Horrible Experience. They left massive holes in my ceiling, exterior stucco, and in my walls. They missed several places when it came time to patching the holes in the walls and places around the house. I HIGHLY recommend you use a different plumbing company or you will have regrets.

Just got my brand-new bathroom done by Atlantic coast plumbing.  Got then referral from One of family member, did a great job highly recommend, installer are super friendly.   They very care about your house put the floor covered everywhere they walk on . they don't leave a mess around, everything was clean the hauling away, only upset Wes we didn't have chance buy them a lunch.

Brian was very professional and knowledgeable when I needed to change out my hot water heater. He was on time, answered my questions, and I felt very confident in his skills. It took about 2 hours and it was great to feel hot water again!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

Water heater began leaking at 5:30pm in garage. It was 20 yrs old.

A couple local plumbing companies were already closed, so I called Bert Norman's.

The entire experience, from soup to nuts was absolutely fantastic. Communication, service, attention to detail, all terrific. Dylan was a gentlemen. Efficient, thorough and just plain solid.

I would call them for any and all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

My water wouldn't stop running from my tub faucet. I called a plumber with Roto and they replaced the broken piece. For service and part, I was charged $400. The water wasn't running as much as it was prior to replacing the part but he stated the pipes needed to be replaced and quoted me $1460 to start right then. I called Celtic Custom plumber for a second opinion. He came next day and stated I just needed a longer screw and was charged half the price of $200.

We recommend Pine Lakes Plumbing. Intelligent, friendly, clean, respected our property by being careful with our floors. Did a great job installing our dishwasher. We will use them again. Perfectly professional!

We needed a back flow installed before having a irrigation system put in and I decided to called this place base on the reviews. What a mess.

I made an appointment to have someone come out and was told that I would not get an estimate until 2 days after the person comes to my home. That doesn't really make sense but whatever. The day of the appointment I was called and left a voicemail asking if the appointment could get pushed back an hour, again doesn't make sense since I told them I was not going to be home for the estimate in the first place and that no one was needed to be present for them to look at my yard.

I called the day after the guy came to see if they have an estimate considering he was on my property for only about 5 minutes (checked security footage) and was told he was not in the building at the moment and that someone would call me back. That was the last of it and haven't heard from them since.

I'm going steer clear of this place for ALL my plumbing needs. They don't seem to be very reliable especially if they can't seem to get their ship together.

I had them 3 times for the same leak. First they told me it was the garbage disposal, I let them install a new one. In January. They've  been back and said there's no leak. I HAVE WATER UNDER MY SINK.!.

We recently moved into a new house with very wonky plumbing. The hose bib broke and Christian Brothers was able to get someone out quickly to make the repair. Now 2 months later, the repair broke and they came out same day to fix, no charge. To be fair, the repair is in a difficult location and I wouldn't fault their workmanship for the second failure. I told them we were getting a full re-pipe soon so the solution only needed to be a temporary bandaid of sorts, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor.

The office staff is fantastic & great at communicating. 10/10 would recommend.

Failed the inspection over and over. Still no building permit. Co owner has a terrible mouth over the phone. They don't answer any form of communication (email,phone messages). Do not hire!!!!

Nothing drives me crazier than a dripping faucet.
Just moved into a new place recently, and as you might expect, the faucet was a little drippy. No biggie...until it started making music for me...so I called Drew Hartmann Plumbing right on Melba St.

I called on a Thursday am, and they were willing to come right out. Made the appointment for 8am the next day and lo and behold, they were early!!!! What a great way to start off the day!
Jeff was very friendly and advised us on a couple things that needed to be done. The diagnosis? I needed a couple parts replaced in the kitchen and a whole new faucet in the bath room. Since Jeff had no idea what parts were needed, he had to run back to the shop to get what was needed, and was only gone a few minutes.
When back, it took less than an hour to repair and replace my leaky faucets. Price is what you would expect, not to bad for the work that was done.

Jeff and his assistant were both very professional, friendly, and fast at work! I hope I never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, I will be using Drew Hartmann!

Wish I could give them no stars. We moved to Yulee and found out we needed a water softener. We didn't have a loop. The plumber dug a small hole and put in gravel. My husband later saw it was dumping water on the ground, and we had salt water backing up into the house. We called and they sent the same plumber out. He said he thought it wouldn't work and suggested we run it into the storm sewer. My husband pointed out that was illegal. We wasted our money on them. We ended up calling another plumber who offered us two good options.

Make sure you fully document what you are wanting them to do and get a cost.  I had them out two weeks ago to look at P-trap that was leaking.  I then get a $177 dollar bill.  Thought it was much but needed it done.  At the same time my tenant asked them to look at a toilet that wasn't filling, but there wasn't time to get to it.  I called them back and asked what it would take to get them out to look at the toilet.....I then get a bill for $192 for repair work to 3 toilets.  I wanted to know the cost before authorizing any work because I could have replaced the toilet in question for apx $100.  I called to complain and was told they had the work order for 2 toilets, and that they are busy company with many large commercial accounts from Palm Coast to S. Ga and that they couldn't have gotten the order wrong - The Supervisor insisted that didn't pull the number randomly out of the air and that I called to have two toilets repaired.  When asked even if I had called for two, why was the third repaired Well, if it broke the following week...you'd be upset that we didn't fix it at the time we were out.    The ending:  pay what you think was fair but to never call us again.
I will say, quality of work is not an issue

The only reason I gave it a 1 was because I couldn't give them a 0.
This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They show up when they feel like it and they don't have any kind of sense of urgency. I called 5 times to get my quote emailed to me because they did not leave me a copy. I spoke with Theresa who is extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She told me she would email me a copy 3 days later. I asked her if she could email it to me the same day because the job HAD to be done. I didn't have any hot water nor water pressure. A month later and she has yet to send me the quote. Of course I went with a different company. Once my home warranty told them they wouldn't cover it they never contacted me to inform me because I still needed the work done regardless of who was paying for it. So when I called to try to set up the appointment once again super unprofessional and they didn't even seem to want my business. AND THEY ARE LIARS. They lied to my home warranty and told the company that the seller that I purchased the home from told me about the issues which is total bullshit. I have been trying to contact them to see where they retrieved that information from and they will not pick up.
