I had Excellent Plumbing out on June 25th to do a scope. I was told that I require extensive repair underground and was told I'd receive an estimate after asking for one. I allowed some time to pass because life happens. I've since had to call 3 times to ask for the estimate and/or a recording of the scope video and have received neither. I don't usually write poor reviews, but considering my house cannot continue with necessary remodeling until the plumbing is addressed, I've become quite frustrated. At this point I'd just like a copy of the scope, so I can take my business to someone more interested.

I was impressed from the get go.  Very responsive,  answered phone call with a real person.  They communicated well throughout the appointment making. Showed up on time. Did great work at a reasonable price.
I will definitely call them again if I need anything.

Mitchell and his Team are extremely reliable. Ritchie was punctual, knowledgable, and got the job done correctly the first time. If you're looking for a good, honest plumber, look no further. There are too many plumbers in the area that don't know what they are doing and still have the audacity to charge a fortune. That's NOT this company. Save yourself a lot of headache and time by choosing them. Trust me - you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Plumbing is EXCELLENT. It took 5 days from the free quote to the finished work. They fixed two showers and 1 toilet in about 4 hours. One of the shower fixtures were so broken they had to cut through the wall. Mitchell was very honest with what I needed and gave me a really good price. We talked through different options and I made a decision with no pressure. He even called later to make sure everything went well. The plumbers that did the job were very kind and professional. They were not annoyed with my young children watching and learning . I will most definitely be using Excellent plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.
