I cannot say enough good things about Optimum. We had been without flushing toilets for 2 days attempting to deal with our home warranty company which was a HUGE mistake. The contractor advised they would be there within the hour yet showed up 8 hours later. The contractor worked for about 30 minutes and told us to resolve the issue we would need 2 additional workers, heavy equipment and there would be quite a bit of digging in our yard. We were then quoted almost $1k out of pocket to resolve the issue. Optimum came out first thing the next morning, resolved the issue in under an hour and charged us a fraction of the original quote. Turns out, the contractor sent out by our warranty company was wanting to do work that was unnecessary. It is so hard to find contractors you trust these days. I am incredibly grateful to have found Optimum and will continue to use them for any and all plumbing needs moving forward!

Solid experience with OP. Had an emergency pipe leak in the bathroom and Matt was able to dissect the problem and provide the necessary repairs.

He was knowledgable, professional and cordial. Gave me a reasonable quote for my repair and even replaced my shower head at no extra cost.
Im satisfied and would use them again.

We called them to install a faucet, a water filter, and reconnect our dishwasher after we installed new counters.  They came out and quoted us over $550 for what turned out to be 1 hour of work.  We did it, but only because if we hadn't we wouldn't have had water in the kitchen all weekend.  We need more plumbing work done, but I won't be calling them.

Absolutely great company. We called more than a few plumbers who couldn't fit a simple drain snake into their schedule, meanwhile an hour after calling Optimum I had a technician at my door. Mike, the tech was honest, professional, and knowledgeable as well as being, BY FAR, the most competitively priced. He was done in 15 minutes. I won't be calling any other plumbers from this day forward. They've earned my business.

Optimum Plumbing is fast, dependable, and uses quality materials. I have used them a couple of times in different areas of my house. They have always done great work. Neat and clean. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have used Optimum Plumbing a few times and have been very pleased with the services. Matt came out this passed week and was great. He explained to me step by step what had to be done and did a great job within a good time. I am very pleased as well with the prices of the work!

Excellent service from Mike with Optimum Plumbing! We were able to make an appointment same day and Mike was at our home within 30 mins of making the appointment. Mike was very thorough explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to repair the issue as was VERY informative as I was asking several questions throughout the entire service. I highly recommend!
