixed by a very honest and knowledge plumber who discounted the service when I paid with cash. I have a few other plumbing projects planned - garbage disposal and new dishwasher - got estimates for these as well, again reasonable!! I will be calling Today's Plumbing again soon for these projects and any future repairs!

Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

We had Fred from Gulfview Plumbing come out today to locate a banging noise coming from within our walls and also to check if sound originated from the toilet.  Fred quickly knew what the problem was, found two problems, one in toilet and the other in the shower.  After doing the repair, we have not heard the pipes rattling, so hopefully all is well!  This is such a great company, fast, reliable and  conscientious.  Fred explained everything he was doing and why we were experiencing the noises. We recommend this company completely!

This is is the BEST service I have had.  They were very clean and knowledgeable on the issue I had.  I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue or anyone that is building a new home.  They are the best!

Lived in my house for 20+ years, the kitchen drain line always had problems. I have had 4 plumbers (including several big names in the area) snake it out over those years, each one told me the same story, that something was broken in the line under the kitchen floor and that to really fix the problem they would have to cut into the floor and replace the pipe. Finally going to bite the bullet and cut up the floor and asked a friend at work for a recomendation, he said Tom Green Plumbing. David came out and after 30 minutes with a snake on the roof he had the drain line running like it had never done before. Told me his first snake was a little to wide and had to run a narrower one to get through the clog under the kitchen floor. He told me that there were no roots or rust on his snake and that the pipe under the floor was fine. So it took me 20 years to find an honest plumber, but I know who I will call from now on.

I had a leak in the bathroom faucet which I tried to repair.  After several attempts, I finally threw up my hands.  Not sure who to hire, I called a friend who recommended Charles Thompson.  I thought I would give him a shot and I am glad I did.

I explained the problem and Charles gave me a price which was quite reasonable. He knew exactly what to do and within minutes NO LEAK!  

If you're looking for an experienced plumber who cleans up after the mess and whose cost are reasonable, Charles is your man.

Had them over multiple times throughout the years, whether indoors or outdoors... Wonderful people!  And even though I am a Florida Master General Contractor - still licensed; I AM RETIRED!  I thought I had seen everything, likewise the boys from GUS too... until we had to, not once, not twice, but three times over had to unclog the old cast iron septic drain line... the Amazing things we've found that were clogged up the pipe and HOW did that ever get in there still remains a mystery. The 3rd time - we both worked together and really made sure that drain line was completely clear from one end to the other!  Things we have found in the drain line:  1950s' - early 1960s' Women's Swim Cap; late 60s' to early 70s' Matchbox and Hotwheel cars,  1950s'-1960s' Era Cotton Towels (you can tell by the design); a late 1960 to early 1970 Men's (not Women's) Girdle. How they ever got in the pipeline still remains a mystery (The home was built in 1955)... But using my old (which finally died most likely from fright from seeing what was in the pipeline) light and camera...  we did find out that there was a metal Spur that was snagging things...the usage of my old Lightning Rod (6 foot steel rod) and banging the metal spur worked!  But they have repaired toilet, replaced an old original wax gasket, replaced kitchen faucet... RECOMMEND!

I'm buying a house with a septic tank and needed it pumped and inspected for peace of mind. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Pat & Jake showed up on time and explained the process. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They inspected everything and gave me tips on keep the tank clean and running properly.

It has been years since I've own a house with a septic tank and it was very helpful to have them take the time to explain everything and offer suggestions on how to properly maintain the system. It's nice to see that Pat and Jake care about what they do and how they communicate with the client. They will be the first people I call if I need anything at all and refer business to them with the peace of mind that they truly have the clients best interest at hand.
