Mike did an exceptional job replacing the HWH at my Mom's house. She had copper pipes and he easily converted them. I would recommend him for any plumbing job because of his professionalism, honesty and fair pricing. He showed up on time, explained what he would be doing and cleaned up after himself. Won't be losing his number!

After two visits and over $500. The problem was not fixed. It was a Toilet Valve. Never opened back of toilet to see water level. Problem was it was not flushing properly. Scratched my toilet snaking. Charged me $300 to snake on roof unnecessarily. Then said buy a new toilet and I will put in for you. For another outrageous charge no doubt. He goes for the top dollar fix option first instead of looking for the obvious. BEWARE. Not always beneficial to help the local guy.

I have called this company twice in the last six months for repairs at my home and both times they called me back promptly. The first time for a new water heater which they delivered and installed the same day! Their price was also better then a lowes or Home Depot. They are great plumbers, clean up the area well after they finish . The second time they replaced a bad valve in my kitchen also on the same day I called. You can not find better service .They are the best.

I got in contact with them yesterday afternoon to explain my very detailed and crazy situation. Long story short I was told I didn't have a warranty because we had fixed a problem on it and that voided the warranty. Anyways, Today they called checked, found out I do in fact have a warranty and switched it out and everything. Less than 24 hours from the time I made the initial contact and I have a new water heater before the holidays. Thank you so very much! Amazing service. Beyond happy.

Awesome, I cant believe my eyes, and my budget. A-Pro Plumbing was able to work with me and my budget, especially in these times, and still give me athe kitchen of my dreams. I had a great team and no problems considering i had the same plumbing tech all thru the process of design and he even helped me find the most cost effective fixtures and lighting for my budget... I couldnt have asked for better service or friendlier folks than the guys at A-Pro. They really are professionals. And i even signed up for their annual home inspection plan to help keep my home well maintained. I love my new kitchen - I love A-Pro Plumbing. ( They did it right Mike!) Thank you.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They were on time, reasonable, courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

We use this Company for our Rentals all the time... So We decided to us it for our own resident... I am not sure if it is the Company or just the so called Plumber..... So they say they Charge $59.99... but they charge a $25.00 traveling fee......... This was a Joke... He stayed 20 min... and said... he could not fix it it was the pipes.... He charged us $85 for nothing.. We got on the phone and called Terry Vernon.... They literally had it unplugged in 15 min... When I asked them about this.. They said the so called plumber was just lazy and did not go around the curve of the pipe... So we ended up paying both people... how sad is this?

I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs (obviously some costs are variable). Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice and were charging me twice for it on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.

Cant speak to their work as we didnt get that far. I have a toilet that is draining slow but is draining which should be an easy fix. They said there would be a $99.00 charge just to come look at it. Not to work on it, not for anything but to look at it. If they charge $99 just to look at something I cant imagine what they charge to actually work on something. Just seems like highway robbery, especially given the financial strain everyone is under due to covid shutdowns.

I wrote their first review 5 years ago, and at that time they were excellent. I don't know what changed but my rating for them sure has. I understand if someone can't show up due to inclement weather and the workers are sent home, but to give every excuse in the book not to put you back on the schedule? We were scheduled for 8 am Monday morning. Heavy rains, understandable, staff were sent home. I've tried to be understanding and get us put back on sched for this week, to no avail. Given one name after another, promises that they would call back, no calls. Finally, after the 6th excuse (their only pumper truck was in the shop!) I fired them and told them I would change my review and hire somebody else. The other guys are coming out TODAY and cost less. This is a real shame, Smith's used to be the Gold Standard, but today they aren't worth a copper penny. Don't waste your time with them.

Our kitchen ceiling was leaking. I checked a few companies for quotes and chose American Plumbing. The service man said he'd have to cut the ceiling to find out from where the leak was originating. I told him all I could figure was that the upstairs toilet was directly above the leaking downstairs ceiling. He did some checking and concluded he would still need to cut the ceiling. He did and, after examining the plumbing in the ceiling, he could not find any leakage. After over an hour his supervisor arrived and asked him if he checked the sealant around the toilet upstairs. He had not. The sealant was leaking!! Now, I have a hole in the kitchen ceiling which they said was my responsibility to have repaired. I debated that with the owner who reluctantly agreed to have it done but would not repaint the ceiling. We were selling our property and needed the ceiling repainted to show well. It cost us over $300 dollars extra to have the ceiling repainted and a lot of convincing that American Plumbing should be responsible for the drywall and knockout patching, all because the plumber did not check a basic leakage issue around the toilet. Never would I recommend their incompetency. (This happened two years ago. I'm STILL concerned for other victims who may fall prey to this kind of service from a company that has been in business for over 40 years and does not know the definition of customer service!)

I have used able plumbing for 15-20 years but after the experience I had today I am done with them. I called in for a service call to fix a leak from my dishwasher. I told the lady on the phone that it was the same problem they came out last time, 3-4 times, and I paid each time to supposedly fix the issue. At that point she proceeded to basically telling me I was lying because we don't work that way. I assured her I distinctly remember paying them For each time they came out. Again she got all pissy and said she didn't believe me so I politely told her to f***
Off and called another company. I've spent thousands of dollars with them over
The years but they will never get my business again. Stay away from this company.
