I can't say enough good things about Premium Plumbing! Their response time was very quick. The people I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. The communication was great. I had a time sensitive issue with a very picky insurance company. Chris Reid- the plumbing technician was very responsive to me and accommodating with what the insurance on their specific requests. Friendly service on a Saturday afternoon. I was thankful for the technician Paul that came out on the weekend and solved my mini crisis. I had to turn off the water until it was fixed, they were quick and provided great service. The office staff was friendly as well, and even checked after to make sure everything was good.
