I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn't know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I'm very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing, LLC for my future needs.

Dan Smith is extremely professional and responsive!! He helped us with replacing an igniter and oven element for our gas oven.  There was a small glitch a couple months later with the electric connection and he came first thing the next morning and fixed it with no charge!!! Not even a service charge.  He stands by his work and we highly recommend him!!

Atlantic Plumbing did my rehab house. Excellent service and prompt. if he says he's going to be at the site at 10 AM he is.

Came home to find the hot water tank wasn't working and of course this happens on a Friday. Called John Thurston Plumbing and they were there in an hour. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will definitely use this company again.

He never charged me more than he quoted. He is honest, respectful, and cleans after himself when in your home. His prices are better than anyone else I called and more importantly, he discovered an underlying issue with the plumbing in the home that the previous owners tried to hide from us. He gives you a professional invoice that is detailed with the work he completed. I am a thrifty person who calls around for multiple quotes and I stand by James Pelky with Clay County Master Plumbing 100% I will use him for any and all plumbing in the future should I need any. Also, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). He taught me so much through this process which I really loved! This company has given us the worst customer support that we have ever encountered from any company that has sold us a active unit send out worthless the technicians nothing has worked right at all from day one not impressed not happy not please don't deal with them

Signed a contract for plumbing services and issued a deposit for the services.  

6 weeks later, the services have not been performed.  No contact and will not answer phone or return calls.

All Hours Emergency Plumber was assigned to me by my Home Warranty company after another plumbing company had originally been dispatched who didn't know how to fix the problem.  Derek (the plumber from ALL HOURS) came out to my house to access the situation and supposedly FIX my leaking toilet.  

I turned on the water supply valve at the base of the toilet (which by the way is a WALL MOUNTED TOILET!),  he saw the dripping.  He said he had to call American Home Shield to give them the initial diagnosis before he could take the toilet off the way to truly know what's causing the leak.  That sounded acceptable, so he went out to his truck and 5 minutes later, drove away.  No coming back to say anything...he just left!

This is the report he submitted to American Home Shield:  Wall mounted toilet with hairline crack in the wall causing toilet to leak. It appears to be leaking for quite some time now. Tile floor and tile wall has mildew. Per tech this is a pre-existing condition that is detectable by visual inspection. Toilet would have to be replaced.

How do you know it's a hairline crack in the wall versus a worn out O ring when you didn't even remove the toilet?!?  You were paid to fix my toilet leak and you just left after the initial inspection.  HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!  I recommend using any other plumber in town!!!

DO NOT USE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, Way too expensive and billing department is very rude. Shop around.

They sent a plumber to my house to unclog a shower drain and ended up breaking the bottom hinge of the shower door. The plumber left the door half open and dangling at an angle and left the house without saying anything about it. I called the office to complain and the woman asked me if it was possible that the door just broke by itself. When I said no, she then asked me if it's possible that the door could have broken by itself in a few days because it was old. She was very callous and condescending.

I called back and spoke with the owner who agreed to replace the door. He later changed his mind because the door cost too much.

This was an awful experience. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!
