Our bathroom sink had a very slow drain. I requested a quote and received a response within 20 mins. They came out 3 hours later and fixed my sink for a very reasonable rate.  In addition to this, they are very nice, very professional, and    cleaned up everything after they were finished.  I highly recommend Leandro and Alpha 24 Plumbing Services!!

Jesse came by to fix two toilets today. He was super-efficient and made sure to clean up the area thoroughly. Jesse has extensive experience in the field, so he definitely knows what he is doing, and his job shows it! I appreciated his honest opinion and his fair pricing mentioned by many reviewers on Yelp (plus this company offers teacher's discount!) His company is quick to respond and provides arrival updates. I reached out to several plumbers, but this was the ONLY company that asked further questions and provided a quote instead of the usual response we can send someone out. I will be recommending this company to friends, families and neighbors. I am SO glad to have found a trustworthy plumber. There are several other reviews on Yelp that recommend this company, but for some reason Yelp is not showing them (and they are legit reviews, not written by some bot). Over priced and rude customer service. My appt was for 8:30 am and the tech came 30 mins late.  Was charged $119.00 to diagnose a problem with my kitchen faucet.  Tech said a new Cartridge was needed and it would be an additional $300 for the part and the install. Part was not on truck and they took 2 days to get back out here leaving me with no working kitchen faucet. Both times here Tech continually wore his cloth mask down below his nose even after I asked him to keep it in place out of respect for my family,
With prices this high you would think the company would hire women that know how to speak to people over the phone but instead they are rude and cut you off.
Never again !

Called this guy up at 830am, he answered sounding barely awake and then unfortunately the line dropped.  When I called him back he was rude and hung up on me.  Called Billy the Sunshine Plumber and they answered much more professionally and made an appointment for the afternoon.

Once we were able to connect & the technician came, the service was great. Professional & the problems fixed. The only thing I can say that was a bit of a shocker was the price - it's not cheap. But the problem was solved and that was what I needed.

Came out promptly, found the leaking pipe in the wall and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. What more do you want? These guys are my plumbers now! Great job, thanks Leland Plumbing!

They knew what to do and were efficient! They came in a timely manner and fixed the problem.

I had a backflow problem and called Richards plumbing to help. They explained over the phone will cost me $99 for them to come out and if I didn't want them to do the job that day. What they didn't explain is that was just to drive to my house in Palmetto. He then took 5 minutes to look and said he couldn't fix the problem I need a septic tank guy to fix. Handed me a bill for $158 for 5 minutes of his time! i expected that $99 would be to diagnose the problem to. I wanted to inform others, you can't make accurate choices with the wrong information.

I called to have a quote on adding a laundry room inside my house had a scheduled appointment between 10-2 today. I called at 4pm as no one showed up. They proceed to tell me that a voice mail was left at my phone number at 1:02pm. Funny since my phone has been by my side all day and still don't have a voice mail from anyone.

Non responsive. Requested a quote and he took information on what we needed. Asked a few questions and then never contacted back. Reached out the next evening asking if he'd had time to review our needs...still no response.

No show for a job quoted and set up in advance -  called at last minute on day of service that was scheduled and cancelled.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
